All of those names have been somehow associated. Like most they solicit business by e-mail, request cash payment, and do not deliver. The most recent e-mail associated with htis crooks is rxservices@terra.com but that is just one of the many they use...

Wow, things seem to have really changed for poor Luis! Back around 2002 I used to receive a variety of excellent meds from this doctor (I believe he is a bona fide pharmacist) He has (had) a drug store downtown Madrid and the orders had to be paid for via Western Union. The catch was you absolutely had to cough up the extra few dollars (for a $300-$400 order it came to $17-$23) for insurance. As long as you opted for this pittance, if the order was seized, he would immediately resend and resend until you got it! I had every confidence in him because of this. Eventually, I came across some "bad mouthing" and eMailed him about it. He said it was his (I think young-maybe-hot-shot nephew or in-law--something like that) who got into a dispute with a client that thought he was being ripped-off (never got the insurance) and that blackened Luis's name, too even though he wasn't involved. Then the d----d customs zeroed in on me and I couldn't get anything more through from him so bid him a fond adieu. Of course, all that was back in 2002 and I don't know what the story is since then. All I know is he was great and always was very honest and responsible in his dealing with me.

Hello. I'm new here (2nd post). I also have ordered meds from Luis before. This was in 2002. At that time I had absolutely no complaints. His prices were high but the meds were great and expertly packaged as documents. I realize it was 2002, and things have changed since then, but none of my orders were ever seized. Angel is his brother, BTW.

I'm sad to see that Luis is on the blacklist. He and I developed quite a rapport. We even exchanged pictures. I'll try to post. Luis is on the left.

I just received a shipment of what Luis Eduardo told me was oxycodone, but what I got was Tramadol. I am doubtful now about the quality of the diazepam he sent. They are round white pills with no imprint or scoring.

He had been on the ball as to returning my emails, up until I asked him about the discrepancy in what I had ordered and what I was sent. Haven't heard a peep from him since.
