I just received a refund from them today. No explanation. No anything. Anyone else have this happen? I'm not sure if it means they are going under or what!!! I guess the 2-3 day wait for a refill was just fluff. Any ideas from anyone as to where else to go to. We need shipping to Virginia which hasn't been a prob so far but....
Would you mind giving more information? Such as were you a new patient to 1stPRx? I see your newly registered here with only 2 post. But that doesn't mean your new to them. Also did you have a consult or was it a refund on a refill? And which pharmacy were you with (if you know)? Was it Medicom?
I put in a refill request on Friday. 5/11 (my script goes through Medicom) via the website. But also backed it up by e-mailing Krystal to confirm they'd received it. Krystal wrote back quickly on Friday, "I have requested the refill, but it wont ship out until next week due to the delay.", which I expected with everything going on.
Then today I e-mailed just to see if I could find out the status and if they had any better idea how long. So far I've heard nothing. And since Krystal IS so good about replying it has me concerned.
I've also noticed that the last few days to a week the website has been really slow and at time unavailable or timing out. To top it off I tried calling today and the recording started right away with only 1 ring, then after pressing "1" for CS, went straight to voicemail with NO music or hold time.
I know there are a lot of problems right now thanks to the DEA and I know there have been major delays, but patients were still receiving. But at the moment I've just got a bad feeling.
ETA: I should have known as soon as I posted something I'd have to come back and Edit cause I'd get a reply! ::LOL::
Just got this e-mail from Krystal, "we do apologize, there was a shortage on medication, and they are working on getting orders out, again we do apologize".
So I guess the worst has not happened yet. That is as long as we're all being told the truth? But 1sttPRx has always been an upfront "walk the walk" company. So I'm hoping for the best.
