It will be a very cold day in hell when a health insurer reimburses for this expense.
Although, it would be an interesting conversation describing the coverage category within your medical policy limits.

to: PNWRain and to Farble1670 - I don't know if this will work - but if you have insurance, when we talk to the doc we will ask him if he will accept insurance for his part. If he/she says OK, then we will (I hate to seem mean) get payment from you via cred crd for our part and schedule the appointment.

Has anyone seen the Michigan Dr? You can pm if you would like. I was surprised I found a couple of F2F services with a Mi Dr! Thanks!

Jakey - my middle son's name ( and I KNOW you aren't supposed to have favorites as a mother, but. . . . )

I am happy to read that you will be hooked up soon. That is such good news. May the results be what you envision.

Sail on Jakey.

OK, it is an undeniable fact - I kill threads. Oh well. Don't mean to. It's somewhat embarrassing to go thru the threads and see my user name frequently.

On topic: if Allied has good CS and has docs in convenient places, who have a decent treatment plan in place - that is what is good.

I truly hope for the best for chronic pain sufferers. It is bad enough to put up with the pain, but to add on a doc who treats you poorly - well, it's a bit much. The reason for this escapes me - isn't that what these docs are supposed to do? Treat patients? Oh well (my favorite saying of late).

I'm falling asleep. I'm going to bed. Before I make some ridiculous statement.

We have a doc in eastern PA - that is EASTON - right on the Del river at the NJ border. If you look on your map it is easy to find. I hope this helps. 1cc - 866-385-0980

Problem with 1stclasscare is the price. 400 dollars is rediculous. I found 2 other pharmcies and one charges 300 and the other just lowered their prace fro 1st time customers to 225 dollars! Not bad. Until 1stclasscare drops their fees, them I might do business.

SN - it is a market principle that a company can charge what the market will bear. The market is indeed bearing these costs and, thus, they continue. If noone would pay a certain amount of money, then said company would lower or go away.

There is also some risk involved with these referrals services and that risk is born, in part, by higher costs.

This, of course, does not ease the pain of the end user. But, for me at least, it helps understanding the process.

Anyone and everyone can choose to not use a product or service at any time. But, if you do, it pays to get your money's worth. And that is different things for different people. Great CS, good docs, etc. And, of course, whether it can be afforded.

I hope you find a service that satisfies you.

Our fees are dependent on the dr's. We Charge $300 for an intial F2F visit with monthly tele-consults, and $340 for intial F2F with 2 refills. We have done our research and try to remain competitive with other referral services. What we can offer that some services can not is: several preferred dr's that will give refills with intial script. We pride ourselves on our customer service, we work with our clients in an attempt to make certain they always get excellent service and based on previous clients statments that is something we are able to excell in. Our goal is to offer a service that is affordable, compliant and personalized.
We hope that that those searching for a service give us an opportunity.

Like any F2F, it all depends on the doctor, some of which work for multiple services. But I will say the doctor that I was referred to was very professional, courteous and caring.

Also, 1stClass Customer Service was very responsive and professional both on the phone and via email. They worked with me through the process and I have nothing but good things to say about Letty, Robert and Christine.

Ok, I understand. Earlier around june i called 1stclasscare and I was quoted 400 dollars. But now I see how prices fluctuate. For $340, its not bad. Might try them in the near future.

I see you had a good experience with Dr. Diehl, too! I LOVE her. I agree, too, that Letty is professional, caring and on the ball.

1st Class CS - I think you are doing an excellent job. You are here, you respond to posts, seems that you care. That is SO good. Keep up the good work.

I understand that your control is limited. And that is altogether appropriate. Personally, I would not be comfortable with a doc who simply was dictated to. I'd want him/her to evaluate me individually.

There are a few services (and you are one of them) that seem to really care about the patient. Very, very refreshing.

Hello- I have a question about the F2F visits. What happens at these visits. Is is like a normal visit? Do the doctors examine you...etc? Thank you all for your input.
