Are they shipping medicine? I've called, emailed and get no response. Please, has anyone gotten anything????

Me too, i have left countless unanswered emails and phone messages. I should have been able to refill 3 months ago but the website says it is due 8 September and will not let me select for refill, 4 months after original script.

Not cool that after weeks of emails and phone messages, no one will answer or help me.

How far behind is 1stop right now? I have read the thread and it sounds like maybe 2 days in between ordering and receiving? Is that right, and if not can you clue me in to what the time really is. Also are they sending t numbers now, or are the packages still "just arriving" .....

I did recieve a order my first one the med was wrong I was charged and over charged $260.00 Stacy said she would make it right on the next order but now after three days of calling and e mailng and faxing she will not call me back all I would like is my $260.00 back and for her to tell me where to send this rx back to. LOL to all

Was this a COD or credit card transaction? They're Web site advertises credit cards and the personal info form on-line will accept CC info. If they are not accepting CC they should turn that feature off. Besides being false advertising - who wants to have their CC # out there if it is unusable. I'm paranoid about everything on the web except PayPal and Amazon when it comes to giving out CC info.

Hope you get your refund. You talk about Stacy - is she they're Board Rep?

They only have COD no CC I had been using them for several months everything was ok till now I had to do a consult on 9/6 paid for sat delivery got the meds Tues 9/11 and they wasn't the right meds I last talked to Stacy Mon 9/10 she said she would find out what had happened to my order after I got it Tues I have called, faxed and e mailed and no reply I think if they have sent out other people meds this week they could call and let me know what to do about my problem.I have called the pharmacy that is on the bottle and they don't answer. If it had been a CC charge I would have put the payment in dispute but with a money order I can't.Good Luck to all

Stacy is the only person I have talked to at 1stop meds my order was cod they list they take cc but they don't. After a week of calling e mailing faxing still nothing I guess I lost the $260.00 and I am sitting here with meds that I can't take and didn't ask for. Hope others read this and don't get taken like I have.

I received an email today saying I was scheduled for a consult today. I registered with them and sent records on 8/8/07. I had completely forgotten about them.

I paid for consult and I can get NO ONE - says fill pending since 9/12. Emails are bouncing. I think they are over so I am thinking abouta chargeback.

I ordered my refills earlier this week from this gang of theives. Today, ONE of the two scripts arrived via DHL. I was charged via COD of course and paid the full amount without realizing the other script was not shipped.

Phone calls will not go through, emails get returned automatically.

I think it is time to consider blacklisting these thieves.

Not sure of what options I have but, I THINK I have a couple. Neither will get my meds here on time but, it will cause them some issues if my guess is correct.

Oh, and I still have never received an email with a tracking number and on thier site, it states both scripts were filled.

Package was definitely not tampered with which I had the DHL man verify before it was opened. I just wish I had paid a little closer attention to what were in the contents before accepting it and opening it.

I think stay away is the best advice right now. It is so hard to find someone even willing to ship to our state, so we just have to sit and take it. I had a consult with them on 9-24, but so far nothing. Their message box is full on the phone, meaning they don't even bother listening to those. Stay away seems like the best advice.

Weird stuff. Some report such bad experiences, yet the someone I keep up with this thread for hadn't ordered in some time though she had 2 refills (due to unrelated hospitalization) yet when she clicked the refill button on the website the meds arrived 4 days later. Full count, full strength, too. No tracking numbers either, but the delivery guy told her the amount, she called, I got the MO for her and the transaction completed. I think she'd left one 1stop message asking for an update on delivery, so she wasn't sure what to expect given that silence and the news from here. I can't explain and I'm not diminishing other people's experiences, just contributing this one. Not bad at all.

Just wanted to relate a funny experience. I have not ordered from 1StopMeds since beginning of this year and had 1 refill left. I wanted to see what the price would be and so clicked on the refill button thinking that if I did not complete the transaction I would not get the refill.
That was on friday, on Monday I found a DHL drop-off attempt on my door, you can imagine my surprise. 1stopMeds had sent me the Meds on Friday! I paid for them and picked them up, just wanted to say thanks guys you are the best!

I am still trying to find a way to get in touch with any of these clowns. After the fiasco the other day, if I can get what I paid for or refunded (HA HA HA) I will never think twice again about this company.

There are some other posts in other threads about people ordering and receiving their meds with no problems. I wonder how they hand select whom they are going to rip-off?

I would guess it would start with customers that have two scripts to fill because that is what happened on my end.

Well, once again we seem to be screwed!

I placed my refill order via the website on 10/08/07, when I was allowed to. After that, nothing.

I did receive an automatically generated email from the website. When I tried to respond to that email it bounced, because the mailbox is full.

Bottom Line - I cannot get in touch with 1StopMeds via phone or email. I think they have abandoned us.

Anybody out there had any luck with refills an/or communicating with these folks. On the Freeside there is great deal of negativity and it seems no one from 1Stop is calling or emailing. I tried their phone and the mailbox was full - always a bad sign. I just sent an e-mail and will keep all posted.


Just tried an e-mail to their admin e-mail adress and got an error message saying the mailbox is full. I have two refills with them and this would be the 4th time one of these slimebags has nailed me. NWW, Grand, and YOD. This is getting really really old. These folks were alwsys a bit slow but always came through. Now it seems like they're at least halfway gone.

If anybody from !stop is out there, I don't know if they have a customer rep on the Board, please respond.

I just got PM reply for GirlNmberONe who IS the 1 StopMeds rep on this board. Post to her and check the other threads.

They havn't accepted credit cards for quite some time now - for consults or meds.

Sorry, I don't know of any reliable service shipping to NC. 1 stop was my only chance, but it appears they have flown the coup. I have had a refill pending with them since 9-24. and like everyone else here I can't get in touch with them. I don't think people would get nearly as upset if these idiots would just give us any kind of feedback. Send out an e-mail, anything. I have written them off. No sense in getting all fired up about a company that is not sending out orders and has no customer service at all. I do keep looking, and if I find one shipping to NC, I will pass it along. I feel your pain. But Woodys did us in here in NC. That is the bottom line.

TechBuzz9 - What did Woodys do, exactly? I've heard about them before, but I don't know what transpired. Is there a thread I can read about? I'm very curious as to why it's impossible to be serviced here in the great state of NC.

All other info I obtained about this "company" seems to end in a dead-end.

They even have a pharmacy that seems to never answer a call...and I mean ever..day or night..M-F..or Sat or Sunday..anytime.

Almost like they are not even there....hmmmm, but, they are...trust me, they are there, taking money from people.

I got over being mad a few days ago but, I have not and will not get over being ripped off.

I read a couple of posts in this thread about someone with a CC issue. Now, at one time, they DID accept CC's. It HAS been awhile since they accepted them though.

HOWEVER, in all fairness, I noticed several months ago while processing an order via COD that my CC info was still saved in my profile. As crooked as these people are, I would not put it past them trying to charge someones CC if their info is still accurate. I ended up cancelling that card and getting another one because of this very issue. Not trying to scare anyone but, if you ever did use a CC with these jackals, I'd make sure to pay attention to my statements atleast!

Granted, you would be able to do a chargeback if they stooped even lower than they already have but, why not save yourself an even bigger headache?

If I recall correctly, even though they were the ones that insisted in COD shipments, there was no way to edit your account and get the new info to save unless it was ACCURATE new CC info.

So, if you cleared your CC account info and then saved or exited, if you ever went back to check..guess what? If you did not update it with an accurate CC, the old accurate CC info remained. My account STILL has my old CC info in it and this has been several months ago....and again, they no longer take CC's! Make sense of that one.

So, why is the space even there for the info?

There was a post here at one time. Search Woody's maybe? But I live very close to where it happened and I followed it in the news media here. In a nutshell the way I understood it was they were sending out RX's from a doctor whose license had been revoked and they knew it. And they were sending out A LOT of RX's. Again, I think there is a thread here but it's been a while. If you can PM me, then I'll give you my e-mail and I can send you some clippings. But this situation got the attention of our attorney general, who in turn basically made it impossible to get meds without a face to face consultation. I live very close to the border of SC, and I'm planning on moving very soon. Not just because of this. NC is without a doubt the most backwards ignorant state anywhere. I'll be glad when I'm out of here.
