The following rules and terms of service apply to DrugBuyers.Com and ePharmacyWatch.com, both sites are mirror sites, same content, different name, from now on mentioned as "we","site" or "our site"

The most important thing is to help each other and to do that we need some order and a friendly atmosphere. The main rule is to be nice and polite to all. Say what you have to say but say it in a polite non offensive way. Do not flame, harass, bash, abuse, or make threats to any person, any company, or any group. Content that is unlawful, obscene, mischievous, vulgar, profane, sexually oriented, racially or religiously discriminating, or otherwise objectionable is not permitted, even if masked.

Please read and respect the Rules, stay on topic, post in the right forum, be polite to others, do a bit of research before asking questions, and never, never post negative things about other members.

If a post or poster offends you, if you feel a post should be edited or removed because it offends you, is off topic, or breaks our posting Rules... just use the Notify Moderator button to let the Moderator know. Please do not reply to improper posts. Just Notify the Moderator

If you have a problem with other members please keep it off the board and contact the moderators or administrator.

If you have a problem with a Moderator contact the administrator.

If you have a problem with the administrator just keep it to yourself or contact the administrator.

We always welcome suggestions but never welcome people telling us how to do things...

Important Notice:
We do not sell prescription drugs, we are not a pharmacy, we do not offer online online medical consultation services, we are not physicians, doctors, pharmacists, or lawyers. We only offer information and a place, message boards, and chatrooms, for discussion and information sharing. The only thing we sell is susbscriptions to our VIP Members area and advertising.


Our message boards, chatrooms, and any other areas where visitors can participate are governed by the following set of community standards. Please familiarize yourself with them. By posting on our site you indicate that you accept our Community Rules and Terms of Service

We want our online community to be friendly, informative, and enjoyable for all of our members. We reserve the right to remove any material that does not comply with our Rules without prior warning or further explanation. We also reserve the right to ban, restrict, or revoke posting privileges at our discretion and without warning. Always remember that our site is about buying prescription drugs and not about the reasons people have to buy them.


We expect all posts to be informative and factual and not opinionated and suggestive. We expect posts to be based on fact and not on what the poster thinks will happen. Our site is an information site, our site is to discuss what is going on. Our site is not a predictions site

We want our members to use the boards only for discussion of topics relating to our community objectives: to find the best legal sources for prescription drugs, to avoid the many crooks trying to take advantage of those seeking meds online, to discuss topics related to medicine, buying prescriptions drugs online, and to offer a place where members can support and help each other as needed. We have off topic forum but we do not welcome any person that posts only there.

The following are things that will not be tolerated on the boards and may result in posts being removed, and the posted being banned without any further warning

1. Being rude, unpolite, or offending others.

2. Using nasty words even if they are in stealth mode like: #@%# or F***

3. Posting activities against the law or that indicate recreational drug use, or drug abuse.

4. We will ban any user that posts about crushing, snorting, injecting meds not meant to be injected, or altering prescription drugs in any way. It is against the law in most countries and it is too close to discussion of recreational drug use which we do not allow or welcome at all. Do not even mention recreational drugs!

5. We will ban any member that seeks, or offers, advice on how to break the law. We welcome any post that offers information about current laws and regulations but if your post indicates you want to break any law, you are seeking advise on how to break the law, or offer advise on how to break the law, you will be banned.

6. Posting in the wrong forums. We welcome your posts and hope you will soon be and active poster but you must post properly. There is a place for each discussion and off topic posts make finding information harder for all. Those posting in the wrong forums hoping for a faster response will see their posts deleted and their posting privileges revoked.

7. Persons using more that one board username will be banned. If you share a PC with another member make sure you mention it in your profile. If you do not and we notice two usernames posting from the same IP address we will ban both accounts and we may also delete all posts made from those accounts.

8 Plugging one service in the threads reserved for other services. We have some threads reserved for reviews and questions for specific services: do not go there to post about other services, we may interpret it as promoting, or soliciting, and it is just plain rude to change the topic of discussion of any thread.

The boards are intended for content and not chit chat
The message boards are not to chat with others.

We also provide a way to send private messages. Do not post personal messages on the board


Posting Rules


1) Respect the opinions of others. A difference of opinion can be expressed without resorting to insults and bullying. Never fight with others on the board. Post your opinion and let other do the same.

2) No insults or 4 letter words. Any posts, user names, or subject lines containing profanity, sexually graphic, or offensive language go against our Rules. This includes any uses of characters such as @#$% to replace letters in censored words.

3) Respect. We don't allow racist, abusive, hateful, violent, or obscene language on any of our message boards. Insulting and defamatory language and personal attacks are not permitted. Try not comment the posts made by others and try to post what you think about the topic being discussed. Post your opinion in a polite way and let others do the same.

Never fight on the board. If a post offends you... do not post about it... just press the "Notify Moderator botton" available under every post. Do not try to moderate the board, Notify the moderators and let the moderators handle it.

Threats, harassment, verbal assaults, and online stalking will not be tolerated. Posts that might be construed as such may be deleted and made available to the proper authorities.

4) No illegal content. Suggesting or encouraging any illegal activity is cause for immediate deletion and suspension of posting privileges. You can share information on what is legal, and what is not legal, but our forums are not a place to seek, or offer help, on how to break the law.

5) Do not discuss vendors without a Web. We do not allow, and do not welcome, discussion of "e-mail sources" or vendors that do not have a Web site. The general rule is that if a source does not have a Web site it can not be discussed, not even mentioned. No discussion of secret sources that can not be found online. Please do not even mention sites without a Web - e-mail sources. Any mention of sites without a Web will be interpreted as soliciting. Those soliciting can be banned without any prior notice.
Notice: It is our our opinion, and a well known fact, that most email sources, and sites hosted on free servers are illegal, dangerous, and operated by drug dealers or crooks.

We strongly suggest that you do not use e-mail sources. Do not even contact them. Just the fact that they have your email address can be a danger for you!!!
See our Black List and use it as a reference on what can go wrong.

6) No Spam. Don't spam, PM, or post promotional material. No soliciting of any kind. We ask all members to help us enforce our no spam / no soliciting policy. If you receive any private messages promoting any service or products: please forward the message to the Moderator or administrator
Any member using the private message system to promote anything will be banned

7) No soliciting. Our boards are meant for discussions, not for commercial solicitation, or advertising purposes, and posts of that nature may be deleted. Any illegal offer we spot will be forwarded to the proper authorities together with with any inforamtion we have about the poster.

8) Remain anonymous. Always remember that any personal information you reveal can be obtained and used by others. Anyone with internet access can read your posts. Anything you say here, you say at your own risk. Do not provide anyone with any information that you don't want made public.
For your protection: do not provide any personal information or way to identify you. For your safety: do not use the same username or password at other sites

For your protection we do not allow the posting of member email addresses, if you want to give you email to others, and we strongly suggest you don't, please use private messages to do so. Do not post your email address on the board or include it in your profile.

9) Be smart. When participating in an online, or private conversation with other members, never assume that people are who they say they are, know what they say they know, or are affiliated with whom they say they are affiliated.

10) Stay on topic and post in the proper places. Please stick to the discussion at hand. If a thread is for one topic do not use it to discuss another. If you want to change topic: start a new thread or find a thread where the topic you want to discuss is currently being discussed.

Please read the forum descriptions and respect the purpose of each forum.

11) Do not post personal messages. Post for all. Please do not use the discussion threads for personal messages. Our board has a very handy "Private Messaging System" and you should use it for all you private messages, personal messages, thank you mesages, private jokes, and any other comment not directed to the entire community.

This means that you should not post on the board when addressing individual members. For that you must use private messages.

Do not post messages that say "I sent you a PM", "Send me a PM with the info", "Did you receive my PM?", "I will reply by PM", or similar. Those are private and there is not need for all members to see them.

Any post asking members for PM's to disclose a "great" source will be considered as soliciting. All sources are to be posted for all to see and comment. If you can not post or do not want to post it... then do not post mentioning you are willing to share the info by PM... or you will be banned or "restricted to no PM's" for soliciting.

12) If we judge a submission inappropriate, we reserve the right to delete that post and all replies to it. Because we also delete replies to inapropiate posts we suggest you pay attention to which post you reply to. Re-posts of previously deleted contributions will be treated in the same way. Judgments concerning posts are made at our discretion, and our decisions are considered final.
The appropriate Forum Moderator has the right to edit, censor, or delete any posted message withour warning or notification. Anything you post at our site, boards, chatrooms you do so at your own risk

13) Our board threads are not the place to post about your problems with the administrator, Moderator, other members, or disagreement with our board Rules and site mission. Never say anything negative about other members. If a post, or poster, offends you: ignore the post, Notify the moderators, and let the moderators handle it
We welcome you comments and suggestion for change and offer a forum for suggestions on how to improve our site under the current Rules and objectives. Do not even think about challenging the actions of the the moderators or administratorors in public!


14) We want our members to use the boards mainly for discussion of topics relating to our community objectives: to find the best legal sources for prescription drugs, and to avoid the many crooks trying to take advantage of those seeking meds online.

15. Non qualified advice. Our site is not intended as a source for legal, medical, or pharmaceutical information or advice. All posts in our forum must be considered as unqualified. The site owners, administrators, and moderators do not hold any legal qualifications in law, medicine, or pharmaceuticals, and their advice, posts, and chat messages should also be considered as unqualified

16. Addiction and recovery are not to be discussed at our board. Our site is not intended to help and support addicts. If prescription drugs are not part of the solution, if prescription drugs are the problem: please look for another place for help and support

17. We do not ask what are the medical needs of visitors and we do not want to know. Our sites is about buying prescription drugs. We assume a legitimate need. Any post that indicates the poster is a drug abuser or recreational drug user will result in that posted being banned.

18. Our site is about prescription drugs. Discussions shall be about prescription drugs and only about the legal use of prescription drugs. We do not welcome, and have no tolerance, for discussion about illegal drugs, how to modify prescriptions drugs or use them in ways they are not intended to be used. We do not welcome any mention of drug modification, cold water extraction, separation of ingredients, etc. Posts like that will be removed and the poster may be banned without warning or notice.

19. Only one board account per person. We only allow one board account per person. If two people post from the same PC or IP a note must be made in the profile indicating which other "username" is using the same PC or IP to post at our site. If we notice more than one account per person, PC, we reserve the right two delete / ban the accounts without any notice.

20. Our site accepts no liability of legal consequences that may arise from posts made in the message boards, chatrooms, or any other areas where member can ad content (e.g. libel, slander, or other such crimes). All posted messages are the sole property of their respective authors. The maintainer, our site, does retain the right to remove any and all message posts, for whatever reasons. Under no circumstances is our site to be held liable for any wrong doings that occur from the usage of the message boards. People that post messages to any part of this website are not to libel/slander nor in any other way depict a company, entity, individual(s), or service in a false Light; should they do so, the legal consequences are theirs alone. Never assume that you are completely anonymous and cannot be identified by your posts.

21. We reserve the right to email, and private message, our site members with information about our site and offers from third parties. We will not share you email with anyone. If you do not want to receive mail from us: ask us to close you board account.

22. Signatures. If you choose to have a signature please note that we do not allow e-mail address or links to content outside our site.



Good Advice
Please take the time to write down your Usernames and Passwords in a safe place outside you computer.
Many members are loosing them when installing new software, changing PCīs, and many other reasons. We will be glad to assist VIP Members with lost Usernames and Passwords but we prefer to use the time to keep our site current. We will only assist Free Members with lost usernames and passwords via our automatic online username and password recovery service.
Keeping your usernames and passwords safe is your responsability.
Your will always be able to recover your username and password if you keep your email address on the boards current
