This service is without a doubt the best I have dealt with. The customer service reps are awesome. The Dr. was great. They are strict on records but they have to be to be a good service that will be around for a long time. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They do what they say when they say it. I was displaced by the abacus mess. If you are looking for a great service with caring customer service reps you must give them a try.

Will they prescribe norco and xanax together if your records warrant it? Also, do you get a choice in the pharmacy that you use?

If you want 1st Class service, then this is the place to try. They have a great special going on right now if you are a VIP.The csr was without a doubt outstanding,I called them several times in one day because I was out of meds and I wanted to be sure they were coming the next day, they were very understanding and one of them even called the pharmacy for me to get my tracking# before they were sent out to put my mind at ease. Thier prices were very reasonable and customerservice was great. I rate them an A+.

1st Class name says it all folks. I expressed to them how much pain I was in to the CSR Debi and she went above and beyond seeing that my medical records went through. The other CSR Robin is outstanding too. The records I have used with others weren't quite up "to par" for some reason so I did send a little bit more and the doctor accepted them. He did call and changed my script a little bit because my last doctor had me taking too much of one thing. Very very nice consult and within seconds they had my order at the pharmacy and on it's way to me. My package is coming tomorrow already have a tracking#. 1st Class all the way.

Hello All,
I am an AVEE battle victim and my old Health Care Provider is not answering any emails and not calling me back. I requested a refill though them, but they had changed to CRJ pharmacy and it is now a causality of the DEA. They will not be back, so I went looking and found the Perfect HCP/ROP.
I looked at ALL the DB listed services and I chose '1st Class Care' from the lot and am glad I did. I looked at over 40 and emailed many of them before deciding on these folks. This one '1st Class Care' is Exceptional.

You call and 'Bam' - A real person on the phone - Not a recording telling you to push 1 for this or 2 for that and so on - you get a Real Person right off the bat... The office personnel are - Nice, informative, consciences and above all Very Professional.

Had the records sent over on Thursday and the consult the Very Same Day. It was late that same afternoon and all went smooth. The doctor asked some questions on medications being taken and the quantity/amount and he stated my records were in good order for requested medications. (That was because of the Ladies up front - Debi and Robin.) I would suggest to everyone to keep your records in up-to-date fashion and you won't have a problem and if something is a miss the Ladies will bend-over-backwards to help you get them in proper order. I even had to send one extra sheet over for confirmation to make it trouble Free - no biggie there.

You will get a 90 count of Watson Hydro's as the brakes are going in on the 120 counts and I was none to happy about that - Believe Me.. Cold rainy weather kicks my behind, but I can 'Get-By' on 90. If you get the refill on the 25th day you can still come close to 120 each month with Next Day Air. Just a thought on that.. Prices are very reasonable and the delivery is first rate. The people again are Superlative in Every Way.. Very nice and up-front pro's. Meds came today as specified and No BS here Just Super Service and 1st Class Care...

Within 24 hrs of making first contact, I was called by CS (who was very pleasant), faxed my records, and received my consult phone call from someone who spoke very good English! I was emailed a short while later with a tracking number! I am scheduled for Saturday delivery. I will follow-up after package arrives, so far I have been very impressed with this OP.

The girls are very helpful and treat you like a real person. What a shock it was to have something go that smooth for anything....not just OP's.

I paid 223 dollars for a consult early am shipping which was cod and 90 watson brand. Thank you great job

What are considered "good records"? I am new to OP. I had a consult with 1stmeds and they requested more records. I sent them and MRI report, an ED record from my intial injury and a physical exam and x-ray done by a orthopedic surgeon. The ortho did not rx pain meds, even though I really need them! My dx is Tendonitis and muscle tearing & early arthritis of right hip with a bone spur on my hip. Should I even waste my time with these dx? I have documentation that I took Lortab and Soma when I first injured my hip, but that was years ago. I just don't want to waste my money, like I did @ 1stmeds. After I provided more records, they wanted me to pay for another consult. They also told me my injury was acute, I have had no trauma to my hip since my initial injury and have been having moderate to severe pain off and on for 6 years now. Can anyone suggest a OP that would help me? Thanks

This was posted in response to the man who stated that this company lied about the pharmacy they use.

Well, really...I mean, the pharmacy name is there on a printed sticker, and if it isn't, then I would never take a pill sent by post without having someone accountable as to the legitimacy of its contents. Geeez.
OR
Maybe their regular pharmacy just doesn't want your name in their system for some suspicious reason? If it were I, I would veto the suspect customers in order to stay operating for the thousands of legitimate ones.

I don't know anyone here, but I do know that it is quite easy to check a person's posts and see that they say they are getting an order on 3/15, for example, and then beg for a consultation with another provider a few days later, and then comment under 2 or 3 other providers in the same time frame about orders being processed. I have nothing but distaste for those who do this, adding to the entangled negativity and difficulties for those of us who use Online resources in a legitimate manner.
I am fairly new here myself, but I have the feeling from watching a bit that it is not that hard for Pharmacies to start seeing someone's name come up quite often with orders from different sources.
I just wanted to say thank you to the legitimate folks who try to keep it available for legitimate customers by not sanctioning abuse and misuse.

We do not charge to look at your records. We are cod only and you do not pay until you receive your order.

Records have became a big part on this industry and sometimes it is hard for us to tell a customer that the records are ok, until we see them.

Records should always have your name, dob and the facility name where they came from. Your records should always have documentation on the condition that you are consulting for. We can not prescribe for injuries and we do not prescribe for some female problems, because of the importance of cancer with some female problems. Records need to prove that your condition is chronic and that it has been going on for sometime. Your vital signs should be documented and records have to be updated yearly. Most Doctors now will not prescribe unless it states in your records that you have been prescribed pain medication at some time for this condition.

Hope this helps you.

Good Morning!!!

Thank you for your post. People get mad at me every day and I am starting to take it a little better. This customer had called and asked what pharmacy we use and we gave him one of the pharmacies. When his order was sent over the pharmacy was out of that medication. So I sent him over to another pharmacy. He was blacklisted at that pharmacy. I realize that you are not always blacklisted for the correct reasons, but I have no controll when this happens. But I dont deserve for a customer to put me down when I can not service them and call me a liar. There is no reason for this to happen. I am here for one reason and that is to service those that suffer with a chronic illness.

I appreciate your post, If we dont stand together, then we can not make a difference in someones life.

I have been looking for a new and reliable group to purchase my meds from since everyone has been folding. The past few months have been a horrible experience with poor customer service from most companies and long waits for refills. Yesterday afternoon I started reading the comments about 1st Class Care. About 4 pm I filled out the application and sent my medical records and ID. Within 30 minutes I had a reply saying I would have a consult in the morning. At 8:55 am 1st Class Care called and said they were sending the records to the doctor. Within 10 minutes the doctor had called and completed the consult. Thru out the day I had some questions and within five minutes of every email I got a response!!! Looks like my meds will probably be here tomorrow!!! I was shooting for next week!!! Excellent care so far .. I really appreciate the communication with these wonderful people. I hope this is my home for a long time.

We are not consulting new members this week. Our pharmacy is having shortages and we want to make sure that our existing customers orders are filled.

I am sorry but it is very important for me to take care of the existing customers first.

We will update you on Monday about new consults.

Thank you/Kaye

That is a shame. I have been talking with you for a couple of months now and thought everything was top notch. Was just waiting for the refills from my old service to be used up which they are now. I even did the questionnaire thing last night. Now, when I need you, the door is closed.

A week is too late for me as I need meds now. My bad for waiting until I was almost out to apply, I know. It was worth a shot. I'll go back to my old OCS and play their waiting game I guess.

Glad everything is ok with you guys. Still wish you didn't close the door on me as you already had my records. Weird.

We are still consulting our existing members reconsults are still being consulted.

I just dont want to take on new members and can not ship for them. I believe that the existing customers should not have to wait over a new customer that has been loyal to us.

No offense I would love to take new consults and as soon as we can supply you, we will. I just dont make promises that I can not keep and you do not deserve to wait if you can be guaranteed a shipment.

We have a meeting this weekend and I beleive that it is going to be wonderful news.

I will keep you updated.

Good Morning to all...

Sorry that it has taken so long to reply. Mondays are crazy.

We are taking New Consults. But we will not consult more than we can handle for one day and we will tell you up front.

Our Company has grown over the months, but we do not want to become as large as many and once we have met that number, we will not consult new memebers.

We would love to welcome everyone but to big is to much.

Our consult price for non members is $102.00 and for members is $75.00 and we are spliting the price into three payments. This way if a state becomes a no ship state, then we are not having to write checks for partial consult charges. I just think that it makes it safer for all.

Thank You/Kaye

Would like to let you all know I had a positive experience with First Class. Faxed records in was given an after business hours consult due to my schedule issues. I received very fast responses to emails that addressed all of my questions and scheduling concerns. There is no problem with First Class when it comes to customer service. I was impressed, I can now make it through my day. I am happy they want to stay small. I am glad I chose them after the debacle with a bad company that we all know about. I hope you too will have the same experience I have had with First Class.

Have been dealing with these wonderful, caring individulals
for a few months. They have always been very upfront & seem to go above & beyond when it comes to customer service.
Everyone seems to be having their share of difficulties these days, but 1stClassCare has always made things right.
Wish there were more like them. Wouldn't want to have to go anywhere else. Hope you all are as lucky.

It figures, NOW they are accepting new clients not when I needed them. Maybe I will try again after my next refills are over again and hope I do not miss the band wagon again. I really wanted to get into this outfit because of their customer service.

Keep a spot open for me Kaye, please? It will be a couple months unless you can transfer my refills which would be excellente'! I would even be willing to pay a partial consult or something. I just hate the waiting game where I am now.

Thanks for keeping us informed and best wishes! Cheers!

1stClassCare is First Class all the way. I faxed fecords on Friday morning, onsult later that day. They prescribed me the quanity of meds that I needed. I spoke with the actual doctor(not a PA). They use a pharmacy that nobody else uses, and they are very strict about telling anyone who the pharm is. Its to protect the pharmacy, and the OP. They also have a VIP special which is $75 consults. They also split the consult payments into 3($25 per fill), which is good because if the OP closes, you lose less money. Everything is COD, so no risk there either.

I'm new to the process aand just got ripped by another company. Read the great reviews on this one and thought I'd try. Filled out the online form yesterday. Haven't heard anything yet. Got my MRs ready to fax. Just sent an email inquiry.

I am new to using online services, so I spent a lot of time researching my options on this website. I decided to go with 1stclasscare, and I am very happy I did. The customer service is GREAT!!!

The only problem I had was that the pharmacy didn't send my order out the day it was supposed to, but I got my package today, only 1 day late.

If you do not get a reply by the next day (in my case, it was via e-mail), I would try calling them to see if they received your IMI.

I am very lucky to have chosen a good place to go, especially this being my first time . Thanx to all @ DBs, and to 1st Class Care .

Good Luck!!

Sammy

...Service, so far, was good enough to make me seriously consider becoming a VIP member here @ DBs

I am sorry, but could you tell me how you were ripped off.

When you fill out the new members page you are to receive an email on the next step. That step is to send in your records and ID. We can not consult a member before we receive your records.

Our office receives about 40 to 50 new members request every day. Out of those 40 to 50 request we may receive 5 sets of records.

We do not call every new member who summits a new members request and our website is being changed. This is a waste of time and money and we try to keep our prices low.

We email you with the next step and that is records.

If you did not receive this email then you should of called our office. We do answer our telephones and would be more than happy to assist you.

Did you fax your records????

I think this is far from being ripped off and if this is your attitude, then I would prefer that you didnt use our services.

We are here to help everyone that we can. There are some we can not due to no ship states and records not giving enough information. We are tough on the records, but we take pride in helping our potenial customers and customers.

I have been working part time at the pain clinic and I am not on the boards all the time. I do check in from time to time. Our office hours are from 9-5 and we are here if anyone needs anything.

Thanks Kaye

Thank you!!! I am sorry that you did not receive your medication same day. We do not have any delays our pharmacy is just having a rough time on how much of each medication to order. We did not have 7.5/500 a couple of days but the problem is taken care of now.

You will not be disappointed that you choose our service.

Thank you for your nice reply and thank you for giving 1st Class Care a try. We appreciate you as a customer and if their is anything we can do to help you with your pain, please let us know.

Our Doctors do not just consult you, if you are having a problem and need to speak to one of our Doctors, please advise us.

They are running behind on my refill. Can't give me an exact day. I ordered refill on Monday. Was told probably Thursday as the Pharmacy was out of my meds. Now I'm being told maybe Friday. I know everyone runs out sometime and this is the first time I've had problems with them. But be aware that there are delays.

I was due for a reconsult a week ago. They kept telling me to email back tomorrow that they were behind. I called them yesterday and was told that I should have received a consult wednesday. They told me that I would definitely receive it yesterday still no consult as of today. I don't know what to think.

Ist Class is a GREAT company. Aount 3 weeks ago when it was time for my refill, their pharmacy was out of the medications that I was requesting. They let me transfer my prescription to a local pharmacy for just the 1 time, until they got things corrected with their new pharmacutical wholesaler in NY.
I guess that everyone knows my now that the fed are putting preasure on pharm. wholesalers who ship to florida. I have heard that pharmacies have been ordering bottles of Motrin in addition to the usuals(Norco,Lorcet,Xanax,Valium), just so their ratio of scheduled 3 meds to non scheduled meds would be 50/50, instead of 95-100% scheduled meds.

To get back to 1stClass, they are a great company, with very nice CS Reps.

Hi,

I am looking to change to a new company.

I was wondering if this company is also having big delays?

Does anyone have any real feedback?

It is appreciated. I am tired of getting my money taken, then waiting weeks & not getting any information from the company I am currently with. They just do not care.

Thank you

We are running up-to-date on our refills and re-consults. Everything is COD so you don't pay for anything until you recieve it. Our consult fee is divided into 3 parts so you get charged for 1/3 each time you get filled. That way it is benificial to our customers incase something happens. We are always open for idea's on how to help our customers. We are sticky on our records but we plan on staying here for a while and we do not want to grow big. We are honest about everything. Please feel free to call or email us. Thanks Robin

Hello Everyone,
Like Robin said(2 posts above), you have nothing to loose. Everything is done COD. The consult price is split into 3 payments(1 payment w/every med delivery). The prices that their pharmacy uses are fair. This is a really consumer safe ROP. You are only paying for 1/3 of the consult price at a time, so if something happens and they loose their pharmacy or get closed down, your NOT out $100-$125 for the consultation, and you didn't pay full price for the consult, then something happens and you have 2 refills left. This has happened to many customers, including me(YPM). When I signed up with 1stClass they were offering a special $75 Consult. When the FedEX truck arrived the next day, all that I had to pay for was $25(1/3 Consult)+ the price of the meds and shipping. When it was time for my refill, their pharmacy was having problems getting Watson and some other brands of meds from their distributor(the feds are controlling how much hydro,Xanax,Valium is coming into small FL pharms that show 90% of meds dispenced Scheduled 3 meds), but Robin and Kaye told me that their pharm just signed a contract with a NEW pharmacutical distributor out of New York. Since I needed my meds and could have had a seizer w/o them. Robin told me to find a pharmacy in my area, and to have them call their pharm and I would be able to transfer 1 refill(only 1 NOT both)so that I would have the meds that I really needed. My last fill is to be filled by 1stClass's pharm(as they would be fully stocked again.
These ladies really care, and I would recomend them to everyone. I have already refered at least 10 people to their service, an I've received PM's from those people thanking me for recomending them. They didn't underprescribe, but you have to have GOOD RECORDS(No cutting corners here). The day that I had my consult, I just finished walking about 1 mile to The UPS Store to fax my records. 2 minuted later I received a call on my cell asking me to lighten up the copy of my ID(normal ROP BS that everyone has to deal with). I called them and they said that the ID was clear now, and a PA will be calling me in the next 2 hours. After getting a bottled water, I started walking back to my house, when the phone rang(I was waiting to cross a busy intersection)and it was the PA. She commented on all of the road noise, so I backed away from the road and told her the situation. We had our consult which lasted about 10 min., and the PA approved the 3 meds that I was asking for. About 2 hours later I received a call from Karen saying that the PA changed her mind and didn't feel confortable prescribing these meds to me. Karen told me that the actual doc has the final say so, and she got him to call me later on that day. Aroung 3PM the DOC called and everything went smooth. I think that he actually prescriped me 120 hydro instead of 90. I has the meds first thing(before 10AM)the next morning. I can understand way the PA felt unconfortable prescriing me the meds, with all of the road noise in the backround(she probablly thought that I was a homeless drug addict who just got their monthly crazy money from Social Security). I thought that it was really nice that the doctor called me(he probably just signs off on 99% of the scripts. I know that 1stClass was just opening and they probably really needed me as a client(they gotta pay their bills). The doctor was super nice, he didn't want me to stread his name around, so I won't(DON'T ASK). I give 1stclass an A+++

Is there a way to check prices without becoming a member? I am with another ROP that is two months behind shipping and getting further behind everyday, but I don't want to sign up without canceling my other membership because I don't want it to look like double dipping. I don't want to cancel other membership only to find I can't afford or they don't have what I need.

I've only used one other online service & after two prescriptions, they began delaying...day after day, then week after week. They seldom answered emails and you could never reach them by phone. I chose them because they had a four star rating at the time. I've been with 1st Class Care for about six months and have had better service than I've had at my local pharmacy(and I've never had a problem with them). They are always available, always respond honestly, and obviously have a great deal of pride in their service. I highly recommend them!!! I'd vote for a five star rating for 1st Class Care if I could.

Hi, I am also a new customer and got approved. Waiting for the call regarding cost so I can have my money order at the ready. If they come through I will be a dedicated customer. Have excellent records, chronic condition and trouble getting anyone else to answer. Actually my records were so extensive some got irritated with 67 pages.

Hey everybody! I got my first order! And they are Watsons!! Very fast and smooth, once I got all my records in!!
UPS screwed up, causing worry, inconvenience and an extra hour of driving, but 1st Class Care didn't screw up!! unless having UPS as their service is screwing up! The women down at the UPS place were complaining like mad about having a new system and everybody's packages are getting all messed up.
They don't appear to have lost their pharmacy.

And Robin told me they lost their pharmacy well over a month ago. No one told me that during my consult and when the cod amount was $220 I naturally assumed it included meds. Now they will not reply to my emails explaining how a script cost $220. When I told her now I have to pay for meds in addition to that her response was "well most people have insurance" Unreal!!!

I know personally if I had insurance I'd be at a pain clinic and not be dealing with all the drama that comes along with being a patient of an OCS. But I thought that most pharmacies were filling the "direct scripts"? Still $220 is awfully high.

$220 is the consult. I didn't get any meds. I did not know until I handed the ups man the money order and he handed me the package that there was no meds. When I called and asked robin what the he!! the $220 was for she said well $120 for the consult $41 shipping $12 cod ahh... thats $220. First of all that's $180 and $41 shipping for a piece of paper is nuts! second of all I would still have to pay for the meds putting the cost over $300 THIRDLY the entire point is moot because no one will fill it. cvs said the doctor is blacklisted and rite-aid said they will not fill a script for schedule 2 from an out of state doctor. so right now i'm out $220. I'm going to try one of the online places to fill it. then pay for the meds and shipping all over. Insane. Piece of advice to everyone. although this place used to be the best one around ,it is now the worst. no pharmacy -you get a mailed questionable script for over $200- and at least one pharamcy that states the doctor is blacklisted. may have to do with why they lost their last pharamcy

Did you try Wal*Mart? I called Wal*Mart where I live and asked them if they would fill a script from out of state and was told yes. I didn't mention schedule 2 though. You could call Wal*Mart and just ask them about Schedule 2/out of state.

$120 and $41 and $12 really adding up to $220.

120
41

is what I get...not even $180.
you already addressed this, I just looked back, but ya might as well be REALLY accurate!

Wonder why it costs $41 to mail a piece of paper. That doesn't make sense. no. There is registered mail etc. but I don't think it's that expensive.
Too bad.

Not a schedule 2 med. NO LEGAL OCS can write for schedule 2 so most likely you are speaking of schedule 3. This could be why the pharm told you no to fill the script (if you told them sch.2 med) cause most states have such strict regulations in place for schedule 2 meds that it would be almost impossible for these regs to be met with an out of state rx.

When my roommate received a direct script from them (1stclass) his consult was already paid for so he was only paying for script and sat. shipping. I believe the money order was for 100.00. When it arrived he opened it and was so flustered because it was a piece of computer paper with typing on it. It had mechanical errors in two spots and just looked cheesy (I saw it as well and let me say I was glad I wan't the one going to have to try and fill it). He called around to different pharms inquiring about the script because in NJ all scripts are written on small special watermarked paper and this script looked like someones homework. The first pharm asked some questions about the script and wanted to know if a phone number was in it. He gave pharmacist the # because the pharmacist stated that if the paper rx is invalid that the dr. office could call it in. About 10 minutes later she calls back him back and asks if this rx was from online doctor. He replied no...(the person that answered for 1stclasscare told them the doctor is an online doctor)that ended their phone call and he went to two other m&P phams. The 1st pharm told him the script was not valid cause of stamped sign. from dr. has to be original sig.. Went to 2nd pharm. no problems there. My roomie said 2nd pharm had no questions and didn't seem suspicious in the least.
From his experience, seems like small pharms (older pharmacists) with a story about your specialist being in the state the rx orginates from is the best bet.
Sorry some had problems and I hope my roomies experience is helpful to someone.

Allen.. I am sorry you thought that you were getting Meds Instead of a Script...BUT You got this all Wrong!...You paid for your consult upfront...Plus your 1st Script...Plus shipping Overnight & COD...when you get it filled it will Probably be $25 bucks or less...Plus you have 2 more Scripts...The next time you get a fill if they don't have a Pharm by then your COD will be about $100..Plus the cost of your Meds!...These meds are Not schedule 2!

1st Class is a Very Good Place!
Peace

Didn't mean to say "Schedule 2" wasn't thinking. I didn't say "schedule" anything to Wal*Mart. That was my point. Didn't mention "schedule" just said, "from another state."

anyone else notice an entire page of comments was deleted. i was ripped of also. $250 for a script that no one will fill. no one told me i wasnt getting meds. even if they would it's $250 for 90 hydros and then another $70 for the pharmacy. then they say to get a refill they will send you another script for $100. so total cost for 270 hydros (90 90 and 90) is $250 $100 $100 $70 $70 $70 drumroll $660.00 unless you fill it online which looks like you may have to because cvs riteaid and walmart told me no.. then add another $40 shipping now the cost is .........$780 without cod charges. these guys are nuts!! stay away!!

There was another OP that was sending the actually script to the patient, but alot of people were having a hard time getting it filled in their state. I was thinking of going through that OP so I checked it out before I paid the money. I spoke to Walgreens in my city and told them I went to a doctor in another state and asked if they would fill an out of state script and they told me no. I also asked a neighborhood pharmacy and they told me the same thing. Walgreens asked me why I didn't get it filled in the state it was prescribed. Although that is in my state, it could be different in yours. Good Luck to you!!!!

I just got off the phone with the rep and my gosh they charge you the same price as if you got the medicine from their pharmacy. So basically you will have to pay for the medicine TWICE!!!!

Alot of hassle...

I thought I would post my experience so far with 1st class. I use to be a patient and they stopped shipping to my state. I noticed they are now using direct script. I emailed Robin yesterday to ask what she needed for a re-consult. Just updated records. I faxed and received my consult today. Now i'm just waiting to be approved. So far this is great service. Awesome customer service. Will keep you posted as to how long the process takes. \:\)

They sent mine but it cost a total of $120 to get the script sent. Which part of was a third of my consult as they let me pay my consult in three payments. Then I got it filled at Rite Aid with a free RX discount card that cost $28 for the fill. So it cost me a total of $148. I am due for one more refill.

1stclass is great. I like the new procedures with getting the prescription mailed to you. I pay the consultation fee and I am actually able to use my insurance to pay for my prescriptions. It works out to be a lot cheaper and more convenient than waiting for UPS for my refills.

Thanks Robin and the 1stclass team!

Astonishing service, absolutely top notch. They answer e-mails fast, they actually pick up the phone and are happy to talk to you. They follow up on things and they do what they say they will do.

At first I was a bit skeptical to the Direct Script concept. Got a handwritten script from the doc through 1st Class and had no problems getting the pharmacy at Shop-Ko accepting it. They called the doc's office to verify and they must have gotten a satisfactory answer because five minutes later I had my meds.

I was with UWM before they folded. Couldn't be more pleased with 1st Class. If you can find a local pharmacy that will accept scripts from out of state, 1st Class is absolutely the way to go!

Hello to all,
I have been a long time reader of drugbuyers, but have never posted anything. However I feel 1stclasscare deserves this review, and if it helps 1 other person it was worth it.
Last month my OCS closed up, know warning what-so-ever, That left me once again searching the board for someone to help me. I sent a e-mail to ROBIN @ 1st class care, and she promptly responded. She told me to fax her all my MR's and e-mail her D.L. I did all this, and there was some other things she needed. This company is very strict with records, but ROBIN worked with me every step of the way, from start to finish. She returned all e-mails, called me at least 3 times, and went out of her way to help me. From start to finish I had my meds in 3 days, and at a very resonable price, compared to the other OCS's we have all used. So if anyone is thinking of changing ,or needs another company, please contact ROBIN. She is a very kind lady and will help you all the way.

THANKS AGAIN ROBIN,

Runtaz

Okay so here's the latest update. Robert Rules. He cares and goes the extra mile. I love when someone keeps me informed, and further more tells me the truth. I hate being treated like a chump. I got my consult yesterday and my package is on the way for Friday/tomorrow. All and all this company took care of me and even the doctor was sincere. I will let yall know about my package. I would recommend them, and use them again. Thanks 1st class but most of all sweetie Robert

Do they do refills on the script that is sent or will the consultation be completed on a month to month basis?

Is there Dr. licensed in all 50 states? (if anyone knows this, please let me know)

Just a word of advice for all of you trying to get some sorta response. They had one of their doctors up and quit on them with no notice and the other doctor has been in the hospital. They were not sure what was going on since they don't have direct contact with the doctor. At least that is what I was told since I waited all last week for a consult and never received one and after the waiting by the phone all day, I called them to find this out. They should at least call their customers waiting and let them know of the situation. Just my thoughts!

Hi all,

I was thinking about using 1stClass, I sent Robin a email this morning, she responded in seconds!

I finally got a response and should have a consult on Friday. she said the doc is resuming consults on Friday (guess they weren't doing them for week or something?).

So I take back what I said...But I will update on what happens and if I get my consult in a timely manner etc...

After getting nowhere with TCB I decided to give 1st class a try. I liked the fact that they could possibly "call in" the prescription. I'm petrified to take an out-of-state paper script into a pharmacy. 1st class customer service has been exceptional - they have answered the phone every single time I've called (during their regular business hours). The only glitch so far has been records and my previous association with SVS. I haven't used SVS since 2005 but apparently I'm in some computer system as being a customer of theirs. It took a couple of days to get that taken care of. Then, my records weren't good enough - and honestly, my records really do suck. Most are outdated and for awhile now I've tried to avoid the $25.00 record copying charge my doc's office charges and having to drive about 100 miles roundtrip to get the updated stuff. Well, finally succumbed got the updated stuff (which was accepted)and had my consult late this afternoon.

So far, 1stclass has been great. The slight delays in getting a consult were'nt their fault. Since my consult was later in the afternoon (CA time) the 1stclass office was closed so nothing has been called in yet. Hope it goes well tomarrow...we'll see.

Yes, Robint & Kaye are the best. I guess that they just got a NEW dr. thats not well known in the OP world, LE, and pharmacists(like Dr. G). My only problem with 1st Class is its kind of pricey. I was one of their first customers, when they used a pharmacy, and sent out meds.
I was talking to Robin a few days ago, and she said that they charge a "Processing Fee" of $90 (i think), plus the doc charges a $50 consult fee, plus $40-$65 per script (depending on the med & quanity. Then if you get the scripts FedEx'd to you (which I don't think you have a choice, if you live in FL)thats at least another $25 plus $15 for COD. That would be $280 for me(counting 2 drugs). Even if my insurance pays for most of the cost of the drugs, and I get 2 refills on each, thats too expensive for me.
I guess that I'm lucky that i have medical records, and don't have to shell out $400 for KODONE, or big bucks @ FF, SecretProducts, or one of their sister companies. As far as #1 C.S. Kaye + Robin are the best. But paying $280 for two pieces of paper is to expensive for me. I'm going IOP all the way. Can someone recomend an IOP that has inexpensive benzos? Is ToDo safe to use your CC yet? What about that that place in Panama, are orders getting through Customs? Please let me know.

Keep Chill'n, William Tell

Oh PS - my consult was supposed to be Fri, and I got it on Monday. SO not too bad of a delay. Real nice doctor or PA.

I submitted my IMI (Online form) on Friday (6/20) and got a quick email response with directions on what to do next. I just sent my medical records yesterday (6/24) around 9 or 10-am. I am not worried right now because they tell you to give them 24-48 hours to process your records before scheduling a consult. As soon as I have any update from them I will let you all know.

I had a slight problem on my end when I was faxing my records (the connection timed out so I had to send a new transmission for the last 3 pages), and I was worried that it might be a problem so I tried calling them. I did not expect to talk to a real voice, but someone answered the phone and said they would make sure that everything was together.

Like I said I will give you all a step-by-step update on the status of my consult. So far I am satisfied, but I have only just begun the process. More to come...

So this morning marked the 48 hour mark from submitting my records and I had not heard anything from 1stclasscare. I sent an email to their customer service address, making sure they had actually received my fax. I GOT AN EMAIL LITERALLY 3 MINUTES LATER!!!! It said that they had received my records and are planning on making further contact later today.

So far I am VERY IMPRESSED by the service. I will let you all know when I hear more..

I began a relationship with 1stClassCare several days ago. I sent in my forms, records, etc. I called later in the day to verify receipt of records. The man told me he sees them and will contact to schedule a consultation.

I hear nothing, so I e-mail them asking for a status. The person answers my e-mail telling me she cannot find my records, and that Robin is out.

The next day I hear nothing, so I call, and spoke with someone (maybe Robin, I don't know) and asked if everything looked good so we could set up the consultation. She told me that she could not read all of the pages of my records, and that I would have to scan them and possibly e-mail them.

I decided that because of the lack of communication, apparently no organization, and the attitude from the people on the phone that I would stop right then and there and use a different service.

I won't beg some company to take my money. Someone else will be happy to do so.

I had been having some issues with my records that was putting my consult on hold but Robin has been very good about communicating with me about what the issue was and how I could get it resolved. The mix up was on my end not their end and now it seems to be resolved. My consult is scheduled for monday. Even though it has been some time since my first submission, I am still very impressed with the way they have been communicating with me and helping me through the process. More to come..

These folks are about as good as they come. I had to postpone a previously scheduled appointment, and when I called and sad I was done with the family tuff they got everything set up wit lightning speed.

Doc called same day for renolnsult as was friendly and nice to speak to.

As always Robin is really formidable and manages to stay n top of everything with high speed while maintaining top notch quality.

Highly recommended. They're professional and have the ability, willingness and know-how to make things happened very fast.

The only draw-back is that they're DS. If they would have a pharmacy that reliably shipped, they'd easily top the top ten list.

Just wanted to add that the Rx sent out was extremely professional looking. All the usual security features and then some. I got mine filled (Hydro 7.5/25) at my local Wal-Mart with no problems at all.

well I FINALLY got my records from my doc. Last night I filled out the online questionaire and then today I faxed my records to Robin. Seemed like I had some trouble with the fax so I called there and Robin got on the phone with me. She acknowledged that she did get my records but couldn't access the form I filled out online due to their server being down. She took my info again by hand so she could get me moving in the process. She said I would receive a call today yet from the doc and son of a gun, 2 hours later he called \:\) Very smooth sailing so far! Robin please don't ever stop working for this company! You know who I am \:\)
Thanks so much for everything and I look forward to hearing from you tomorrow.

To finish my review of this company it honestly went like clockwork! Robin called me yesterday (the day after my consult). We finished going over everything and she said Robert would call me in an hour to take my CC info. Robert did call me in one hour, my script got called in right away and I picked it up after work. A++++ in my opinion! Keep up the good work

Hi Chattychickie, likewise my experience with 1stClass was exactly the same. Sent in info last month, rec'd script right on time, pharm no problem with out of town script, rec'd this months refill script exactly on time, this time with refill right on script. Had call from Robert afternoon B4, had script in my hands 11a via UPS next morning. Picked up meds 1 hour later. Robin & Robert. The best. Wouldn't want togo anywhere else! Thanks 1stClass, we need ya!

Hi,
I rarely post, but I just had to second the positive experiences on this thread about this organization! While I have not completed the process yet, I am so impressed already I wanted to post my experience so far. I am switching services due to reconsult slowness of my current provider, they don't answer the phone, etc - same old drill. I researched these boards before calling anyone, and 1st Class Care seemed the best bet:
1. Fellow pain sufferers have said positive things here;
2. NO worries about the 'G' man, and having script refused;
3. There isn't a lot of activity, which usually means not many complaints;
4. Price was competitive.
So, I looked at the website, which doesn't give a lot of information unless you register, but there is a toll free number to call, and get this, they actually ANSWERED! I spoke with Robert. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful and professional. One of my questions was how long the process would take, and he of course told me it depended on the state of my records, but if everything checked out I could have the package in hand by Tuesday (this is Friday)! So I entered the data in the website and faxed my records. He called me about 3 minutes after I got back from the fax to tell me the doctor would be calling. Then the doctor called about 1 minute later, then he called me about 2 minutes after the Doctor finished to finalize some details. I swear I have NEVER EVER had such quick service on anything. They do COD or card - I think by the time everything is added in it will be around 200 - 225, which is competitive in the current market, plus you get the stellar customer service. So far I am seriously impressed!

Yet another amazingly great experience with 1st Class. I accidentally deactivated one of my Rx's and the pharmacy said they needed a call from the doc to activate it. I e-mailed Robin and it was taken care of in minutes!

They really picked a name that fits very well indeed. 1st class all the way!

Hi Folks!

I'm a victim of the debacle known as "Consults Direct", and I need a new direct script doctor for my broken jaw ASAP!

Can anyone give me some feedback on this place? Has anyone worked with them recently? If so, would you recommend them?

Feel free to PM me, if you would like.

Thanks in advance for your help!

The pharmacies that did not honor their script for me were not doing it because of the DR they used, they didn't honor it because they both (CVS and Walgreens) in my area have stoppped honoring out of state scripts, no matter who the prescribing doctor is. They do not use Dr. Garcia.

Sorry it took so long to respond, I did not get my rx filled. I really did not have the time or patience to drive around to 6 different chains and get glared at by rude pharmacists all day long. I wound up just tossing it, however I now see alocal pain management doctor who conservatively, yet adequately prescribes for me. The doctor they use is great though, and if you livein an area where they will fill out of state scripts, then you should be fine. They have excellent customer service, but from what I hear you should watch out for that psycho Brandi chick (I never dealt with her).

I tried this service with their direct scripting, got dr leo-tard, and was insulted by being scripted 90 hydrocodone when my records are the best they get and qualify me for schedule II narcotics, let alone 120 hydro. I would not recommend this outfit to my worst enemy. I called Friday and spoke to a CSR after the dr refused to script me xanax and she asked me to send in proof that I had been prescribed xanax before, so I sent her much of what was initially sent along with pharmacy receipts indicating that I got 120 a month from my prior pain mgt doc. She made it seem like there was hope I would get the xanax added, but low and behold, I called today and the story changed. Now I have to pay for another consult. Not hardly! In fact, this outfit will most likely not be around after the Ryan act takes effect, at least not with this type of service.

This place like all the other Direct Scripts places, cannot script Schedule II narcotics, nor did anyone of them script 120 hydro on the first consult. They all seemed to wait till the second consult to go to 120, if then.

We all know these services do not prescribe schedule II narcotics, it's hard enough to get them to prescribe adequate care with the schedule III narcotics. The whole lie about "90 is the limit we can prescribe" is just that, a lie. My PCP was prescribing me 150 lortab's and 120 xanax until he retired. You can legally get 180 hydrocodone 10/325's a month so when the OCS doctors tell patients they are limited by law to prescribing 90, they are just simply lying. They are trying to fly under the radar screen of the DEA for beign labelled a script-mill. Go to docsforconsults.com - they'll prescribe 120 of each, hydro and xanax. So it's clear that it's possible to receive the 120ct if you need them and your records warrant it. That's basically what it all boils down to for the good OCS's. Some just have doctors who are avoiding trouble by not over-prescribing any particular patient. They prescribe to so many patients a day, they probably have to order new Rx pads every day. Dealing with OCS's is getting extremely expensive for everyone and will continue to climb. Not including the travel expenses and lost time from work once they Ryan Act takes affect. My suggestion is to find a local physician who can prescribe what you need. If you have to travel to the next town to find one, it's still going to be less expensive and less hassle than dealing with these OCS's who are hating that they are going to ultimately lose the battle. My previous PCP would prescribe me enough for six months at a time so that I could come in once a year for blood work. These OCS's know they have everyone at there beck and call so they are taking advantage of everyone as much as they can get away with.

Thomas .....I'm Glad that you can Get Schedule 2 Narcs and also Be Prescribed 120 ct of Xanax...and your 150 ct of Hydro. If it is so easy for you to find a Doc.... then Why are you using an OCS? Maybe you Don't realize how Hard it is to find a Doc like your Previous Doc. If it is so easy!!....You should go Find another Wonderful Doc like you had before! JMHO
Good Luck

I was prescribed 120, but 90 on my first consult, at 3 different services over the years. I know that has been standard practice, but I am happy to hear that at least one was doing it on first consult. My point was, that was "standard practice" with 99% of the services, so why you would expect anything different confused me.

For 2 years I had no problem at all getting 120 than when the requirement came that you had to prove you where given that med by your primary it got harder to get 120. Of course I had the proof but my Dr. didn't script 120 so I couldn't prove that's what was required. This confused me since I thought the whole idea of going to OCS was since my Dr. was under prescribing. Now they are saying they can't give more than 90 like others already said (I believe it's the same Dr. being used by multi services right now and the last name starts with a F). It's good to hear at least one service left understands.

Stevo, I still have access to the pain management doctor, it's just a royal pain in the #$* because it inteferes with my work and I go to school at night. Let alone, most of the schedule II narcotics keep you a little intoxicated. ;D At any rate, it's hard for me in particular because I have to take a day off from work just for an appointment due to the nature of my work, and then I end up using all my vacation on doctor's visits. He'll usually let me have a face-to-face then what they call "quick calls" where they have the scripts at the front desk waiting on you for two months, then you have to see the doc on every third month... I've made an appointment to have my bloodwork done and get back on track with him since all the OCS's are going down.

P.S. Stevo - Love your Avatar (or whatever it's called.) ;D

I recently used 1st class to try and get a consult in Dallas. When I was about 4 hours into my drive they call me to say the doctor is not in today! So I was told since I made a trip that far and the doc cancelled they would obviously reimburse me my money that I paid to get the consult. That was roughly 3 weeks ago! They will not give me back my money? Are they running a scam?

OK, i just wanted to report on how my F2F went with this company. I had originally had a F2F set up with another service in April beofre the Dr. was closed down.

Not wanting to go down that road again, i took my time in researching and talking to all of the other companies. I was not to happy about all of the posts regarding Dr.s that are quitting, companies that are all there until they take the money and then tell you there is nothing they can do when the Dr. is not what anyone was expecting.

Another issue i was having is that while there were several Dr.s in Florida, none in the northern part of the state. The thought of a 8-10 hr drive to see someone down south and then 8-10 hours back was not happening.

I finally went with 1stClassCare because they had a Dr. who came up to the Northern part of FLorida. I called the comapny, Christine was great. She told me that the Dr was going to be here on Aug 7th. I faxed over all my records and everything. The next day Christine called me to say that there had been a mix up and the Dr was not going to be in FLorida that day. She told me to hang on and she would get me another Dr.

She did. I had my appointment today. I was not sure what to expect but i can tell you that it is nothing like the phone consults. He took his time, talked to me in great detail about my condition and what i had tried in the past. He did say that he was not comfortable with rx'ing me the Soma that i was taking. HE doesnt like that medication but he gave me other options that i had not tried before. I agreed to try something else. He told me if i didnt like the new medication he would change it at my next consult. He also added another med that i had never taken before. He listened to what i was saying and told me more than once that it was my body and only i knew it well. He said that he would do what he could to guide me and educate me but the final decision is mine. I felt like i had won the lottery!!! I hope he is around for a very long time.

Wow, I guess i will rely to myself. I thought more people woudl be interested in this topic but i gues not so much.

I do hav eont question for those who have tried it. He put me on Klonopin instead of the Soma. He said it will relax the muscles and help me sleep better which is a huge issue for me.

Any pos or negs on taking this med?

Hey Dixie!

I am glad to hear it worked out for you. I used 1stCC up until recently. They've always been great as far as customer service. If I get back into the position where I need a F2F, I would definitely choose 1stCC first.

Klonipin is a benzo, but I'm sure you knew that. I haven't taken it much but it does help me sleep and relax a bit. I can't compare Soma and k-pin because they are different. Did you ask him why he doesn't like Soma? Just curious...

You should post the k-pin specific question in another forum, like prescription medication questions. You will get more response there.

Dixie, I wanted to reply to your post, but I didn't think I could be of help. I've never taken Klonopin (or any other benzo) - so I didn't know how my response could have been useful.

Surely there are others who DO have experience. One thing I have read is that it is effective without being as strong as other benzos. No idea if this is true.

What I CAN provide is support. Probably kinda useless. But I wish you well. Hugs.

He never really gave a cokplete answer only that he thinks the Soma doesnt work well. I have to say I have taken the klonopin and it does relax me a bit and i do tend to sleep abit better but I am still getting the horrid muscle cramps across my shoulders and lower back. I guess we will talk about that at our neext consult.

I really did like him though, he wasnt it was his way or the highway but he was open to litening to what i had been through before and what worked.

The coolest part is that he is willing to work with my PCP.

I've been using 1stClass since they opened (I think I wae their 4th client, well within the First 10). I started w/ them when they were the same as all other ROPs (Except they had EXCELLELENT Customer Service). I can't remember if it was my 2nd Consult, or my first(the last refill), but at one time they lost the pharmacy they were using, so once they found out that I also lived in FLORIDA, they said that should be super easy, & then then they asked me if I had a Local Mom&Pop Pharm. that I used, or at least had my current info, that I used in the last year(which I actually did for Endocet),she the told me I should be able to pick up my scripts in 1 hour. I called the pharmacy to see if their ready & the RpH(who was super nice) to me that he asked the person who called in my scripts if I hade insurance or not, the he went on a website pscard.com, which is NOT insurance, but a RX discount card that is FREE, saves you upto 50%. I don't remember the exact price(or savings)but in about 2-3 weeks I got a plasctic card(that looks like a C.C.)that said P.S. Card, and it had all the normal nard(i.e.BIN#, MemberID#), so I guess the good people at 1stClassCare filled out all my info, and they have an option to PrintCard, while waiting for your perpanent (Plastic)card.
Anyways I live in S. FL, i'm able 2 get schedule II drugs legaly (Roxicodone, Dilaudid, Oxymorphone((Opana100mg)),and Xanax).
GADOR:)Rules---A.K.A.-ALPLAX
I cut down to 3 bars/daily

I found out that 1stClassCare is using the same service as AlliedMedical for Washington. The Dr. they had walked out leaving patients to find a locked door. I talked to 1st class and they didn't know, and had scheduled patients to see him. If you are scheduled you better call them before you waste a trip.
