I'm not sure how they're shipping currently, but has anyone noticed that its starting to take longer to get here? first 4 orders were 5 days, now its taking 8-10 days. I guess it's overseas, but i was so spoiled with 5 days, like clockwork.

How do these Codeine based pills compare to say 50mg Tramadol for pain relief? I've used alot of Hydro, and I still get great relief from Tramadol...do these Codeine based pills do the trick as good as Tramadol?

I like their panadeine plus.They are the same as our tylenol 2's.Nurofen plus isa ok if you can take ibuprofen but to answer you the p plus is better than Ultram.2 of them=tylenol 3.

I ordered some pills from another site that have 30 milligrams codeine and however much Ibuprofen. Do you think this is better than say a 50 mg Tramadol dosage for pain relief??

This is a close call, and very much a case of depending upon the individual. Tramadol has not yet made it in the equianalgesic charts, so some people would prefer 30mg codeine, and some 50mg Tramadol.
Personally I would have to double both before comparing, then plump for the codeine. But in higher doses still (not recommended), Tramadol would take over.
Placed order 6/19 1 of 2 packets sent 6/19, 2nd to be sent 6/20. 1st packet came yesterday 6/25.
That's 6 days, folks, with a weekend thrown in there. Too bad all the good IOP's aren't located there.
I'm beginning to think the postal service in India is on strike. I had an Argentine order arrive in 13 days and my Indian order is over a month since re-shipping because of good 'ole JFK Airport and a typewriter.

That's six days with a weekend in the middle. My last order of nurofen plus was from overseas-online-pharmacy and was probably seized. It's been a month or so since they shipped and unlike this place, they don't reship if something goes wrong.
I placed an order with them in early August. The order arrived exactly 7 days later. Was very impressed by the speed and customer service. I placed another order on the 14th and am still waiting on that. So far they have been very professional and the shipping times are unheard of. The package did rattle around quite a bit, leaving little secret to what's inside. How do they ship so fast with regular post? Ohwell, it makes no difference to me! Sure, the nurofen plus aren't incredibly strong, but they do the trick for frequent headaches. I'll continue to order from them.
