Best IOPs for Modafinil...

So I just got my first order of Modavigil a few days ago, which is the Cephalon-brand Modafinil that is marketed in New Zealand and Australia. I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this drug and its ability to increase my focus, heighten my sense of well-being, clear head fog, and even increase my learning abilities. This drug is certainly no cheap knockoff.
I've heard of being able to get this drug many places... I'll come clean and say that I got mine from Inhousepharmacy.com, which seems to be amazingly trustworthy.
Now... I have been a bit torn over Inhousepharmacy's choice of brands. There is Modavigil, which is a brand name drug, and made by Cephalon, which is a good pharmacutical company. I know that many other websites, including Inhousepharmacy, offer Modalert... but I have heard people complaining about it, saying that the quality is bad for Modalert. Modalert is made by Sun Pharmacies in India, and I believe Indianmeds4u has them. Modalert's brand is EXTREMELY cheaper than Cephalon's Modavigil... usually 3.50 per 100mg pill for Modavigil, as compared to about 1 dollar per 200 mg pill for Modalert.
I know there is usually no real difference between generics and Brand names, and furthermore, some people find it hard to tell what the effects of Modafinil really are on their bodies. I just hear too many bad things about Modalert to take the massive savings.
Please, share your experiences, share your trusted websites, and help us all get that mental edge safely and securely.

alright guys here's the deal... modafinil is a good medication for the right person, but it is not for everyone. you should follow directions exactly (no more than 400 mg / day) TRY THE REAL STUFF! antiaging-systems.com offers 3 name brands...I would avoid Alertec (by Shire) as it is only $5 more for a Cephalon brand. but still - IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE! Inhouse is personally my favorite IOP ever... they offer Modavigil, which is marketed by CSL (Aust, NZ) but manufactured by Cephalon France. By using Inhouse, you'll save roughly $50 and shipping costs. Now for the generic stuff (modafinils patent expired in 2006, but Cephalon has spent a fortune to ensure no generic enters the US market until 2011)...but they do exist in other countries and are all over the net... One retailer is interesting...it is MonarchPharm, which operates MANY websites, including "freedompharmacy" and "mydispensary". You can tell a site is a monarch site if they are listed in Cyprus and their navigation is the same... FOR SOME REASON there is one monarch site that is hard to find on google, etc... it is raremeds.com Raremeds.com offers all of the same meds as the other monarch sites, but their modafinil is significantly less expensive ($20+ less, plus less shipping). The only offered Modapro by Cipla until recently when they brought back Modalert by Sun. I have tried every form of modafinil and in my opinion, the brand names are not worth it at all. Personally, I prefer Cipla's Modapro (there is info about it at cipladoc.com). Cipla is an old and reputable company. Just remember that everyone reacts differently to modafinil, so always start with 100mg to see how you do. Sun's Modalert was ok, but it made me sick after a few days...something about it didn't feel "clean"...but I also ordered it from OS4U which I am beginning to doubt at the best source for anything... So try modafinil, I say try all brand, Cipla, and Sun, and decide for yourself. One last thing - Adrafinil (Olimfon) is a modafinil prodrug (it is older). Although it is only approved in France (and maybe other EU nations) for elderly cognitive decline, suddenly it is becoming easier to get. So far as I know, Cephalon is the only manufactuer of Olimfon. When you take it, it breaks down in modafinil; so the benefits are comparable. The best part - PRICE - a box of Olmifon (with insert and everything) typically costs $25-45 for 40 300mg tablets. IAS offers it, however I have seen AMERICAN sites selling it as well (so it would ship from the US, no customs). I really like adrafinil, but I do find I have to take quite a few; unfourtunatly there is a strong link with long term adrafinil use and liver problems (modafinil isn't easy on your liver either, but far less risky than ADRA)... Good luck, modafinil, provigil, olmifon, modavigil, modapro...whatever, they are good medications if you need them. Peace

Well I've never tried Modalert and considering all the negative comments on it I won't.
If Modavigil works for you then you should keep using it but if you decide to try Modapro post your findings.
I tried some several months ago. I also have an ongoing Rx with refills for the 200mg US Provigil so I was able to do a true comparison.
I could not detect any difference whatsoever! They even LOOK identical other than the 'writing' on each.
I paid $130 for 100 ct. and now I can't find the website again because that pc croaked and somehow my webmail did too . (Edit: I'll keep looking and post if I find the site, promise!!)
I wasn't thrilled with the lack of communication, but they arrived very quickly.
I'm due for a refill tomorrow but I'd LOVE to find the modapro-200 at the same or a cheaper price than I paid.
I do not, however, want "pharm" of any sort appearing on my statement.
Well, I hope this helped someone

I dont know man..
For it to be THAT cheap, and for a medicine name to only register 400 hits on google, REALLY worries me. Modalert seems bad too though, so I'm torn...
My update on Modavigil vs Modapro Well I tried taking the Modavigil and for me the Modapro works better, the Modavigil either does virtually nothing or makes me feel anxious. Better Quality: Modapro Better Price: Modapro

Modalert, Modpro, pro-vigil - all the same stuff. It feels different on different days depending when you took it, stomach contents, how tired you are, caffeine etc etc. People like to make a big deal about the difference and claim some are useless or "dirty" etc but it's BS. Unless you manage to buy total fakes (very unlikely) then you are getting the real deal and it fine. Sorry, but I'll have to put in my 2-cents worth and say it's not BS. I've tried them all: the powder from Airsealed Marketing, which did ok but without a scale, you'll waste it and not get an accurate dosage, it also made me feel sick. The Modalert tablets from anywhere I've ordered them work just fine, but the side effect is they make me feel nauseated and it's very annoying. The Modapro, I ordered when MedsPricedRight still sold it was great. No stomach problem at all. The two seemed the same in strength, just that annoying feeling that I wanted to throw up every 30 min. or so. I never did, it just was very annoying. JMO. All take care today.

My apologies-I confused two different sites I had ordered from. I did not get the Modapro from MedsPricedRight.net. I got it from Rx2world.com. I had ordred another med from MPR around the same time and hence, the confusion. My bad. I had ordered the Merck Xanax from MPR and they seem ok to me, but I don't take it that often so I don't have much history to compare to. Thanks and have a great day all.
