I know the minute I got the phone I had a call, but then I got your call, so glad we got each other on the phone, its like phone tag LOL.

As soon as I have tracking numbers I will get them right out.

Not yet hun, they did assure me that it will ship today, but I don't get tracking numbers until around 5 or 6pm. As soon as I get them I will PM you and also send you an email just so you have it for your records there as well. I can call with it as well if you like OK.

I am not a total jerk so when I say that I am happy for those of you that received your medication I am being honest. But my wife still does not have hers and I am just wondering why everyone but her have received there order. Once again, everyone over at TSHP has been very sweet to my wife and myself. They seem to care, but why is it so difficult to get her order out. She switched to 10/500 because they said they were out of 10/325. But yesterday they told her they were out of 10/500's now. We waited 6 days before we started to raise a stink. We are very patient people especially since i am a server in a rest. I hate poeple that complain at my tables, so I try not to be that kind of person. But come on, we have now heard it all, every excuse in the ROP BOOK of excuses. I guess we will just wait and see if it gets out tonight.

Very Very Frustrated, especially since it is my wife!! No one wants to see a loved one in pain!!

I feel for you and your wife, be patient, dhl just came by my house, and i was 1 week late, better late than never...and thanks to the tri state staff, big hugs to you ruggie!!!!:)

I am praying your wife gets her tracking number. I promise! I know how it is!!

I will say one thing about the staff at this company.
They are honest, they tell you the truth.

They held true to their word about shipping. I was told up front about the time limit and it was TRUE !! I didn't like it, BUT I was told and the expectation was set.

Good Afternoon, All.....I had my consultation on 8/10/07 at 8:15 am. My meds were shipped out that day, with an email sent to me with my DHL TN. My parcel was waiting for me at the DHL location closest to my home on the following Monday. In fact, my meds were at the DHL location on 8/11, but I could not retrieve them at that time. Thanks to Ruggie and Lea for keeping me updated, as well as the PA who was very helpful. Their PA is strict about medical records, but reasonable. She freely admitted she misreading something on my progress notes from my physician about my meds and authorized my prescription with two refills. And, YES, TSHP serves North Carolina patients!!!! Hope all on board are having a pain/stress-free day. Pat

3+ days and STILL waiting here. Very frustrating when you rely on a service...especially dealing with patient care and someone's Health.

Only 3 Days? 5 days here....Welcome to the club. Unfortunately once upon a time you could even get through to customer service to find out what was going on(weird huh?). Now you can't even get em to answer the phone. Looks like they've learned the habits of other ROP'S all too fast. Bummer.

I can't even get these guys to respond through e-mail. Been waiting over 5 days for my fill! No response. Have the GD commone courtesy to at least respond

Here is the news: All emails are answered everyday, even after business hours. If you have just put in a refill request and then email about the shipping or tracking number for that order, then Lea will not answer until later in the day after she knows who has shipped, we do not get tracking numbers until the end of the day. Emailing all day about your order will not get it to you any sooner.

We are all caught up and experiencing no delays at this time. We are NOT taking any new customers at this time either so that we can be sure that all our existing customers are taken care of in the timely manner they deserve.

My goal was to get us back to a 48 hour turnaround, but now believe it or not - we are experiencing 24 to 48 hour turnaround times. I ask that everyone get their refill requests in before 8am eastern time on the date your fill becomes due, that will help a lot in ensuring your turnaround time is no more than 48 hours.

For more info on what I have implemented to alleviate the delays please see the questions and comments section for TriStateHealthPartners.net, I have posted everything on that thread. I have also posted in the questions and comments section why it was very hard to get a hold of me via phone during the time I was working to get the pharmacy all caught up for the patients of TriState. I was not ignoring anyone on purpose nor was I doing what elisa stated above ("Looks like they've learned the habits of other ROP'S all too fast.") learning an/or doing whatever tricks other services do, I will never lie about what is going on. It is not in me to lie and I doubt I could even come up with some crazy stories. That is just wrong and I am sorry you feel that way elisa

Personally, I think Ruggie is about as good as they come. She goes above and beyond and gets things accomplished.

I'm always pretty silent around here but I've been using TSHP for a while now and have been 100% pleased. Every place is going to have hiccups but it's the places that work them out rather than working around them is the place I would rather be with. I'm just truely thankful that she is as nice and helpful as she is. Without customer service like that, you just can't get very far. Lea does a great job. You might not always reach them via phone but Lea is always very responsive via email. We all have to remember that they probably get swamped with calls all day it's impossible to answer all of them.

Good Morning All: I don't post often; however, some positive feedback is always helpful to others who are TSHP patients, as well as for those who may become patients when TSHP starts new consultations again. My refill order was placed on Sunday, September 30 and is now at the DHL center ready for me to retrieve. I had my parcel sent there because no one is at my home to sign and pay. Ruggie and Lea have always been easy for me to reach and honest about any delays, etc. Hope all will have a pain/stress-free day.

Are they taking new consults? Are they delivering meds relatively timely? I'm considering switching to them.

#1 PROVIDER I have been using Tri-State Health for quite some time now and I have to say that doing business with them has been one of the most professional, accurate, and express online experiences I have ever dealt with. I am an office-manager and deal with ordering products online daily and have used other medical providers in the past, so I do have knowledge of this to compare with. This provider, as of any, may have had a setback or two but they do their best to inform patients of these and keep you posted. In short, Tri-State Health Partners would be the only provider I would reccommend to anyone. And THANKS Tri-State Health Partners for being there for me, you are doing a great job. I started the regstration and have my medical records but have no record of what he prescribed to me in the past. For those who recently consulted with them, did you have to provied that as well?

I took a break but reconsulted today. I was approved and scripted as asked. My order page shows my prescription was sent to the pharmacy for filling. Does this mean I will receive tomorrow Tuesday, Oct. 23 or that I am simply in line? I know my DHL COD amount, but don't intend to take a day off for nothing from work. How will I actually know when my package has shipped? Do I get e-mail notification or simply keep on checking back to see a change on my order history page? Just tell me how you all do it now in what time frame and I am good to go. I was a reliable and long standing old customer.Thanks

I personally would recommend them as being the best one out there, have never had any problems at all, but i know their site says they are not taking any new consults now, but if you really can wait i would until they do. My fiancee had to use another (pmc) which is having their problems just like some of the other sites, but just as quick as tshp is doing new consults he said he would be one of the first to switch. since he has seen the top notch CS from Ruggie and the turnaround on re-fills usually 24-48hrs. when he has been waiting forever just to get an email answered. So yes to your question as the service, but i don't know about new customers yet.

Ruggie, I've been trying to get in touch with you for about a week, probably my fault, posting in the wrong place. You said you were not accepting new clients at this time, but I went ahead and applied anyway, and you send me an e-mail with an acceptance number, and then another one telling me how to send my records etc. I'll be more than happy to come over to if it's possible, I had a horror story with 1heathrx.com going back to last Oct. I have heard great things about you and your company, and would love to discuss my issues with you.
The one thing not mentioned at all in your e-mails to me was my VIP DB discount. I know I mentioned it, But I'll put on my cover letter of the fax to you in case you forgot. 20 Million Gold Stars to Ruggie! I know everyone is frustrated and I am right along with you but she has no control over pharmacy, I mean really people. She always responds to PM's right away, or within a reasonable amount of time...I have been in contact with her about an issue with my order and she's been working on it...even in the evening....working to get it resolved.

I just cannot give enough Kudos! I don't know if you all have read around...but every site has delays. Maybe not right this second, but eventually they ALL do. I know a lot of people who use a lot of different companies and I don't know of one place that has not had their share of delays. At least Ruggie communicates!
