I do not think there are missing posts, I think one thread with a similar subject line got locked, so people started posting under this thread. They were no longer able to post under "anyone receive...today" thread. People can't figure out why that thread got locked, either, as there was no post that was against the Rules. This is just a theory.

Does anyone know if they are actually shipping?, i.e. received their order. As of this tuesday, was told they had pharmacy issues that they were working very hard to fix but no answer yet. Told same thing today but that they hoped by the end of the day to be set up. They sounded very sincere but yet has anyone received their order?

Well, I called for a refill just now and they said its about a 2 or 3 day delay.
lets hope thats accurate!

i don't use them but i have been waiting over ONE week now If that helps,, I feel like just cancelling it at this point I have hit as low as the pain can go--- Good luck to you

I use them and it will be a week tomorrow since a refill was placed. At that point I was told there was a one day delay. Yesterday I was told there is a 2-3 day wait.

Today is 4 days.

Perhaps CS should change their standard reply of 2-3 day delay to a 4-5 day?

Well, didn't I read a post last week (?) from David saying they had 3 pharms now?
I know patients of this ROP would like an honest answer as to when they will receive their meds, they are all adults and I'm pretty sure they can handle the truth! Chronic pain patients should not be lied to or strung along when it comes to their medication!!!

This just simply isn't true. Everyone knows the following, or should read up some. I *agree* that many times, the OCS/ROP does feed us BS but when it comes down to it, it's three little letters. I have posted about this over and over and over again. It's the *DEA* - When they took down Medicom, that affected over 14 other Florida pharmacies. that affected thousands and thousands of customer's. It was all over the internet and DB as well.

Well, everything went totally smooth for my refill.
I requested it yesterday around 10am.
I had a tracking number around 4pm, and I just checked it again and its waiting at the hum for me.
I live in PA and it came from a pharmacy in NJ.
I dint know the name of the pharm yet because I need to go pick it up.

Whats even better is the hydro 10/325 was $50 cheaper from this place too!

Are these guys shipping on time? I posted this question on behalf of my husband (he's due for a refill) on a similar thread but noone has responded. I'm assuming that means everyone's getting their meds in a timely manner? Thanks!

i have been waiting for seven weeks now.mr.kaplan when will you be shipping to alabama? I was told on the phone it would be about 2-3 weeks that was seven weeks ago.have not seen any new states added in a while.

Hi, I'm new here but been around.watching this with great interest.From the time of my home visit till recieved meds,just shy of a month.since I cannot PM as of yet.,,,,.out of the blue came a consult call.what if I had already given up and went elsewhere.?that=blacklist.right.?since they all juggle similiar pharms....like walking on carpet full of tacks @ nite...kinda sad huh.?bummer....

Just so everyone knows why I bang my head against the wall... I had one last refill remaining back in May this year. It seemed like 1stpriority closed down. I couldn't get anywhere with them. I got a refund via paypal (they are now using COD) and went to another OCS. Then all of a sudden they are back. I get an e-mail in August asking if I want my last re-fill. This couldn't have come at a better time because my new OCS added my state to the no-ship list. The process went smooth as silk and I got my last re-fill in a few days. Now, it will be interesting if I can get good service by asking for a consult and the 1st fill. I'll probably do it in September. If it works out smoothly, then I'm happy they are back. If not, I'm going to have to start the whole process with yet another different OCS. My head hurts...

When I asked for my reconsult, I had an 11 day delay for the PA to call me. Every day I let Crystal know my schedule so she wouldn't have the doctor bother calling when I was at work. He finally did call me way after business hours on a Friday. He blamed me for the delay stating he called every day of those 11 days, when I know for fact he called 1x only, even after I'd let CS know that my work hours prevented me from being home during normal business hours that day.

Besides that fact, the PA was nice, but he did request my liver function test (which I had and read to him and subsequently faxed to him) and also did not put my script through to the pharmacy until Monday. My meds were received on Wednesday.

But yes, they ARE shipping, at least to my state, from a pharmacy in NJ. My script and the doctor's cut was well over $200. Ouch. But like I said, they are shipping. I also did get 3 medications, only one of which was a controlled RX.

i am wondering what you mean by controlled? i'm not asking for specifically which medication you are taking, just for some examples of what controlled rx's are. thanks for the info!

my consult happened only after a home visit by a little old lady who was very much concerned and did a profesional job. all the vitals(90.000 this was 3.5 weeks ago.i heard nothing of "you will be called on xxx day".just out of the blue.i thought it was a prank call.!so the time from faxing,nurse visit ,consult,recieve meds,37 days.hope this helps anyone.bummer

I am so angry right now. I requested and paid for Saturday delivery. I just checked my tracking number and they have me as 2 day delivery by 4:30 which means I won't get my meds until Wednesday. With the weekend here I really don't think there is anyone I can contract (Fed Ex couldn't help me). Any suggestions?

if they have shipped and your tracking no. claims they are in the hub (hub or your area) you might be able to pick them up
at the hub ,, if the service rep is not a prick that is

I'm in the EXACT same boat. I contacted 1stP a week ago making in abundantly clear that I needed my shipment on Saturday 9/1 from my refill date of 8/31. Krystal said to submit for the refill on Friday, 8/31 and get Saturday overnight delivery. I did just that and paid for Saturday overnight delivery (very pricey).

Then last night I look at the tracking info and it's 2ND DAY delivery! Like you said, that means Weds, Sept 5th (with the holiday). THIS IS THE EXACT SITUATION I WANTED TO AVOID. UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE! I sent 1stp 3 e-mails last night, one this morning, called them and left a msg, and called FedEx twice. No results. FedEx says the shipper must call to change the shipping timeframes, but I'm getting NO RESPONSE from 1stP.

I know they were online last night because at the exact same time I sent them my first e-mail, then sent me my tracking number. They just ignored it. They couldn't care less.

Now I'm in a quandry as to whether I should even accept the COD package on Weds and attempt to get a refund for the Saturday delivery that never happened. Or reject it and have them send it back with the proper delivery charge.

I won't even get into the way they changed my prescription on my first refill without contacting me.....

OK, an update on getting 2day packages sooner. Possible steps (in order):

o Call the shipper and have them change the shipping timeframe.

o See if you can go to the hub where it'll be sitting for 2-3 days over the holiday to get it yourself

o Use something called FedEx Expedited Services (1.800.399.5999). They can do same day service (or overnight if you want) and operate 365 days/year. The minumum charge for air would be $250 (this is Newark to Chicago...my situation). If going by ground is at least $1,000.

Since 1stp can't/won't return messages, the other options and prices are not attractive.

I requested refill Friday with Sat shipping. Got the money order Friday at lunch with the overpriced sat shipping charges. Checked my tracking number at 4:30 and it said 2day delivery. I won't get it until Wed. I called Fedex, they said only the shipper could change it. i called the pharmacy and they said 1stpriority had to change it. Krystal knew that I had told her several times I wanted Sat del. I called and left messages at 1st and sent 3 emails--no response. The order summary 1stpriority had sent me in an email said Saturday priority, but the tracking number had 2day shipping.

shari,duga6 and now cssjs all got srewed on the Sat shipping. It's obvious they do this to pocket the extra charges. You'd think they would at least have it go regular overnite since they alrady gotcha but no, they really stick it to ya with 2nd day-over a holiday no less! Proabably getting as much as they can while they can...

Last month they did the same thing to me. Weird thing was fri morning it showed the space for a tracking number so I switched to sat del after I did that it switched to processing. I called and they said it was just because I switched shipping but it would go out that day. I didn't get it sat tho. Then Monday I get a tracking # showing it was shipped out fri 2 day! So I got it on Tuesday. Even worse my bottle shows it was filled 8/10 and it was shipped 8/10 but their website shows it was filled 8/13 so I guess I have to wait on the refill now too? I sent them a e mail this morning about it so well see what happens.

Update:

I checked my package status and it is available for pickup at my local FedEx facility. I chose that because I knew I wouldn't be home on Sat for the delivery (that never happened), so I chose to pick it up at a local FedEx Kinkos.

So, bottom line, the estimated delivery timeframe of 4:30pm on Weds was beaten by a day and a half. I'm not sure if the expeditious nature was due to my 4 calls to FedEx or not. Don't really care either.

Now the decision is whether to pay the overcharged COD amount (which may never be refunded to me) resulting from 2nd day air vs. Sat overnight....

The amount might be for the correct amount with the slower shipping. Mine was less then they invoiced me for.

Does anyone know if they are shipping to California yet?

Well they said my refill is due today. Its already out of processing and showing the space for the tracking number. That seems to good to be true.
Ohh and they gave me a $28 credit for last month. At first she said no we show that was the correct amount then after I restated what happend she gave me the credit.

I asked them today if they were shipping to CA. They said not yet!!!!
