We all need a little humor in this situation; thanks for the smiles! It is odd how the DS number is no longer working and now our friend ROCKY isnt posting a word either - you'd think he would since the phone lines are down. WHAT A JOKE! Has anyone tried any of the sister site phone lines? I will do it now and see what happens, if anything.

OKAY! Both PDP and EPMG are also busy signals; as these are sister sites one can only assume they are gone now. Lovely, just lovely.

I reconsulted w/ them on Monday for no charge and got my delivery yesterday. I had been waiting since August 23rd and Maria from CS told me that would take care of the problem. I dont know why in the hell people were not told this a LONG time ago.

Hey the sister sites, EPMG and PDP - if you read their board, it is all the same - Barry - who is also ROCKY - has also disappeared and they had the same weird message on the phones yesterday that DS did - and also have the busy signals. Their doors have been shut - chargeback time folks, and dont waste another minute on this or you will lose even more.

whtrash73 got his Meds delivered on 11/14 from a 11/7 "IN Shipping" date. A few other people too.


DS may have lost their phone contractor because of the influx of angry callers. A company can cancel a contract when they feel fit I guess. That's probably why the accounts on the web are really messed up. A company like PAETEC takes care of their phones and updates the web pages.

I know they keep losing pharmacies. They are doing too much business and they overwhelm every company they get involved with.

easternshore what exactly did CS tell you?

I was given the same info as Jana except that I was told I would have to pay $50 b/c my consult had been free, but then after I had been charged, I would be credited, did not make much sense but I was taking my chances, but then when I hit charge for consult, it messed up and said to call CS, I did the next day and they said there was technical difficulties and they were working on it, it was never solved, still not been charged. But, they said the reason behind all this is b/c the dr that wrote that script did not work for them anymore so the pharmacy could not take it b/c it could not be verified. Doesn't make sense to me b/c when you take a prescription in to be filled they don't call him to verify. But, whatever! I usually have a sense of ESP and I don't have a good feeling about all this.

In que since 8-22. Ohh I am just about to my 90 day aniversary.... oh I hope I get something nice... I realize it won't be my meds but...maybe something nice. He He

Hey can anyone tell me if they have gotten through to DS in the last few days. The last comments I have read shows that easternshore got through and spoke with them on Monday the 12th. I haven't been able in the last couple of days.
I do realize that DS is using VOIP and that sometimes the internet wont co-operate but it has been a few days now so, I wonder. I am only getting a busy signal.

Did my chargeback today. I really don't believe they are in business anymore......if they were, Rocky would have posted something.

also did my charge back today. had been waiting since 8-23. hope i am not late. my visa says they allow them for 120 days.

also called a chronic pain dr. today also. they wanted a ton of 411 and then said they will need to get back to me if they will see me or not.

Just call your credit card company and tell them you ordered a product that was never shipped. I told them the product was no longer available. They will probably want to know if you have contacted DS, but you can tell them that phones have been out of order for over a week. Most CC will credit your account immediately while they try to resolve with company.

To all that are done with DS and are looking for a new website to order from just check the list on this board. They are rated by the Stars at the end of their name. The more Stars the better the rating. You will notice DS has one star, don't think they evern deserve that.

Whats up with Rocky? I don't get it... a little honesty goes along way. Can you imagine if other businesses ran like DS??? OMG... they wouldn't last 1 week. Rocky just get on and let us know why we can't get through and why your not responding. I know one person who is going to do a charge back for all her stuff. That will be over 500.00. It should have never came to this for her. She is an elderly woman who really depended on DS. ( My mom) We are all so flippen mad. I haven't done a charge back yet. Yet... but I'm next to follow suit. I've been a customer for at least four years, and have never experienced such bad customer service. Sorry Rocky, but this company deserves every charge back they get. I can't imagine how much money you must be losing daily... but you have no one else to blame except yourselves for not being honest and forthright. I'm just rambling now because I am so mad about the way we are being treated. Guess, I am just wasting my time and energy though because we all know you won't read anything on this board. Why is your website still up and why gods name would you still be taking consults knowing you can't fullfill and requests, just disgusting. Treat people right and you will be treated right. Karma baby. Don't run and hide from us. Get on this site and make a statement, good, bad, or indiffernt we don't care, we just want some information.
