Well, I have put on the flame retardant suit, ready for the replies.
This is purely concerning my own experience. I am very disappointed with this mob.
My order was shipped 6 weeks ago in 6 seperate envelopes. The first 2 arrived in around 10 days which I give them credit for.
The 3rd envelope arrived last week and was the wrong item.
The 4th envelope has been seized and I have received a LL. I understand that they are not to blame for seizures. Every supplier has seizures due to circumstances beyond their control.
My only concern is their packaging which has not been the best. I can see why customs would be interested in their envelopes. 2 out of the 3 that I have received had been torn. All it took was a curious peek inside to see the contents. It is my opinion that the 3 that have arrived, slipped through purely by luck.
Envelopes 5 and 6 have disappeared.
As it has reached the 6 week stage, I have emailed them about my concerns, only to receive the standard replies. None of which addressed my questions specifically.
Maybe I am unlucky, however I don't believe so. The example I use is this. RxPuraVida has a poor success rate with you folk from the US. I have read feedback that suggests his packaging is not good enough to pass through US customs. I however, have a 100% record from him. His packaging has been a lot more professional than CAM. At least Rx goes to some trouble when packaging, so if US customers are not receiving from Rx, how the hell are you receiving from CAM? His packaging is a lot worse.
Apart from the packaging issue, I am also not happy with the delays in replies to emails, and when you do receive a reply, it contains nothing but automated statements.
As I say, this is only MY opinion as asked by this thread. Not good. Hope your packages show but appreciate sharing info. Now I am really uptight

As stated before, my order contained 6 envelopes. Not only have 2 of the 6 gone missing, 1 was seized, and another was the wrong medication. In other words, 2 out of 6 arrived ok.
Because the last 2 envelopes disappeared into thin air, and I do not have LL's to show, they will not resend unless I make another order totaling at least the amount of the missing order, then they will ship the missing order again at half price.
Aint no way on Gods green earth that I am sending these guys more money. I received 1 LL which they will replace once I scan the letter. The missing ones, 600 Ambien, they don't wanna touch because according to them, it could be anyone's fault. Well, if they packaged better, maybe envelopes would not disappear??? The 2 that arrived were torn and the contents were able to be seen by the time they arrived in Australia. It was just luck that they got through.
It's called Risk Management. Package better so you don't have so many missing and/or seized packages.
Also, customer service is almost non existant. Wait 2 days for a reply, and it contains the barest information possible to cover their [censored].
I know alot of people have had great experiences with them too, but I don't give a rats [censored] about anyones experiences other than my own, and my own experience with this mob is bad.
