Why dont you answer your clients questions, or give them some info as to what is going on? Instead of the little quick comments as to "they dont know,I know whats going on in the company". Really? You apparently need to shed some light!

Will do asap. I'm still waiting for my consult. I was told dr. would call between 10-11. It's now 11:10 and no call. I'm starting to get discouraged.

I have not been given a tracking number but sometime last week or two ago it went from "in shipping" to showing my next refill date. I have never received my script which has been due for over 45 days. Now I am getting an email saying my next refill is due Oct 18 and I need to authorize it. Not a chance I'm gonna authorize them charging me for a new script when I haven't gotten the last one. I know there were others that had this same thing happen to them because it was on the board. What did you do to get the status changed back that you were still waiting on the last order? Calling CS is a joke and from what I have seen on here the Rocky screen name doesn't answer any real questions.

I've seen numerous statements regarding no one receiving their meds. HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE RECENTLY? Rocky has not once responded to an actual question, only gets angry if someone makes a derogatory comment re DS. CS is probably the biggest waste of time ever. Even if you get a considerate person, they can't tell you C#$%. But you want to know what, they have and will continue to treat everyone like dog#%$@ because we all keep coming back to them or one of their affiliates (EPMG, etc.)

i can report something received. funds from ds received back to my cc. Sorry ds but I couldnt take the stress anymore.

I've been waiting for special services to send my order back to DS. I've come to realize this is never going to happen. My CC was charged on 9/6. Can I still do a chargeback on my CC. Has anyone else been successful with this..?

Just what IS special services, and has it (whatever it is) worked for ANYONE. I understand that once people receive their product, a lot of time they are less than likely to take the time responding to others who are still in a precarious position, but we are all in the same boat here at one point or another and if you have received your meds or were able to get somewhere using this "special services", please give those people out there who have received nothing a little info.

Let's all not forget about the blacklist forum ~ for all of us that have been lied to over and over again and contracts not fulfilled. We need to warn all other potential D-S customers what they will encounter, as well as, the DB community.

I spoke with CS yesterday. They told me they have NO IDEA of how long the delay will be. That indicates to me that they have no pharms. I finally moved on. I didn't have to do a charge back. I just canceled my order because I've only been waiting since 9/26. I should receive my meds tomorrow. Unless DS gets caught up, and things stay on track, I'm done for good. 3 yrs with them. It's a real shame. They've been good to me up until this year. Good luck everyone.

Hi Billy, yes. It went through yesterday. I'm waiting for my tracking no. today. CS told me I should have delivery by tomorrow 10:30am. I'm hoping to get my tracking info soon. I'll let you know when I receive. I hope this place works out because they were really nice.

My account has been "noted by an administrator" after I PMed Rocky. I asked him what would happen to my "transfer" that never got faxed, even though it says it has been "shipped" and Rocky admitted that "special services" are through faxing scripts. He said that it would be dealt with once they got the pharmacy issues worked out and that I wouldn't be forgotten. So, now I have a choice to make. I can either do a chargeback, go elsewhere and end up losing some money, or I can wait and beleive that I "will not be forgotten" as Rocky says. I've been with DS for years, and although there have been delays, there has never been an instance where I didn't get my meds. So, I guess I'm inclined to just let it ride. I'm going to forget about it, quit coming to the boards here, and just give it some time. We'll see what happens. Rocky is still here, even though he can't tell us much, it isn't like other ROPs whose reps have disappeared. I'm NOT going to do another consult with them, however, but I will wait this out until they come through for me. I might regret this, but we'll see.

I've noticed several of us have Dr. Z as our prescribing doctor and I have seen seveal posts as this may be the holdup on our re-fills, due to some pharmacys not honoring his re-fills?

Hooray! I at least got my money credited back to my card! I canceled my order but my acct. has been put on administrative hold. I'd certainly go back to DS if things changed. Until then, another customer bites the dust.

Hi Billy - No tracking number yet. I'm on pins and needles waiting. I did email cs this morning. He promised that between 2-4 I'd have my track. info. It's noon now. I am aching so bad and want to take one of my pills, (only 3 left) and am afraid to until I know for sure it's coming. I'm happy I got my money back from DS. I guess they're only dumping the people who do a charge back. I just canceled, so I'm sitting on administrative hold.

Hi DC mom, I was wondering what administrative hold is as I have never heard of it before. Do they ban you from buying from another company? How can that be when you need your medication there should be no hold on anything? If you are truly in pain then how can they hold you from going elsewhere? Thank you..

Hi DC! This is so crazy. I have also been with them for a long time and I cannot believe the way they do business. I have not had a refill from them since May. Tried to cancel, finally did a charge back (which isn't reflected on my sign in page) and they had the balls to send me an e-mail (which I never recieved ) reminding me that I have a refill available in mid Oct. I hope that they get caught up and stay in business as they just got too big for their britches. Oh well, I'm done with them for now. If they get their act together then I may try again at a later date but not right now, following these boards it just doesn't look like it. Thank God that we have this forum to see whats going on. You guys are rigt about DS. What a rip off regarding the refills. I paced my refill order on 9/24 and have not received anything. I have been with DS for over three years, but this is it for me. As most of you mentioned previously, they charge you instantly for your refills knowing full well that there are serious delays. On top of the fact that they continue to accept new consults, without even informing their customers that they are experincing major delays. As for Rocky, some nerve to take offense to our complaints, considering how long all of us have been waiting, and that people in pain need their mrdication. I think blacklisting DS would be a great service to anyone else who does not want to get ripped off by DS in the future. I feel bad for all of you - myself included.

Has anyone heard from rocky lately? Has he posted any updates in the past couple of weeks? (aside from his response to the administrator).
