I have used clen in two cycles in the past year; first time I lost a pound in two weeks, second time I lost 5 lbs. in two weeks but gained 2 of them back the following week after stopping. Couldn't sleep, no bad side effects though... it doesn't suppress hunger and only works IF you work out while doing it. The first cycle I only worked out like 5 times in two weeks, the second time I worked out 1.5 hours a day every day on it and so... really, I didn't think it was the miracle drug everyone says it is. Yes, I was hungrier on it. If you want to weight train and do cardio 2 hours a day, eat high protein and low carb and cut out sweets, it works. But that pretty much would give you the same results WITHOUT it. I never felt hot or shaky; measured my temperature and it wasn't appreciably raised. I am a 130 lbs. 5 foot 2 and have no health issues. I was taking 6 of the 20 microgram pills a day, so yeah, I tapered up and down and did everything right, drinking 64 oz. of water a day and everything. Just FYI.

giveme: side effects were as follows, specifically...
first day: 20 mcg. headache, hands shaking second day: 40 mcg. same third day: 80 mcg. no side effects except mild back and neck pain, which also could have been from the workouts, difficulty falling asleep before 2 a.m. fourth day: 120 mcg. no side effects except muscle cramps in my legs and mild tremors in my legs, which were easily treated by eating a banana and taking 500 mg. of taurine as a supplement; insomnia, for sure.
Fifth through 14th day: same as the fourth day.
Second cycle I started with 40 per day, then 80, then 120 within the first three days and kept that up with the supplements through day 14.
I suppose if you are willing to work out hard, take the supplements, and give yourself two-week breaks, it would be possible to lose 20 lbs. in 6 months fairly easily. No guarantees it would stay off, so this is probably not the quick fix for you.
However, I did find that it increased the muscle mass in my legs, butt and arms pretty quickly; so if you are looking to tone what you have, THIS IS a good option. Definitely.
I'm thinking if you did 4-6 cycles over the course of a few months, the gradual building up of muscle would raise your metabolism, so if you decide to do this as a way to get lean muscle and up your overall fitness, yeah, it'd be great for that.
You lot looking to lose 60 or more lbs. quickly are not going to do it on clen, though. Obviously it would work better on men than women because of the difference in muscle to fat ratio for them.
