rml704 Journeyman Registered: 08/27/06 Posts: 66 Loc: Midwest	I posted it in another thread, butit wasn't offficial and I hadn't recieved them for sure etc... Me and a couple other people who got trackign numbers have been talking backa nd forth since we got our tracking numbers about everything. One of them wanted me to start a seperate thread (sent me a PM) to discuss the people who are now getting their meds. Not a bad idea since it seems they are getting back on track and deserve the credit. Some people got Mallies, but they are now sending out Watson again. I don't want to release the pharmacy's name but it is based out of Encino, CA and the labels are well done, pill bottles were packed well with cotton to keep the shaking sound out from the delivery guy. The ONLY complaint I would have is the way they were sent if someone stepped on the bubble wrapped package it could of busted the pill botles open. Regardless, I am very happy as are the other people I have been PM'ing - hence this thread being started. I got my tracking number I believe Saturday and expected the package Monday. It didn't come, I was pretty upset but still hoped for the best.. Late Monday night my package was scanned in for guaranteed delivery before 10:30 Today. 9:00 AM it showed the last scan in Tenn at 4:30 AM and no activity since so I called Fed Ex and they stated weather problems were causing the delay. The package was delivered at exactly 1:29 PM this afternoon though. My situation was a re-consult was made a week before my refills were due and I was supposed to have my refill shipped out the DAY they were raised. So it is my guess they are working with the people who have been waiting the longest and filling people up as quickly as they can. I asked them if they were going to re open once they got everyone their fills (my hydro included refills on the bottle by my xanax did not) but they haven't replied yet. So ... NWW may not be closed for good To all of those who are still waiting on their meds, I wish you the best and I would say if you were supposed to have meds shipped ou the day after the raid i would expect my RX tomorrow, and so on.. with a one day lag, not sure how long until they would be caught up. But it is good to see them holding up to their part of the deal !

NWW is not back, they are just making good on peoples consults and sending what they have been paid for. People would know if it were LE. But it was my regular FedEx guy, I tracked the package basically every minute online, and the email I received Saturday informing me that my order had been filled was exactly like every other message I ever received from NWW. As far as them "not being back," I read in another thread that they were busily fulfilling outstanding orders, etc. and then would be accepting new consults. I hope it's true, as I have found them to be very reliable in the past. P.S. NOT a Shill for NWW or anyone else. Good luck to everyone.

I had a consult and my meds were scheduled to be shipped out either the day of or the day "after" the raid or bust or whatever. Maybe this means they are close to getting caught up (wishful thinking, perhaps) and will be back in business soon.

Because OP's are seriously backed-up right now... some sending out compounds in the meantime. Oh, and Medipharm cannot legally transfer scripts locally. Some OP's are transferring remaining refills that were at Medipharm to Duanes and wherever. So, you can imagine the serious panic in the making! So either way you look at it the scripts are legal or they would not be able to fill them now nor be able to transfer them. I can't see a ROP putting themselves into more HOT water than they already are with LE and/or DEA by filling a script or transferring a script if it wasn't legal to begin with! It depends which state you live in, if you can transfer a script or not. Nothing to do with NWW or Medipharm. Your state dictates if you can transfer scripts. Nobody knows for sure, but the fact that NWW and Medipharm are under investigation would not comfort me getting a delivery from them. Something seems strange and I for one would not except anything from NWW or Medipharm or anyone affiliated. LE has the right to do just about anything they want now. I had my consult on November 16, was charged for my meds, but the script never made it to Medipharm so "transferring" was not an option for me as it seems it has been for many of you. I wish had been that lucky. I have received a few intermitent emails from NWW (like many of you) asking for my patience, another telling me that they are filling orders that were previously placed, and one email even purporting to give me a tracking number for my meds. As I have now learned it just a bogus tracking number given as a stall tactic to delay my pursuing a chargeback. Yesterday (16 days after I received my "supposed" tracking number), NWW emailed me and said that the tracking number was for UPS (nope, it wasn't) and that I should have received my meds and that they would only fight any chargeback. As I have been reading this board for the last few weeks, I just kept thinking, "Boy, everyone seems so cynical ... so suspicious!" After all, NWW was sending out emails ... I was receiving them myself!!! So I wanted to believe, to hold out some kind of hope. Looks like I was just plain naive. They were simply stalling. I was a customer of NWW for years and now I'm just getting the roundaround to avoid seeking a chargeback, as was suggested many times by many posters on this board. And now I'm the one sitting here feeling pretty darn cynical and suspicious of those who said they actually RECEIVED their meds. I thought it was crazy to think that people would actually come on here to spread inaccurate information just to help NWW. Naive again! By my count, I think there were either two or three people who posted that they received their meds. If they did ... good for them. They are extremely lucky. Just of course leaves me wondering why there aren't many, many more people out there who haven't posted that they received their meds too. As I said, these bogus tracking numbers went out over two weeks ago. I appreciate and value the insight that you long-time posters have given me and I hope this helps any of you out there that are still hoping and waiting on NWW. They're just playing us.

I called to see if they transfer to NY only last Friday and yes they answered the phone on the second ring, but transfers to NY were a no go and I think that Texas is also a no go wih transfers. _________________________ Takes a Lickin' & Keeps on Tickin'
