I bet Rocky is reading and posting now, just under a different handle name. If some can read his post to see if there is any similarities in any new names posting. If we do not catch this crook (clown) then he will continue to rip us off. My bank was so kind to give my cash back. But they did ask me today if I would also like to participate in the investigation. I said hell yes. I think it’s sad not only to rip off good people like me, but also to be late on delivering the prescriptions causing that person to go through a serious withdraw. We all know that if you do not slowly cut back on pain meds like 10/650 withdraws start to happen, first night sweats, shakes, flu like symptoms, possible heart problems, and even suicide. COME ON ROCKY JUST POST AND BE A MAN, MAN ENOUGH TO STEEL, BUT A COWARD TO FACE THE PEOPLE HE RIPPED OFF!!

i recieved on the 11th of nov after waiting since 9/8 hydr 10/500. it was my last refill. just came on today as i was thinking of a recon but saw all this... don't know whats up but will def stay away from hitting that button!!

From reading here it seems DS is gone- really is too bad. I was a long time customer there and they were tops a lot of the time. $97 consults with every 4rth or 5th consult free and med prices were reasonable.
Really is too bad this ROP went down when they helped so many.
They have not been answering the phones- always busy now for the past three weeks.
Time to look for another I think.
I do hope they come back but I am not holding my breath.

DB Administrator posted as closed based on the fact that they have not shipped anything to posters here for about 6 weeks, and Rocky has not logged into his account since the middle of November, and the phones have been down since about November 13. I canceled my order through CC chargeback on October 30 and I still showed as "queued to print". I finally went to another company two weeks ago and had my meds in a day or two. More expensive but so top notch. You could fax records today and have order tomorrow. PM me if you want more info.

FYI, Bank of America will do chargeback to this company past 60 days as their policy is 120 dyas...

Well they even went and did my consult that was way past 120days as well!

Ask for dispute dept. and beg andd plead and lie, deny.. whatever you gotta do.

Dont let DS rip you off. Do chargeback, ask for manager or supervisor, explain company out of business and they were claiming back-order back-logged and they(DS) promised future shipping before they went out of business....

Also you can change name, addy, credit card verification#
and experation date on your DS account!

keep valid credit card #, but change security 3digit code and the expiration date etc...

I'm back online. My back went out when I took the turkey out of the oven on Thanksgiving. I ended up in the ER.
They gave me a shot of morphine and it didn't even touch the pain.

I'm better now though, but wish I had some pain meds.
Any Ideas? I charged back with DS. They're out of business I fear.

I, too, changed the 3 digit security code and expiration date so that DS can not charge my card again. Good idea.

I am in good with my bank and today, Saturday 12/8/07 she asked me to go down to the detective office, there I was with the bank investgator, the detective, bank manager, and there was another person who I will not say who it was. I was asked a few questions on what I thought was going on with them. I told them the truth, DS is a bunch of crooks, not only did they steel from good people who hurt everyday day, but they also made them go through withdraws from their medications. I have used DS for a few years and never had a problem with them.

If they would only show and inform all these good people on what the heck is going on, then they could have used another company, DS chose to let there customers hanging around, shacking, sweating, becoming angry, bad diarra, in a bunch of pain.

From what I could gather from my bank investigation is that DS has tried to charge a few cards without permission, NOW GET THIS, THERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED DOWN NO MORE ORDERS. WHY IS IT THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ON NEW CHARGES AS OF 12/7/07. No wonder Rocky is not showing his or her face. well anyway

I found a new place, and there prices are great and there COD, I did consult, the doc sent order in same night because the consult was @ 9pm pharmacy got it next day and it was shipped out. It came so fast I didnt even have time to get a money order. UPS guy was kind enough to let me go get one, I know him pretty well also. I give him a christmas card every year with a few bucks in it. well folks good luck and if you get answered questions from the feds remember to listen and just answer the question truthfully. I had no clue I was going to be asked questions,I really hope that no one else deceides to take the route that DS did.
