I thought I was done busting RXSO's chops "during their mini crisis". I figured until I get the refund I'm due (which I'm not holding my breathe) I'll be more than happy to keep chiming in. So a lady friend of mine scheduled a consult for last Friday, which never happened. She sent an email inquiring as to "what happened".....the response back was "your on the schedule for next Wednesday"...keep in mind, she received confirmation of the consult Friday. I'm just passing along facts so the people on this board have information to make informed decisions. I'm glad that people are still happy with the service. I just want a refund, not "store credit" to put up with what I think is poor service. My view is that if I pay for something and then don't receive that something I should get my money back. Not "store credit" to force me to keep lining your pockets. I WANT A REFUND....Please PM me and I'll be happy to give you my name and address so that you can return what belongs to me. Call me stupid....but please send me back my money. Am I really asking for too much?

You are not asking too much, but I have no idea who you are. Either PM me or email me at kelly@rxscriptonline.com and I will refund whatever is due. We have posted this before, stating we are happy to provide refunds. However, if a requests is not received, how can we know who to refund.

Communication with us concerning your online account with RXSO is best addressed either through a PM to me (it is obvious I check PM now as much as I do my company email). Nobody has called you stupid, we just can not give refunds when we do not know who you are.

RXSO does not deserve this type of treatment; they have always come to the table with respect for, and proper treatment of the CP patient.

I agree w/ YPMChris. I have been completely satisfied w/ RXSO
and their support during this peroid of their retiring doctor.
They prorated the re-consultations; Something that some OPs have not done when early reconsults were mandated for whatever reasons. Remember YOD? They made people do full price recons when Woody's went down regardless of how many refills were left.

There was a small "glitch" during a reconsult I had where I was charged the full price, not the pro-rated price.
This was easily seen in my receipt email so
I sent Kelly an email late yesterday and today received word
back from her that they were crediting my card the difference. Issue solved w/in a few hours.
The email actually came same day(last night) but I only read it this morning.

IMO RXSO is still a top notch OP who is acting completely above board and with as much transparency as possible so
patients know what's going on.
Seems like all OPs have some hiccup now and again, but the measure of the quality OPs are how they address the issues
when they come up. IMO RXSO has been stellar in their service.

While its true some people may have had more frustration
than I did during this period, I think if you have patience and understanding, you'll see that the issue will be resolved. Panic and anger are never good for issue rectification in any arena of life

Another thing that I've seen at times on the board, is that in the competitive world of OPS, some may see a hiccup at a competing/popular OP as an opportunity to try and
scare people away from that OP, I guess, hoping that
they may come to their OP(?) I don't accuse anyone of doing it here for RXSO, but I've seen it before, so just read the posts carefully and realize if someone's seemingly huge complaint and unresolved issue seems scarey, it just may be that you're not getting the true info on it...only one side,
OR it may be entirely false. I don't think its an epidemic here, but I do think it happens from time to time.

Kelly, if you read this, thanks for the great CS and hang in there. For every hopping mad person you might hear from, I have a feeling that there's 10 people who are perfectly happy with how their situation is being handled, they just don't bother to post. That's why I decided to so.

[censored], now i have a feeling like i opened a can of worms around here, and i'm still kinda new.

I just wanted to get everyones take on things and i ended up figuring it out for myself anyways, but the input was appreciated. RXSO's postitive reaction towards me was my deciding factor, getting an email within 5 minutes in regards to all my concerns and about 3 or 4 emails is OUTSTANDING. Thanks to RXSO and i haven't even gotten started yet, but that is good CS no matter what.

I imagine that this thread was pretty helpful though for a lot of folks. Seems like the "main bullet point to take home" would be that RXSO is fine, and that they are backed up, and that they're working round the clock to get things back to where they were.

Alot of people go crying about the sky falling, and me, the new guy, wonders what to think of all of it b/c i've never dealt with this stuff before, and to be honest it sketches me a bit. I'd rather go to CVS, but i don't want to bug my PCP, he's a good guy, but you all know how they feel about those.

SO, Maybe we can get someone to close this off?? if not, that's cool, but i don't want it to turn into a thread where people go to bitch about kelly, RXSO, etc.etc.

Thanks all, lots of good folks around here.

Chris,

I really appreciate an advertiser on this site calling me a drug addict.... (rhymes with huck) you. I'm a bit older than 24, I have legitimate medical records and the Doctor's that I consult with seem to agree with me also. I'm not so sure you understand the circumstances surrounding my deal with RXSO and the lack of professional service and compassion I was greeted with..I'm just going by my own personal expierience as well as people that I know...to be frank...we didn't appreciate how our loyalty with them was handled during this ordeal. My impression was that Drugbuyers forum was to relay the good as well as the bad. I've seen post both way's. I guess the difference between you and I is...I respect (maybe not agree) with others opinion. You on the other hand, I guess when somebody has a bad expierience and relays that information on to others, not only do you not respect that, but that qualifies me as a "drug Addict" for sharing my story with others. I could really care less if you think my words were harsh towards them, and could care less if that qulifies me as an @ss in your book. I'm glad that now people can see the "low level of maturity" they will get should they try and use YourPainManagement....I would advise those using your site not to complain when they feel wronged..if they do complain..they are just drug Addicts..that should have cut you some slack and kept their mouth shut..right?. I will not even comment to you as how I would "handle my business", because I see the way you handle yours "cry baby @ss" and to be frank...you and I are in WAY different leagues.

Kelly....I do appologise that I missed your post about refunds..I thought that I remember reading in one of your post that the only way somebody would loose out on the arraingements you made were if they decided to do business elsewhere. I will take it from the source, you, and I will contact you about the refund.

DrugBuyers.com....I would take a good look here at the way your advertisers are interacting...I would even venture to say that Chris's comments are borderline "slanderous"....

I think Chris' comments center around the fact that you have been requested by me to contact me for a refund. All you have done is post how we are unresponsive to your demands, but I have no idea who you are. Perhaps I should just refund everyone in my database with the hopes you are included. You are welcome to post anything about us that you wish on this board.... we encourage it, and would never rebut your comments, unless we are defending a lie. However, until you contact me directly you will not be hepled. Call me and we can discuss, I am MORE than happy to talk to you on the phone, and very interested to research your account, if you even have one with me.

Also, you seem to take whatever you want from the posts. Please re-read the post about patients losing money if they decided to go elsewhere, and you will see IT WAS NOT WRTTEN BY ME. If you are going to formulate an argument, please do your research, and do not misqoute something as important as my comments or postings as they relate to my business.

Once again, come out from behind the DB board, pick up the phone and call me so we can resolve this issue for you. I am not sure why everyone that has an issue with us later makes postings about how it was resolved in a timely manner..... except for you. Actually, I do know why, becasue I dont know who you are.

Kelly,

I was trying to explain something to Chris....

I think you misread that I appologised to you for my lack of understanding of what you have said and I also stated I will contact you. Once you take care of my issue, I will let everyone know you have come through for me as well. At this point, I must admit I'm a little scared to let you know who I am...maybe your buddy Chris wants to send somebody over to my house to "beat me up" or something..JK..I will contact you via your site...and then I will go away for forever from this board.....thanks

I have no experience with RXSO but had to comment. These are the people that will ruin ROPs. Not all ROPs can be defended but the comments from Chris are on target. LOL, too much nonsense.
