Just wanted to share my experience with Nurofenplus.com: Ordered in early March, and was impressed with how quickly I received a confirmation email. The email stated that I'd be getting the shipment in two packages, and told me what days they were sent. I had a couple of questions such as what type of shipping should I expect (ie, Fedex, UPS, USPS, and would I have to sign for it). I sent an email and got a responce within a couple of hours! Got my first half around the day they told me to expect it, but never received the second half. Because there had been some major flooding in NZ, Johnny asked me to wait a week or two to see if the other half came, and I agreed. It never came, so he resent my second half and I got it right when he told me I should expect it.
Overall I'm very impressed with this site and how professional and quick they are to respond to customers. Thumbs up!!

I wish they carried stronger codeine products like at least 20mg codeine products Hi, 15mg is the limit in OZ for OTC codeine... I've got some apap w/15mg codeine and ibuprofen w/12.5mg ibuprofen is a better nsaid... yea... these things are OTC in OZ... much like the 222s and the like in canada, but the canadians won't mail order them to the US to my knowledge (somebody will probably come up with a link that xyz pharma does). while I've long long quit getting a buzz on codeine I find they really really help (especially with a muscle relaxer) with back pain issues. I was literally RUN OVER by a car, back broken in 2 places, pelvis in 5, plus some spinal/neuro damage (paralyzed below right knee) and my GP still won't write ANYTHING schedule ( Soma and Tramadol)... my ortho will write 30 regular 5mg hydro/apap but no more than every couple of months.

A little bit off topic (sorry! ), but akia1 you really should go to a Pain Management specialist if you're not getting the meds that you need. GP's, PCP's and Ortho's are not known for scripting anything at all, much less anything strong. I've heard of a few ortho's that scrip some stronger meds and bigger scrips directly after a surgery, but not for maintenence. Their practice and school of thought is that you should address the cause of the pain (e.g. surgery, physical therapy, time healing, etc.), not the symptoms (e.g. meds for pain). Go to your GP and get a script for Pain Mangement, then shop around until you find the one that will give you what you need. You are the customer and the customer is always right
...now, back to your regularly scheduled thread about N+!!!

I wish they had Nurophen+ in Canada. We have tylenol #1s and 222s without perscripton, but they only have 8mg codeine and a lot of tylenol, plus some caffeine. Most you can take is 2 or 3 at a time. Nurophen+ has 12.8mg codeine and only 200mg of ibuprofen, so you could take 4 of them every 4 hours. That would be equal to a motrin 800mg. You could even take 4 of the Nurophen+ along with 3 T1s, for a total 75mg codeine. Nurophen is legal in the UK now so we should be able go get it here in Canada pretty soon. At least I hope so. I can't believe you can't even get 222s in the US without a script! Maybe if people there could get some relief without so much hassle there wouldn't be so much violence all the time, shooting up schools and malls and stuff like that, never happens in Canada. I've traveled all over Europe, been to South America, the Caribbean, every country has some codeine products over the counter, all except the USA. That's really ironic to a lot of us who see the US all the time getting involved in other countries politics fighting for freedom and democracy, then you can't even get a T1 for a hangover!

Buy the way there is only 300mg Apap in t1's. an extra strength tylenol is 500mg. So I think you could take 4 tylenol 1's every-once in awhile(just my opinion). Whenever people post about the ratios in tylenol 1's they always get it wrong. They are 8mg codeine 300mg APAP and 15mg caffeine. There are people like myself that have seen the result of an overdose of APAP (acetomenaphine?) and would rather take none at all! My nephew got access to some while everyone was sleeping long before childproof caps, and it was an event to remember. As far as I'm concerned, APAP is just too damaging to your liver even in "regular" amounts, so I like the Nurofenplus much better. It's fantastic for nagging back pain when you've been digging up the yard to much, or helping your daughter move, etc. Taking enough to get any type of buzz would just irritate my stomach too much, so I find it a particularly good product! It's just plain silly the US is the only English speaking country where you can't buy any amount of codeine over the counter! It works, it works well, and it's safe for all but idiots. To bad we go so far out of our way to let the idiots pass their genes on! Do we really need a warning label coffee is hot? Do we really need a warning label not to stick your fingers or toes under a running lawn mower? As for the violence, I'll let that pass. Read the stories closely sometimes, you'll figure out it's usually people who should have been committed to a mental institution long ago. We shifted too far in the other direction. Another bad problem with violence is the running gun battles down interstates by illegal aliens smugglers (happens frequently where I live). Then the imported gangs that think they can use the same tactics here that worked in their REAL country, namely intimidation, violence, and extortion. I'm no racist, but if I could got through the INS hell for my wife and daughter, they can too. Go to the back of the lines and wait, we don't need law breakers as citizens. We do need a "guest workers" program to put some of the major criminals out of work. The coyotes smuggle them across the border for money in advance, then hold them at gunpoint until their family agrees to pay more! Yep, really the type of activity we need.
