I just started bcoming a patient of your service.I had my consultation with the PA Tuesday.I talked to Michelle afterwards and she said the doctor still had to approve it that evening. It worrys me because I still don't have a tracking number or anything.Would I be notified if something was wrong? Also,I choose COD Will they ship my prescription and I pay the delivery driver the cost? Or could this be the hold up?
Candi,
I sent you a PM also. Sorry about the lack of comminication last evening. I take the blame for that. You will have your prescription on Friday. On Thursday evening I will email all the information you will need including tracking number and COD amount and any other necessary information.
Again I apologize for not getting that information out to you last evening.
Have a great night.

Thank You very much for the info. That was really quick your staff is great. You all are on top of things.(Unlike alot of other places)Also Do you all have like a discount for referrals,my fiance goes through a different place and I would like to have him switch, because of past trouble. Is there a problem where we live together having the same address?
We have actually been talking about this the last week or so. We are going to implement some type of program but have not worked out all the details yet. If anyone has a referral just email us and also have who ever you are referring include that they are being referred by you when they answer the questions during registrations.
Once we work out the details, we will post them.
Have a Great Night!

Will your Dr. prescribe schedule II substances since they supply a written script or just schedule III meds like other ROP's?
Please advise.
Hi netdomain,
The doctor prescribes Schedule III meds.

Posting because I am having problems in faxing the paperwork. I have tried since early this morning and keep getting the same response, "no fax answer". Am I doing something wrong or is the problem on the receiving end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi chera,
I just PM'd you. We haven't had any problems with the fax. I sent you some help tips.
Thank You

Hi All I live in Alabama, they're pretty strict around here about prescriptions. Does anyone know if there have been any problems with the scripts being filled in Alabama? Thank you.

Hello, I'm looking for a new ROP, and I think this is the new way to go. This process sounds great, however, I have a few questions if anyone can answer them... I noticed on the site it stated ..."and physical exam form signed by my PCP. After all documents are received and your money order made out to My Easy Consult for $199 and your notarized PCP Notice..."
So, I have to see my PCP to get something signed from him? AND have something else notorized??? Has anyone done this? Or, as long as your records have the Dr's sig on them, are they OK? Please explain/advise. Thanks!
Hi Denise2005,
The form you are having Notarized is used mainly as a means of identification. We do not contact your doctor unless your medical records are incomplete and ask us to. At this point we have not talked with anyones PCP.
We do need a current Physical Exam form as part of your records.
You can do the entire process COD when your prescription arrives.
If you have any other questions, please give Michele a call at 727-232-1532.
Thank You

This sounds like a good system. I keep reading that you are very strict on records, in wich way is this diif from other OCS and are you looking for anything specific? Thanks
I don't think we are any more strict than anyone else.
You do need a physical from the last 12 months and documentation of your condition and history of the medication you are looking for prescriptions for.
Let me know if you need any other information or contact us via our website.
We look forward to working with you.
You can follow the Step by Step procedure as outlined on the website at www.myeasyconsult.com
Have a Great Evening.
