I believe that PDP should be removed, b/c they are still taking money from new consults, but are not shipping and will not answer the phone, and if they do, they give you a generic answer and tell you that they do not have any information and cannot tell you when you will be getting your order, and they also will not answer any e-mails. I was with them and only received my first fill, and then never heard from them again. I waited 5 weeks before cancelling and switching to a new ROP. Also, I was supposed to be refunded my money, and after the initial 10 business day wait, I called and they said that for some reason, the request had not been processed, and then I had to wait another 10 business days.

I have 2..................Great Health Direct... A friend I work with Had his consult, BUT lost 2 remaining refills..............AND ...PRO SERVE NOW ...same thing ...different person...My brother lost 2 Refills.Be Careful......

Countymeds.com and Unitedmdgroup.com should be removed. Unitedmd does not have a pharmacy and countymeds has been shipping darvocet to patients being prescribed hydro. They are both giving patients false hope and should no longer be allowed to be on this board.

My suggestion is to alter the first page of United MD Group.

They seem to want to stay in business, but people should know right up front that currently they do not have a viable pharmacy.

They say things to people like "Our pharmacy can only ship out 9 orders per day." They seem to be stringing people along. People are saying that the Customer Service Rep keeps telling them that their meds will be shipped, or that she will get in touch with them, and then it doesn't happen. For whatever reason.

And for me, who did get my refill when they first started with their expensive "new pharmacy", after they lost their old one, when I wrote them last week and asked for a new consult and a new prescription, they said NO, that they are trying to catch up with all the old people who don't have their first refills, yet.

I don't consider that this is a company that DB should be featuring along with the others that are functioning well.
It's not fair to people, especially new and naive people, who don't know enough to read through all the threads. And if they were reading through the threads,
they might think that just a few people are having a little trouble, and not understand that the whole company is not working and they will not get any service.

Then, when they get back on their feet, you can re-write their face page again.

Re using a credit card: I have used credit cards on 2 sites and have never lost any money at all doing so. We need to be specific about loss of money.

How about Medical Express Services? I am not sure if they are on the US list, but I do see their advertisement many times when I log on here. People seeing a big ad for them might be misleading as they are not in business anymore.

I am not sure what DB polices are in regards to ads so forgive me if this is not info you are requesting.

Medlogicrx.com needs to come off the list. Lost 3 refills.

Got burned on a reconsult and they are not replying to any calls or e-mails.

CPDoctor.com services a few states, not mine, but may help someone.

Definitely WEBMEDSTOGO! They charged me twice for a consult which they knew would never take place. They had my bank debit account number & my credit card account. Both were charged. They will NOT refund! Stay away!!

e-rxnow.com they now direct ship the script to you, You have to get it filled. There are no refills. I feel like I was scammed $260 for one consult and one script is a scam.

Since they do only in-person consults now, that is not really an OCS. Took me over a month to get a consult refund check from them after they stopped servicing telemedicine (search Dr. Ibrahim)

Fox Family Meds.
They owe me a credit since they charged for that so called extra free med, over two months ago. They will not respond and orginally said I could get a credit for the next consult. That never happened.

They do not answer calls. They are not consulting patients and they do not seem to be shipping to ones that still have refills. I am thankful I had my last refill with them. I only wish I was not charged twice as much.

ER Meds, they took my consult fee but never got my refills. When I call them they actually hang up. It's like they have caller id. When I have gotten to speak to someone, they are so bad, they laugh at you on the phone, they repeat back what you just ask them. Before they hung on me last time, I had asked them if I had a tracking number for my order because I had already paid for my consult, and she said I don't know do you have a tracing number? I said excuse me (I thought maybe she was talking to someone in the background because you could hear about 3 or 4 women laughing), I heard nothing from her and I said do you have a tracking number and cod amount for my order and she said oh, you must live in a small town where everyone knows eachother. One bank, one school, one store? I have no idea what this looney woman was talking about then she slammed the phone down. I kept calling back but the same thing over and over. I believe they have their medications.

1) 80Dollar consults - I contacted them advised them what I had taken in the past, advised that i was having knee replacment surgery, had excellent records, etc and asked if they could service me. They stated "yes" that they had "plenty" of my meds in stock and that they could get it out next day - I scheduled my consult. I had to fax my license to them 4 days in a row, as they claimed it was too dark (tons of people had this same issue). When I got my consult, the dr. told me what he was going to RX me. I got my tracking # and then I got my receipt they were charging me over $400. I asked what it was and they said it was for the consult, shipping, Zoloft and Ibuprofen, which is NOT what the dr. said he was prescribing. I declined the order and UPS sent it back. Then they said it was THEIR fault for shipping the wrong meds and they said I would have to wait 10 days (per the pharmacy Rules) to get the correct medication !!! This was ridiculous! Not even the same meds or the same family class of meds. They should be blacklisted.

2) 1HealthRX. - When I posted about my experience w/ 80 Dollar Consults, the guy from this ROP, Christopher, PM'd me and said that they could help me. I sent my records, had my consult. The dr. said that they were out of the meds I take but could prescribe something similar, 10/500 instead of 10/325. I said ok. That was on 1/8. On 1/23, nothing from Christophen, he is sending the same PM to everyone stating they have a new pharmacy and they are switching everyone to the new pharmacy. This is a total lie and he won't respond to PM's or emails. The 800# for this service does not work, no one answers it.

I would add toprxsavings.com,you will then be directed to Palmira drug Store.They are an iop out of Honduras BUT ship their med's FROM MIAMI via Fed/ex with a tracking #,takes about 14 days but delivery is GUARANTEED,i picked mine up at the local Fed/ex hub,return address on the Fed/ex envelope was a hispanic woman with a Miami address,computerized label,very professional looking,again it was shipped 3 day saver fare FROM MIAMI,not Honduras.

Ordered 25 10mg valium [Roche}and the box said they were made in Switerland.I don't know how the med's get to Miami,all i know is how they got to me.:}

I would recommend adding propatientcare.com. I initially read a post here or on the VIP side that mentioned them, so I gave them a shot. Their service and communication is OUTSTANDING. I requested my consult 1/27, consulted on 1/28 in the afternoon and received my meds (10/325's, #90, 2 refills) today 1/30. I feel very confident they will continue offer above par service and will post my experience with my refills.

I also received an email indicating they offer scrip service now as well--you can request a written script you can fill at your local pharmacy.

I've used doctor-scripts and accuratemd in the past and their service was disastrous-I lost countless refills, had to pay for additional consults and when they stopped filling prescriptions, I was offered refunds for my consults and never received a cent and they refuse to return email.

Pro Patient Care is truly a class act-their pricing is excellent as well. Even without a VIP discount (I've asked them to become listed here so maybe there will be a discount in the future), their pricing is outstanding.

I would like to see http://www.ProPatientCare.com added to the list. I have used them with satisfactory results although they are a little bit overpriced.There was a delay for a while due to being out of stock but are running fine again. It would really be nice to have a VIP code to enter in there discount code box! One other plus on there side, they werent terribly hard to meet the requirements. So many refuse my MRI and note from doctor because they want a total physical with info my doctor just doesnt put on mine.

I thought PPC has always been on the list? Did I miss them getting removed?

Doctor-appointment does not require a face to face for all patients in every state. They only require this for some states. Not sure which ones, but you could call and ask. They are still a traditional ROP for some states that dont have all the crazy F2F laws.

I suggest that you add Best Medication Station. The web address is http://www.bestmedicationstation.com. I have ordered carisoprodol and Tramadol from them on numerous occasions over the last couple of years. They use Fedex next day delivery and I have never had a problem with them. THe questionaire is easy to fill out and under problem I just put lower back pain and they have never questined it. They also take MC and VISA.

I've used http://www.rx-refill-network.com for 2 orders so far this year, just for non-prescription meds, but still everything worked out just fine and I'm happy with what I received

I would tell everyone to stay away from ERmeds. I used them for years in the past, but all of a sudden, they got really rude and did not seem like they even cared how they treated their customers. I have not used in quite a while, but I read the above posts, and others are still complaining. There are other great companies out there.

Another one to stay away from is Fortune Telemeds. They take forever to "verify" your records, and then you probably won't hear from them for over a week. They are very strict on records, and I have great records. I used them about a year ago, and then they just went down hill. JMO.

I've had very good service from http://www.without-prescription.net/ over the last year or so. Have placed around 6 or 7 orders for carisoprodol & all but one (placed just before a holiday) arrived within 2-3 days...usually two days. Prices are reasonable...usually average compared to most other sites selling similar products.

Not sure where they're based, but all meds are shipped from pharmacies within the US by FedEx next day. Quality of the carisoprodol has always been top notch...sometimes Watson brand, but usually either CorePharma or West-Ward. Just a simple online consult form is all they require...no records or physician info necessary.

Would be nice to see them added to the US list. A VIP discount would also be nice if it could be worked out.

i think medicinegallery.com needs to be added , best US pharmacy hands down , it takes time to get your order they are based in us so no customs , but they get your payment via american express , money order or echeck , then send it to a pharmacy , ships via fedex ground/trackable takes about ten days for them to ship and you get within 2 weeks usually not sure why , it must be their source or whatever , but they always answer emails within 24 hours have lots and lots of meds , a little expensive , but hey it's in the us so people should be able to deal with that , i hope you guys add them and that i properly did the right thing for you to do that.

80 my butt = go to the site and they say $199. The meds are priced all right, but forget about getting a decently priced consult. With the cheapest shipping it is 25 for two day, you are looking at around $275 a shot.

It says on the home page that the consult is 129.95. I paid 199.00 but I got 2 refills. So Im not sure if they have changed it. I will send them an email. I will post when I get a reply.

Ok, for http://www.tcbchoicemeds.com the consult is 199.00 and usually 2 refills, but it is up to the doctor. My 2nd refill is due in 2 days, and then I will have to do another consult.. so far everything is great with them. I would recommend them for people in Tennessee.

The best I have found, in USA is http://www.friendlyclinic.com Very fair pricing, fastest customer service and fast delivery times with FedEx as long as you buy during a weekday. They have everything I need barring two meds so I do not even bother with the internationals but for once or twice every year or two now.

Had consult with eclincmd.com in Seattle today which I was referred to by USADoctorCare. What he told me was that I may have to see him face to face every 3 months instead of only once a year. I asked him if it was going to cost $275 each time and he didn't know. Was given #120 on the hydro so that was good. He is a naturopathic dr. and was really pushing the natural approach. It's making me wonder if he is going to say down the line that he won't prescribe the hydro after a certain time. Hope that's not the case. He was very friendly. Said he was licensed in 2 states but I didn't ask which other state. I brought all my records but he didn't need to see them. Signed all the usual forms. Was given the script to take to my pharmacy. I think I am suppose to call him for the refills and he calls the pharmacy. Hope this helps out anyone looking in the WA area.

Are you going to put eclinicmd on the list? I made an appointment with them for Dallas for this Friday - just received a message saying the doctor was not going to see patients. They offered to send me somewhere else, I asked for a refund. I'm waiting to hear back, but since there's getting to be quite a list of topics on the forum for them, I thought it would be nice to leave feedback when they get back with me.

I recently used 1st class to try and get a consult in Dallas. When I was about 4 hours into my drive they call me to say the doctor is not in today! So I was told since I made a trip that far and the doc cancelled they would obviously reimburse me my money that I paid to get the consult. That was roughly 3 weeks ago! They will not give me back my money? Are they running a scam?

SVS has been renamed Dr Face to Face and I believe the new site is RHA compliant. They continue to provide outstanding customer service and work with patients to solve issues. I sound like a Shill but I don't work for them and have never received so much as a penny discount. They do a great job for me and others and deserve to be reinstated. If the new site is not RAH compliant, would someone let them know. Thanks.

Another great one to try with Doctors in many locations and they are RH compliant, Is www.eclinicmd.com I've used there service in San Antonio and recommended there service to a friend in Dallas and everything was perfect and above board. If you have been prescribed pain meds in the past you have no issues and your recirds are current.

Don't know if they're out of business yet, but they charged my cc every month twice only for different amounts, like $155 then $75 two days later, which made it extremely hard to dispute with my cc company (ps I never won/got it charged back or refunded), not to mention the pharmacy would additionally charge equally as much. HORRIBLE!

Now, with the same cc (not sure if that has anything to do w/ it), I have not used this card in months, and after beng sent a new one(it had expired) I used it for the first time with

ECLINICMD.COM -

They tried to charge it and it didn't work. I had paid it off so I am not sure if this has anything to do with them or what, but I called my cc company the other day and they had to change my entire account # and re-issue me a new card because the number had been stolen. The woman asked me if I had gotten gas in Hicksville, which is nearly 2,000 miles away from me. I now have a $65 charge on my card pending from this place. Quite confused as to how this happened, but a little fishy since in months they are the only ones who had access to the number in the last 4 months or so.

I think I have too correct myself on eclinicmd.com, they have great customer service, etc. but this one doctor in L.A. ( Dr. M) misses appts. and phone consults, and really it isn't reflecting good on them, but since everyone has had to change to F2F, they are probably finding this out for themselves, and they were always the best, (eclinicmd) I just think they need to find a more reliable Doctor.

You set up your next Teleconsult on the www.eclinicmd.com board. Just login in and click in consult. If your confused give them a call you only have to see the Doc once a year. Hope this helps

www.ONLINEDOCTORSNETWORK.COM - US based pharmacy site - I think should be added to list - their prices are very good - Tramadol 180 ct. for $91. I think this is cheapest when comparing prices on this site (add to Tramadol pharmacy listing too!). I ordered by CC and received next day by Fedex.
