Hello Does anyone know the pharm and if so can you please pm me? My brother-in-law had a consult back in July and never received his original refills. He was in a no ship state for a while yet they kept promising him his refills for over a month. When he would call and inquire they would state that the pharmaacy won't give any info nor give any tracking numbers. Thats why when you read some of the posts some have had that experience of not receiving anything for some time and then all of a sudden UPS would show up? Now they told him he would have to renew that supposedly he canceled? He never did. So then he reconsulted and he has yet to receive anything. So he would like to know name of pharmacy just to see if or who really is filling these orders? Sorry but this is frustrating. And yes, it seems as though they are posting regularly now but won't give any info even privately? And by the way, we live in CA. Any help please would be appreciated. Tim

I am trying to find a new service and what to know if this company uses a pharmacy that fills for others or just 1health. I really do not want to order from another pharmacy that fills for everyone and ends up getting shut down! Thanks for any assistance someone can give me.
Hi, I recommended this ROP to a friend because they have an active rep on the board but now I am not so sure after reading through their history. Hi Liz558, we do appreciate the reccomendation and to help with your concerns yes we are still honoring refills from past patients however in order to recieve this refill you must only be utilizing our services... We have had many patients that are trying to receive their refills however they have not only registered with us in the past but have also signed up with another provider ( this may be because certain patients had to wait an extended amount of time and simply got tired of waiting and went somewhere else). Unfortunelty if this is the case refills will prob not be honored as our pharm will not fulfill them. This may come as an inconvenience for some, however in this matter my hands are bound by policy and law. Dale, altho I was not posting for 1Health during that time I can however tell you that since then things have really turned around. Along with myself, 1Healthrx has hired on more customer service reps as well as a quality assurance department.
