~I just ordered from IglooRx last week and it arrived today!, 3 day processing time and 8 day ship time, they emailed order confirmation and shippig date confirmation & everthing was in perfect order! Tablets were vac-pak fresh and effective! Packaging was superb!! These people really have their act together and their Customer service beats them all I highly recomend them and if you manage to sweet talk your way into their customer base you will forever be thankful that you did!! They deal only with those people they feel safe with & treat them with respect and that is the bottom line! Never was there a single moment of trouble and instant rectification of problems When contacting them, Speak respectful, like you have at least a modecum of inteligence and you may be surprised how much better you are received!!! Good Luck ALL ! I wish all these outfits would operate like these folks, I wish all places operated with half the integrity, organization and brains this places does! Please,, remember there are others in just as much pain suffering and anguish as you are so please order with conservative thoughtfulness and allow others to have a chance at obtaining relief! WE must always assume that others are legit when they order medicine and until shown other wise they all deserve at least our compassion and patience! Not all are able to express themselves as eloquently as we would hope they would so always keep that in mind and be helpful when possible and treat all as you you would want to be treated! Hello,, I have been told they are no longer taking new customers at this time! However, I say be persisitent and check in with them every couple of weeks.... be very nice and don't sound desperate! Just be businesslike and polite! They will keep you in mind ! Thats how I did it and they sent me an invitation one day! !

Hello DrBear & All ,Sorry I did not realize is no contact info Igloo homepage!, I email Igloo about taking customers, they say no, they say it too much risky! All it take is one bad customer to get them put out of biz! Right now all their customers are trusted the way we trust them! I wish more places like Igloo! There are too many Americans that complain all time ! This is risky business and it not their fault when orders no show! American Govt is stealing our orders and so is postal workers in every country between here and there! It OK some Terrorist bring bomb making materials across our border in old pickup trucks but we too dangerous because we use codeine to kill pain! I start grow poppies next year and make my own codeine cause pretty soon it will no longer be available! It just not USA doing this just look up Council of Vienna statement! United Nations is controlling poppy production and better we all hooked on cigarettes, alcohol, prozac, valium, xanax , etc... than safe medicine! The Germans have done many studies that show that opiates are the best way to treat most addictions , depressions and many other ailments we all suffer from but that would be too cheap $ for us and drug companies would not make billions with their poison and then be able to sell us all liver transplants when we all get old!! Well i too find them to be a excellent and reputable company. In the past i have read negative things about them but i have never had a bad experience. Hopefully all the bad customers are no longer members.

I have had good experiences with them also, usually I get my order in 10 days. This time it has been 15 days and no order received yet. Do you think I should be worried?

ok, im a lil upset, and its noone heres fault but, i keep hearing how great this place is and how reliable they are but im stuck on the outside, can someone here please tell me what i would have to do to get access to this site, i would do almost anything to be able to order from them but they're never taking new customers so can some one here please please help me out, what steps do i have to take who do i need to speak with. im a lil tired of killing my liver taking 5 panafen plus to ease my lower back pain but right now until i can get access to this site i really have no other chose, again if someone could help me out on this i would greatly appreciate it.

I don't if there is anything you can do unless someone on the board knows a contact at igloo. I haven't ordered in a very long time, but since I am a current customer, I was able to order. I just placed my order today. We'll see if it makes it to the south.

I know it's frustrating not being able to order from a reliable site. But, there are other reliable (and possibly even better) sources other than igloo.

Hello, so you know... I have trying for you people to convince IglooRx to re open registration new customers! I not been success though! They say if you buy Pharm88 they send out email long time back on file when Pharm88 close and if they get no answer they delete email address! Now they have all customers they can handle because most people want Codeine that buy them and it getting very hard and very expensive!! Remember Euro and Yen went up again most peple base price on that now! US dollar become less valuable in world last years ! I promise to keep trying for you but I no what else I can do! If I give out their email I could get punish and lose source! I keep trying OK! FiveStarPharma keep listing CodiCompren but they always out of stock! I email them and Mark say he just not able to find any now! Igloo must know right people!

Hello, I know only some people able to order from Igloo so this for those people but they are still thinking about re-open registration and I still asking them to do it! I receive order from Igloo this month but ship time was 4 weeks! They still reliable but shipping time is long right now!and they can not change that! Postmark on package show it ship when they say it did!

They've always shipped to me really quickly (I live in Europe), but my God, what a disappointment their codeine products are. Ordered both codeine and DHC from them in the past, it was pretty worthless every time. Got a small order of codi-opt and whatever the other one they're selling at the mo is (...to try again, because obviously I'm slightly desperate or something, couldn't resist?!) Anyway, don't waste your time and money. They other stuff I've got from there's been fine/good (benzos, nubain... think that's it), and as said, speedy delivery is great, but the 'codeine' and DHC is worthless.

They don't take credit cards- they do use Alert Pay. Should I look into Alert Pay ?? Thanks.

I have looked into AlertPay and actually believe they give a buyer more protection on the outside chance of credit card charges not authorized. (There are favorable articles on Alertpay including a CNN piece. Alertpay seems to have more satisfied users and less complaints than PayPal.) While not as direct and easy as a direct cc transaction with the IOP, it does give your cc "insulation".

I set up an alertpay account two years ago and never used it. I have updated the account and if I feel brave in a week or so I may use that method.

Anyone used AlertPay successfully with this or other IOPs ?

I set up AlertPay just so I could use Igloo. It's very easy to set up and it's free. However you might want to wait. Igloo's web site now says: Accepting Credit Card Payments Soon

Just an anecdote but, a year ago I had ordered a small (30 pills) order from Igloo. I received the order -all accounted for but, the envelope had been opened and sealed with green " Homeland Security" tape ! My rational was that Homeland Security is concerned with powders-either narcotics or dangerous poisons. I assume they were after bigger fish than some poor schlub importing a few innocuous pills.

Maybe you got lucky because the pills had no printing on them and they didn't know what they were?
I'm just guessing they were those large, white, round pills with no markings.

Igloo's web interface is SSL secured, and their customer service is promptly replied to in courteous manner.

I don't know how I got in.

I think it was mutual distrust, at first, and the establishing of good faith dealings by (the ongoing) completion of a quid-pro-quo "corrupt bargain", and therewith verifying mutual trust. Essentially, Igloo requires the first few payments to be made in an anonymous way, making it very easy to scam you and get away with it. I find that nifty. I know any online source can do that but I, personally, will find legal recourse, in their country or mine. Just call me the litigator. This is my first irrevocable risk. Anyway:

I received a partial shipment of my IglooRX order today. This parcel came from Africa in very novel packaging, very professionally sealed once I found the contents, with very good accompanying information.

Postmarked 4. March 2009, so 15 days in transit.

I went crazy with orders when I got screwed by another IOP. Weird what mental duress does to a person.. I used to think emotional turmoil was a joke until I suffered it myself.

Still, for the total amount of money I spent on ~6 months+ worth of medicine my retail priced Provigil prescription would only be paid for 2 months.

I don't post much but I did order a small test order ,thay are like Pharm88 and the packing was too fat took 10 days shipping time.Homeland has it now ,they have not replyed to my emails at all.Any way the way they pack a reship would end up the same way I am in the SW USA.peace out

How do you get into this site. I actually found it on an old thread clicked on it and it opened and then searched the name and found this recent thread. I only see home and login and thats it. What if you don't have a log in id? Is there any way to get one or get in to the site? Thank you

Thay are closed to new customers right now but I think about once a year thay are open to new ones.

I've been monitoring IglooRx here on DB.com and at their website for almost 2 years now, and I've never seen them open up for new customers. I did get an email response once from them saying they weren't taking new customers. But that was the extent of evidence I have that there is actually a living person behind that website.

Those that are customers, are you still happy with them?

I have been a customer for over six years thay were pharma88 at one time.I have to say thay are the best for shipping and service, only two times did my orders not make to me and were reshipped right away.My orders make to me in about 10 to 14 days to the US.

They stopped doing "Alertpay" and are taking both mastercard and visa again now for at least 6 weeks maybe longer. I was wondering if anyone tried to order by Credit Card today? It fails everytime. It's not my card I tried several just in case. I remember this happending before but it cleared up on it's own. I hope it not a sign that their credit cards days are over. They are one of the few sites that still take it.

I have received stuff from them as little as 10 days ago. I'm trying to place an order for the summer as I go out of town and don't want stuff delivered when I'm not home. The credit cards don't seem to be working, I tried it several times yesturday each time it failed. I just tried again today and the credit card failed again. I even double checked to make sure there wasn't an issue with my card but I tried several so that wasn't it. Hopefully this isn't the start of them not taking Credit Cards again. Has anyone been able to place a credit card order today or yesturday?

This is a hot pharmacy so I know a ton of you order from there.

I will email them if the order doesn't go through by weeks end, I don't want to bombard them if they are having some issues.

I also have had great luck with this OP; regarding the CC, apparently you can use it after 3 successful orders, hope this helps.

They now have a note on their site that the credit cards are down and should be back up 06/29. Does anyone else know good pharmacies that take credit cards. I will never use Western Union. I either have to go to a bank and get cash or pay some huge Credit Card fees, western union fees, and interest on the money even though I pay it in full each month. NOT WORTH IT! You also have no recorse of something happens and they don't ship. Very annoying I hope igloo can get their credit cards back.

What does that mean that taking new customers is "too risky". That makes no sense that they would open their registration for a certain time period if it is "too risky" and then close it again. If you're paying beforehand for the meds how is it risky for them.

Maybe my memories off, but I always thought that igloo's meds ran on the pricey side. I think it's funny they even have a closed registration for their site.

There's better and cheaper other options that are openly discussed on this part of the forum as it is.

the price was respectable, 100 30mg oxaz for 70 bucks but because they outsource orders to other pharmacies my order has been processing for quite some time now without notice of shipment.

I had the same thing it was processing for three weeks and then just showed up in my mail box.I emailed them and thay got back to me in two days by the time thay did it showed up.I don't think thay keep up as much with the up dating of the order but always come through in the end.

thats assuring because its been about 3 weeks and its still the same status, i emailed them a bunch and they replied once so far saying they would look into it

Igloo ships from everywhere in the world. In a "curiously familiar packaging style". No joke, lol. I've received orders from South Africa to Pakistan :x; and they claim everywhere in between.

My last order was a 2 week turnaround.

I ordered on 10\17 was shipped out 10/20 I had my shippment 11/02 it takes about two to three weeks.And there packing I think is some of the best I have seen as well as there service.

Since I cannot get in, I was curious about what pain meds they have and what their prices are.

They have Dihydro codeine 30mg 30 tabs 52.50,Codesic codeine 30mg 30 tabs 52.50,Davocet 65mg/250mg 100tabs 262.73,Ultram 50mg 100tabs 75.60 shipping is 17.50 I know not thay are not very strong I have tryed the Dihydro worked for me.I have to go to the Dr. to get O/C 30 for my pain only give 20 every 30 days.

I read that this is a good source for Fioricet. If anyone can recommend me I'll love you forever. lol.. PM me if so.

I Have been a member from years ago when they were pharma88 I think. They have been the most reliable and I quees they want to just keep who they have and not take chances. They are one of the few who managed not to go under and I'm sure they want to keep it that way. I doubt they would even take a chance of a recomendation unless your family works for them.If you even find someone good and it worked........stick with them..
