I am posting a reminder:

The 3 refill offer is about to expire. We MUSt have your fax in our office no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on Oct. 31st to receive the 3 refill offer.
So, if you fax on Friday, up until that time, you will be scheduled for Monday November 3rd. Please do not ask for any exceptions as the doctor will NOT ok it.

Preferably, fax by Wed. or Thursday in case of a problem with fax transmission.

*** Incomplete faxes, or declined credit cards will not be honored if faxed for Monday appts. Please make sure your fax is complete and also remember that we cannot accept incomplete faxes as we must have the medical questionaire ( you obtain this by logging into our site) and all the instructions are there.

Sounds good. But, I've been taken once already on a "special" with another OP, so please pardon my caution. What are the unstated reasons in your advertisement that prevents a patient from getting those refills?

I think most around would say that YOD is the best OP. This is who I first used and will go back with once my refills run out with AAAMWW.
They will send an email for consult time AFTER you send in records. Scripts are then sent to Woody's Pharmacy who has the best prices around. Refill dates are printed on the bottle .
I don't see them messing with your refills since they look at your records first. To be on the safe side, I would send most recent ones. While your at it, why not PM Kathy (first post on this thread) and I'm sure she will answer any questions you have.

The only thing that would prevent getting the 3 refills is by not ordering the initial consult within the designated timeframe. Other than that, YOD is smooth sailing every single time.

I just wanted to add that this is a great place and by the book so non-conformers need not apply but if you have your records and are looking for a caring place, this is it!
