Horrible, horrible, horrible. Maybe past users may think they are great, and I had one successful order in October of 2003, but my order of November 2003 is still in limbo.

Their site says they guarantee that International orders will be received within seven days (they are in Canada but certain products are sent from India). Well, it's been over three months for me. They claim they will fight all chargebacks since they did their part - they told their Indian contact to ship the products and they did...lo and behold, their Indian contact has the same whois info as their Canadian company! So they are putting blame on their Indian supplier when it is them! They have mucho orders stuck in customs since December and they won't do anything about it except for promise they are working on it. They won't answer customer emails, just post letters on their site that I can't even access. What happened to that guarantee?

So in other words, even though they say they will replace orders seized by customs, and even though they say they will keep us informed every week, they are doing none of these things and to top it off, they are acting like they have done nothing wrong. I sound mad...I am. DB asked for a review, so here it is.

I used to order 222's from them, not anymore found a better place. try this one: I always get it within a week to 10 days (Just OTC meds though)

Placed many orders for international products... always rec'd within a week... but NO MORE....

Pinkie stated all needed to know. BIG TIME ripoff... they had shipping problems MUCH like this around a year ago... most rec'd eventually, except me, this time I did research and thanks to google I learned too much.

Do a google for "Leonard Defriend" and "Codeinebymail.com" whois to back up Pinkie's post... They blame everything on International shipper when the owner of CRXD IS a partner in the international buisiness. This is bordering on scam artist in my opinion.

You have been warned for international products.

I placed and order 2/27 and got it 3/08.
They must have gooten thier act together.
My wife placed and order 2/29 so lets see if her's is going to come.

I have the same problem with this out fit. My order was placed on 12/29/03.
I have managed to get them to call me and sofar here are the reason's they have not shipped

1. Order "Detained"
2.Order shipped buuuuuuuut it was lost.
3. Order is lost with about 25 others they will reship
4. Can't answer e-mail as they are getting "spamed" by a OP from France?? What type of answer is that.

In the subject line put your name in capitials, then go to the body and rip them apart. Let them know that they have a bad reputation and getting worse everyday they screw you. Let them know that they have bad reviews on this as well as other sites.
I think it does bother them to know they are going down the tubes at the verious sites. I also belive they want to get things straight between there old customers but they are having a hard time telling the truth.

SO BUYER BEWARE!! Don't order from them till they get the past orders out.

Got a refund from them today!!!! This was for an order that was placed in December of 03. They also said that they would send me the order as well at no charge....So far no meds, but I did get my money back!!!!!!!!!!

I guess if you keep after them they will come through oneway or the other.

Not sure if I will order again as it took far to long to get this settled.

Hey folks!!!!!! this outfit refunded my money AND sent me my order as well.
They said my order was a gift for "the shitty" service that I had recived.

This is a surprize!! Canadarxdirect is trying very,very hard to fullfill their customers orders on their Internationl Pruducts. They have had a big problem with their former shipper AND the U.S. government in getting the orders to the customers.
But I have to say, that they came through for me and others as well even though it took a great deal of time to over come the hassels in shipping. They took care of me and I will recommend that if they carry the meds you need then buy all means order from them as they seem to have cleared up their problems now.
Just remember, I gpt a refund And my order as well. How many other companys would do this???

I just placed an order for an OTC item through CanadaRXDirect. I have mixed feelings about them, with these mixed reviews! I will let you know how it turns out.

7 days is not bad at all!

My only complaint is the package RATTLED like crazy. The pills were just inside a bottle and then stuck inside a large padded envelope. The customs tag said "healthcare product". It was so obviously a bottle of pills that I am suprised it wasn't seized.

The quality is good, the price was good and the shipping was fast. If you don't mind the person handling your mail knowing you've got a bottle of pills being delivered to you, I'd say it's a great company to do business with.

I had ordered from this company in December and after weekly emails to them and no response, they finally contacted me 2 weeks ago telling me their email server had been down. okay... They finally did send the order which was received nearly three months after the order.

I also don't like the fact that every month or so, they switch domains from canadasbestrx to canadarxdirect. Something seems fishy with that too.

Their lack of response was ridiculous. I'm not planning on using them again unless these boards show them improving. I also ordered from americanrxexpress, which I confirmed is the same company. I ordered from them in November. I still haven't seen that order.

I did a whois lookup and found more information. All of these are run by a company called ecomtechnology.com. Robert, who owns the place, can be contacted at robert@ecomtechnology.com. He promised over and over that the order would be here next week. I'm still waiting, and it's been over 4 months.

yeah good luck is the best that can be said.... i was burned a couple of times before their name swith and will NEVER try to go back again..... The owner/operator's name is "Leonard Defriend" not positive on spelling on last name but look for cached pages on google for his a$$ they are in buisness to make money, they wait until they get enough orders, then send out an order to India when they have enough, then maybe if magic is on your side, they ship..... HE, they Suck! They need to be blacklisted spammed, and whatever else that can be done.... they are anything BUT HONEST!!!!

Ordered 200 1mg Xanax came from Pakistan in blister packs. Good quality. A little scary coming from Pakistan.

A buddy of mine... ordered CODAMIN-P from this site in early November. It came in about two weeks in two shipments of blister packs, both nicely packaged. But from Pakistan. Yes, scary...

I ordered 100 gen Tylenol 1's (w/codeine) from these guys and recieved in 10 days to the SE US. Packaged well, and mailed from Canada. I would reccomend them, as they responded to my emails fairly quickly and the product was just as stated.

I live in Canada and used to work as a pharmacy technician. I cant believe how much they are charging for medications with 8mg. of codeine in them, like 222's. I pay about $10.00cdn for 200 222's (ac&c's, generic) either with aspirin or tylenol in them. For ephedrine 8mg. I use Canadian Supplements and pay around $5.00 for 50. I feel terrible that they are charging such outrageous prices.

I understand your point. However, since you're a Canadian resident, you've learned how to seek out the best deals. Just as people in the US shop around for any given commodity.

When I visit Canada, I always go into SaveMart and pay closer to $20.00CND for 100 units to have on hand even though I don't tolerate codeine well. They do help my wife with various ailments.

I'm a "tourist" for all practical purposes, what do I know?

Supply and demand always dictate the marketplace. US residents pay premium prices for something they simply cannot obtain in the US.

I know it presents a burden for many, but I always say you can't put a price on pain relief (Don't tell the ROPs that )

I'm hurting like a %$%*@ right now!

Well, I e-mailed them and asked what was going on with my order and said that I wanted a refund if there was some kind of problem. Then I got an e-mail with the information that my order was cancelled. But I haven' got any money back yet. I certainly regret that I got involved with this place.

If you live on the East coast then there ARE some decent deals. I haven't ordered yet but toprxsavings.com has really decent prices on Tramadol and the like.

Has anyone had any recent transactions with this company? What is required to place an order? I don't see any recent posts about them.
