Hello everyone, For those of you that have received, IF you got a tracking number, when did you get it? and through what means ????( e-mail, or your account on the site) And.... how long was it between showing an order summary on your account, and getting your meds? It seems there is a lack of tracking numbers. Are there tracking numbers actually going out? I have to get out of work to be home, and have no clue when to expect it, as it shows it was filled, but no tracking. Any one else in this boat? Thanks- siper

My order also says "filled", no tracking number and I have been home, so no delivery either. Krystal said if it says filled then it is waiting on the fed-ex labels or software etc. I am trying to stay positive, but I am starting to worry.

Thanks. I'm just wondering how long it will take to get them labeled, and then of coarse, shipped. If any one has any other input on the time line of this, it would be great. Are we looking at a matter of a couple days here, or a week or more? You would think if it is filled, the labels for a few could be made in a day, but how far down the list a person is I suppose plays a part.If any body has gone from "filled" to tracking number, how long was it inbetween? Thanks.-siper

I swear, this 1st Priority is almost a joke. I have never read so many excuses or snafaus from an ex-expert. The world has changed for David K., I guess. Let me give you a heads up...info@healthservicesadmin.com will help you today and deliver coumpounds when they promise. Call 570-267-0212 after 10:00 Eastern and you can get it all done TODAY.
It is easy, efficient, and knows what's up. Used to be RxConsults4u then IPS4u and now this, but it works.

Been waiting 2 weeks as well...have also been calling & emailing Krystal for days with no response. I am getting worried as well. I have had to change my ship-to address 3 times now due to broken promises regarding shipping and as we all know, someone has to be present to sign for the delivery & there's no way of knowing when you're going to receive your order. How can they do business this way? My money order has been made out for 2 weeks & it was for Saturday shipping so I'm not sure how much I'll have to pay. They have changed the summary so many times...arghhh

I am in the same boat. Have to take off work to get packages. My Fedex day is anytime between 8 & 12 noon for regular packages and between 8 & 4:30 for COD's. I have to take the whole day off. My secret and everybody knows this. As soon as I think they are on the way I will call fedex and ask them.
I say I am expecting a box from a company that is very lax in sending out tracking #'s.
They will ask your zip and address and if it's in the pipeline they will tell you.
Hey call them everyday. I do. The fedex # is 800-463-3339.
Another little trick. Keep saying "representitive" at every question the computer asks until you get hooked up with a humanoid. Hey I willed be calling tomorrow am and every morning until I got them.
Good luck and
Peace!!!!!!!

I received a tracking # for my script yesterday, with a scheduled delivery before noon today, and the strange thing is, even though it's in their system, there havn't been any updates, just the original data and nothing else of FedEx's site.

Perhaps they are having problems in delivery/shipping?

don't know but worried, as will run out in a day or so.

No tracking number yet for me, and it is Thurs. so, that means nothing will get here for me until next week. They do not deliver in my area on Sat.(fedex)-So, [censored]! If the fed ex thing is fixed, why no tracking numbers, I wonder ?

I don't think I will reconsult again, After having nothing but problems and delays every time I received an order. My orders have never been on time, I've sat waiting anywhere from 4 days to weeks on end to recieve a order.

I never get upfront answers. They do not treat us like paying customers half the time they treat us like they are doing us this huge favor. When did favors cost so much, and yes there is other company's out there who take their business seriously and are straight forward even if thats not what we want to here. Everyone can start defending this company like they would a man who hits them "out of love" but I know when to walk away.

My order was filled yesterday and I did not receive a tracking number just the track a package link at the bottom of the page.. I e-mailed Krystal and asked if her if I should be waiting at home to receive my package or if it was ok to leave because it hadn't yet been shipped but only filled. She replied to say this pharmacy was new & they haven't got everything together yet and my tracking # number should be there shorty. I did not ask her that I asked her if it was shipped yesterday and if I should be waiting for my package at home today. After reading the posts who have been filled but not shipped for two weeks Im really losing all hope. People can say we should be grateful because there are a lot of company's out there who are way worse, but there are a lot of better ones too. Why should we settle for 2nd best?

I think this company has been honest, it is really bad to have to wait, be out of meds, and not know when they are coming. Any one and everyone who gets a tracking number, will you please plaster it up in big letters -and what time you got it. They say tracking numbers go out in the evening, is it evening where they are yet? it is getting to be evening here.....If I am right, I think thier evening happens before mine does. thanks

I just received my order today, I am in AZ. I must give kudos to the new pharmacy's packaging. Box, envelope, cotton, really professional job. My account had "tracking number" link without a number for five days, then a number appeared next to it that worked. Total time, about a week and a day or two. I hope this helps.

semperfi,
fisrt of all I have never been a patient of this provider....
I have no personal experience with them.
but what is concerning me is you having to miss work. !!!

That has to be getting old to have to miss a full day of work in order to get your medicine.

I take it that you cannot have it sent to your work ? I am lucky that i am able to do that.

Have you considered using the hub as the shipping adddress?

Again I am lucky that the hub in my town is about 12 miles away. on the shipping label have them put your name and them use the hub as the shipping address , then have them put ""will hold"" ( for customer ) or "will call".
It will not be put on a truck for delivery, it will stay there for you to pick up.

I have only done this with Fed ex. I don't know anything on how the others work.
Or..
There are some here that use places like mailbox etc. as the shipping address and have them sign for it . but i do not have any personal experiences with those kind of mailbox "stores "

Just trying to help...
there has to be a better way to get it done without missing work.
Good luck ....

The name of the pharm should be in your order summary, on thier site, in your account page. It seems no one is posting names of pharms. Understandably. Still waiting here. Anyone get a tracking number today? or receive? Where is David? Would like to hear some of his ramblings.

I asked Fedex months ago about holding it at their HUB. They told me and I quote:
" The package has to be miss delivered and then when you find the little green tag on your door after getting home from working all day in pain I might add. Call up Fedex and tell them to hold it for pickup and they will. So if I go to work it's 2 days before I get my meds. Now this is the BS I got from Fedex. You got me thinking so as soon as I have a tracking # I will call and ask them to hold it again. And I will let you know.

request-30th. Yes, I did ask for 2nd day shipping, because no one was getting thier orders anyways on time. Did not want to pay extra and not get it anyways. even tho, that would be like 5 days, not 2. There is no fed ex delivery in my area on Sat. so, even if I had requested Sat. del, It would still be Mon. at the earliest. Tues just seems so far away, esp. being out of meds.

Your problem is in how you're having it shipped. You don't have it sent to your house, you find the nearest fedex office that has full service, and then have it shipped directly there. I put Hold FedEx Hub as the first address line for name, then the address. Works great, you run out at lunch, or after work, sign and get it. No worryig about an OP that has "filled" your order a week or more ago, and you've gotten false fedex notice, and feel you have to wait at home this way. Once it has your home addy on it, I don't think you can have it held until they attempt delivery and miss you. Best wishes, I've been waiting since my request for refill on 7/24, with a fill date showing since 7/31, but first false tracking, now no tracking. Same as mostly everyone I guess. I sure hope the news is better after the weekend - I think everyone has had it with all the empty promises.

Are you saying the tracking numbers are fake? or not valid? So, you got a "fake" tracking number, that worked or did not work? then no tracking number? did it just dissapear? Now, do you have a new one that works? BTW, I cannot have it held at my nearest hub that would be like 170 miles away. It would be closed by the time I got there, not everyone has access to a city of substancial size, that even has a Fed ex. at least I do not.If I ran out at lunch to pick it up, I would get back the next day! Thanks

it would still be nice for the owners and operators to grace us with actual info about what is going on and why the delays.

take care

Sipervic,

I realize I'm posting this a little after the fact, but I didn't think you ordered 2 day shipping because you were surprised it was going to take 2 days. Remember FedEx doesn't know or care when you submitted your order with 1stPriority, and unless it is changed to something else by 1stPriority, FedEx is going to get it to you in 2 days... because that's what you paid for.... I'm sure you realize this now.

Anyway, I couldn't understand that either when I first got into this racket, but no one in this industry would take it upon themselves to upgrade your shipping because you've been waiting; it's just another unfair practice (or, at least, poor business practice) we have to endure because this is NOT a buyers market. There are too many of us, and too few 'them', for us to get that kind of courtesy....

In fairness to 1stPriority, they are getting orders out and have obviously worked their arses off making that happen. I wish they were communicating more but I, like some others on here today, have received the coveted tracking number, after placing my refill order on the 26th, and FedEx is saying at this point that it has been picked up, from New Jersey, and will be here Monday (I requested 'Priority Overnight'.) My next concern is that I've been hearing a strange generic has been received by some of the 1stPriorityPeople who have received already. Can anyone speak to this?

I guess I should count my blessings. Good luck to everyone still waiting....

J.

I finally got a tracking number too. I called and e-mailed 1st thing this morning to switch to saturday shipping. It was not changed. now it will sit at the hub. I wish i could just go pick it up. It will be there Saturday. That would be too easy right.
My tracking number showed up on 1st website , then it was emailed to me. I got it around 6pm est.

At least its on the way. Thats an improvement.

Hey Josh- I wasn't surprised it was going to take 2 days, I was surprised it is going to take 4 days. (fed ex transmitted data says thurs. says to be delivered Tues.) Even skipping Sun.,That isn't 2 days, it is 4. I always choose 2nd day shipping because I read over and over how people pay extra for faster shipping, and do not get it when they are suppose to.Also, it is cheaper. If I really believed it would get here sooner, I would choose faster shipping. I just no-way believe it happens. If it works, let me know. k?
I am in no way puttng down 1st, actually, if you read some of my posts, in other threads, I have applauded them, complimented them, etc...and still do. If I sounded like I was complaining, I am not, just am out of meds, and have gotten them before faster, with the same shipping, same company.
I also heard it was an odd generic brand, cannot remember the name- no one has yet attested to the quality, as far as I know. It would be nice to know. Wouldn't it be great to get a full(not shorted) bottle of at least Watson brand? It would feel like x-mas! When you get yours, will you post as to the quality? Thanks for your post, and info. It all is helpful.-siper

Siper,

I guess I was just thinking that they would think of it this way: you got your tracking number on Friday, that would be the first business day, Monday would be the second, and then you would receive it the next day.... Or: the day they pick it up doesn't count, especially when they don't pick it up until the late afternoon, so Monday's the first business day, Tuesday is the second, and there it is lickety split delivered as scheduled....

Anyway, of course, it doesn't matter. As I've said, when they get around to shippin' the flippin' thing, we're all resigned to just hand over the money order, with a feeble grin, and a "yes sir, thank you, sir," and get on with our lives....

But I will tell you that I think it DOES pay to get the fastest shipping; I mean Priority Overnight. Saturday shipping is a BIG jump up in price, so I usually just bite the bullet over the weekend. (People are right though, some of us can pick it up at the HUB on Saturday when it's due for a Monday delivery.) But Priority Overnight is what? 6-10 dollars more, and in this case, it's difference between receiving Tuesday, like you, or getting it Monday. Receiving it even 1 day sooner is, of course, very important to someone who is out of meds, as I'm sure you'll agree. (I will give you all the relevant details on Monday when I get it, by the way.)

I didn't think for a minute that you were complaining. I've read your posts and you've exibited tremendous restraint in my opinion. I was getting to the point where I was feeling like we were all being a little too goshdarn POLITE about it all, but I know they're doing what they can.... They really do have some fargin SAINTS for customers, though. They should be sooo grateful; you're the salt of the earth, most of you, patiently SUFFERING, like you Siper, out of meds, but still willing to be fair, empathetic, and kind. It burns me up a little, if I think about it too much....

Yea, you're flippin-a right it would be like Christmas!! (Read Sipervic's last post) Hang in there, mate. I'll give you the 411 on the efficacy of the pills in question on Money.

Thanks!
J.

Fedex doesn't count Saturday or Sunday. Unless you use Saturday delivery, Saturday doesn't count toward your shipping days. They only count Monday through Friday. Also, the date that the package is picked up is the day your count begins. Of this I am sure. Whether one or two days is important is up to each individual. If you have found a way to survive a week, or even two without your meds, it would seem you can make it an extra day or two. But the anticipation of the feeling you get when your pain goes from 8 or 9 to 5 or 6 is very hard to resist. If you are like me, you always tell yourself this time I am going to cut back just a little and take 3 instead of 4 today so I'll have some meds back, and I can comfortably weather the storm that we all now is coming when it is time for the next refill, or consult and fill. But!!!

Call up Fedex and tell them to hold it for pickup and they will. So if I go to work it's 2 days before I get my meds. Now this is the BS I got from Fedex. You got me thinking so as soon as I have a tracking # I will call and ask them to hold it again. And I will let you know.

You may be correct about that, but *WHAT IF* you actually put this down

*THEN* in fact, the website shows *NO* customer's physical address and they MUST hold it at thie hub for 5 business days. Fedex has told me to do this before, then it won't even get flagged for goning on to the truck. It'll stay on the truck until you come for it. Beeb doing this for YEARS!

Thanks, Josh, I am going banana's here, Tues. seems like way far away. I will try next time to upgrade shipping.I really hope you get Watson. I wonder what others have gotten? Surely some body must of received by now, I'm going to look and see, try to get an answer out of someone who's received. Sometimes, tho, I've noticed that a person is real active on the board before the order comes, then after *poof* they are no where to be found. I mean just look at me, poting away like a mad man! I will look for a post from you re: quality, tho, K? Talk to you later-siper

I hope this helps. I got this information directly from the horse's mouth. This is the way things work since the bugs were worked out at the beginning of last week. I won't give my source, so don't ask. After Pharmacy Processing, your order is approved, and your account page changes to View Order, now showing your Order Summary, and, a Date Filled. Your order is sent via computer to the pharmacy. Since there is a backlog, this might not happen right away. The orders are in queue in the computer on a first come first serve basis. (Although I'm sure some people have been bumped up occasionally for whatever reason.) When your order comes up, the medication is dispensed, and then packaged. At this point, the Tracking Number is generated, and along with your shipping information the shipping label is printed and affixed to your package. At this time in intervals, your shipping information is also automatically transmitted to FedEx, and your Tracking Number is sent to your account page. Depending on the time of day, your package is picked up by FedEx either the same day, or the next, not counting Saturday, or Sunday. There will be glitches, and from time to time mistakes made by man or machine, but in a perfect world this is the order that things happen.

So what does the horses mouth say at 1stP about delays? Why can't someone from 1stP come on line and explain this to us?
All I can think of is 1 lonely pharmacy trying to fill hundreds of orders a day. That's absurd and a joke. Paying outrages priced for meds and shipping, "overnight" I might add. Then wait 1 1/2 to 2 wks for them is just not RIGHT!
The pharmacy's in my area sell 120 ct Watsons for under $80.
I realize we are all at their mercy.
All I want is a truthful explanation of why it takes so long. No more BS from 1stP would go along way to mellow people out. I for one would start cutting back so I had extra meds if they told me it would be a week and a half.
Just be up front and that would go a long way towards bringing their customer service back to where it used to be.
Now back to my question.
What does the horses say about delay time?

The only thing I was after was information about how the system worked. I wasn't judging, and I didn't ask about the delays, but when you said "All I can think of is 1 lonely pharmacy trying to fill hundreds of orders a day", you might have been correct.
