I just did a test on the site and it looked okay to me. Try again and let me know if you are still having that problem. Maybe, try to clear your cache or cookies on your computer. Let us know if you have any other questions. We understand it is a new process but it appears to be working and I haven't heard of any problems with this system. We hope everyone will give us a chance to show how our service works. Thank You Bruce www.myeasyconsult.com

I'm curious as to how things are going here? Haven't seen much as far as conversations/experiences in over a week.
Thanks all!
edited to add: I was reading on your site and it states that each refill needs to be authorized through your website. I take it that the paper script does not come with "2 refills" written directly on it then? What happens in a case where say a site itself disappears and people are left without their refills, would this too, be the case, IF your company were to up and disappear after someone has paid the $199.00 for the paper script & 2 refills, but doesn't really get those 2 refills? *Not meant to hurt anyone, just a thought that popped into my head*
Thanks for asking. Things are going great. We are scheduling consults the same day or next day after we receive all the necessary information.
I was looking to see where you found that information on the refills on our site. I will have to double check, I didn't see it. If it is there I will fix it.
When you get your prescription, it is for the original fill and two refills. There is no need to depend on us for your refills of the orignal prescription.
I hope that helps to clear it up.
We appreciate how wonderful everyone has been over the last week. Keep up the great suggestions and ideas.
Have a great day!
Thank you

Yes, I am concerned too about a local pharmacy filling the RX. I wish someone from their company could tell us what the procedure is IF we can't get a local pharmacy to fill it? If this would work, I think it would be great and I know it would save me a lot of worry, could just run down to a local pharmacy and have the medication immediately, no worry about tracking #'s and the like. Maybe we'll get some answers soon. I would sure try this at least once to see if it would work!!!
Hi,
I thought I posted an answer to this last night but I will again.
If you aren't able to fill a prescription at your local pharmacies, simply send it back to us and we will refund your money.
I hope this answers your question.
Have a great evening!

Hi all, I've been quiet for a bit on this issue, but now have resolution and thought I'd post my experiences. As many of you know, I was given 10 of the 90 that I was prescribed, and the doctor wanted to confirm the script the following Monday morning. This is law in CA, so there is no problem there. The problem came when the doctor MyEasyConsults was using stopped calling pharmacies back. No call back, no prescription. Which sucked, of course. But Bruce stayed in touch with me every day and kept me in the loop with every step he took to get the situation resolved. He called me every day, sometimes twice. They had to find another doctor, get him to review the records again, re-consult, and learn a new process with a new doc. This doc is very thorough, and requested more records from me. This was a bit surprising, because my condition is well documented and I had never had a problem before. But in this day and age, I understood. No doc wants to explain his actions to the D E A. I provided the additional records and finally got taken care of. Here's my take. Every company is going to have problems. If you enter a relationship with any company and expect it to be problem-free, you are living in a dream world. What distinguishes a good company from a bad one is how they handle the problems when they come up, and in this case Bruce was very impressive. Did it suck that it took some extra time to get the meds? Sure. But it was nice getting a call every day and getting updated... and reassured that if, by chance, the doctor refused to write the script he would send me back my entire consult fee. And even though it took an extra week, I think they still came through faster than some of the other companies seem to be fulfilling scripts for others on this board. Based on my talks with Bruce, it's evident that they now have the right doctor and the process is back in control. But I will say that if you don't have good records, you probably won't get a script written. This doctor is doing his job thoroughly. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into this, Bruce. I don't know a lot of ROPs who would call me at 11:00 your time, from your cell phone, to keep me in the loop. I have my meds and I recommend them without qualification. I hope these comments don't make me look like a Shill, because I am most definately not. Those of you who know my posts know I speak my mind and I don't hold back. If I have a bad experience in the future with MyEasyConsults, I'm going to tell everyone about it. But it's only fair that I rave about fantastic, personal service, too. I also want to address my experience with the pharmacy, because I know a lot of people are worried about how things will go at their pharmacy. Where you are is critical. I'm in California, so these Rules apply for this state... The paper script I got from them was not valid in CA. I'm not sure why, but it was something about a watermark not being there. Additionally, a typed date on the script invalidates it. It must be hand-written. They do, however, accept a faxed script, so make sure that your script is faxed in to minimize the problems. Your pharmacist WILL call to verify the script, as it's the law. My pharmacist left a message for the doc, and got a call back in 10 minutes, confirming the script. I do think the pharmacist was wanting to ask me more questions, but I wasn't offering anything up and he didn't push too hard. He asked me where I lived, but didn't follow it up with why I had an out of state script. If he did, I was prepared to answer that that was where my specialist was, which is the truth. I am curious as to what will happen after the refills are gone and I return. I'm thinking about using a different pharmacy to avoid that. I'm lucky in that I live in a big city and have a lot to choose from. Even if it's not a big deal, I'd rather just go into a new pharmacy where nobody knows me. OK, long enough post. I'm sorry I disappeared for so long, but I wanted to wait for resolution before I decided what to post. I've found my company for as long as I need them.

Hello. Im thinking in using your site but before I register would like to ask: How I request my refill. Will I call my local pharmacy after I've got my original medication from them? It is legal for a local pharmacy to fill scripts from a Doctor located on another state? and how many days between refills can I order? If this is posible this will be a good option for me and I can save some money for the shipping.
Hi lola321,
You receive your prescription for an original fill and 2 refills. Once your 90 day supply runs out, you can schedule another consult and get another prescription from us for another 90 days of medication. We will send you a reminder 10 or so days before your prescription expires so that you can get your new prescription and not miss a beat.
Just like any other prescription with refills on it, just call your pharmacy a few days before you are about to run out and tell them you need a refill. My pharmacy has an automated system and I just call in and set it up. Go into the pharmacy later that day and my prescription is waiting for me.
I hope that answers your questions. If not, please let me know.
Have a Great Memorial Day!

I'm confused... do you fax prescriptions if necessary, and is the doctor going to be available to verify the script?
Is the $175 fee for as many prescriptions as needed, or is it $175 per script?
Can anyone help me find the regulations for out-of-state scripts in GA? I tried looking on the state pharmacy board site, but can't find anything about that.
Hi Jenn,
The 175.00 is for the prescriptions that you need. There is a fee for shipping and for COD also. Combined, it is about 32.00.
The scripts are not faxed in, but they are sent directly to your house. (Usually if a prescription is faxed in, the pharmacy requres to see the original also.) If the pharmacy needs a confirmation, the doctor's number is on the prescription and they can call for a confirmation.
I hope I have answered your questions.
Have a Great Memorial Day!

Hi Bruce, I have a few questions. I am in Minnesota, and I had a minor issue with a service like yours a few years back. When filling the script, the pharmacy (Walgreens) told me that the refills were void, but that they would do the initial fill. Told me it was state law. I am under the understanding that in MN, hydrocodone is considered schedule II for some reason, so it fits into the no refill law, local or out of state script. I use 10/325 Norco for my back and shoulder problems FYI. Do you guys have a solution for a situation such as that? Or Would it end up just being the initial fill per consultation because of my state's laws? I would love to use your service, just that I don't want to lose the refills, so I had resorted to traditional OCS's for my long-term pain treatment. Now I am having problems even getting my meds. Also, I like the fact that my medical insurance will cover the meds if I use your service! Also, medical records requirements: Are your requirements within the standards most OCS's use? Year old or less from last PCP visit, etc? Nothing out of the ordinary? Please advise, as I would welcome the opportunity to try your service if the details make sense. Also, I think a lot of others here on DB would like to see what your policy is for the refills, especially Minnesotans! Thant's why I posted this in the public forum, rather than sending you a PM. Thanks!
