Whois info, public info, on March 31, 2008:

I know I'm a newbie to the forum but this company just got posted and it didn't have a rating. Now all of a sudden it has four Stars and nobody has commented on ordering or anything. Im real interested in the company but it just makes a little nervous that all of a sudden from know were somebody gave them four Stars. Any comments?

I'm not sure I see what your concern is. Though they may have just made themselves known to DB recently, they've been around since at least 2003 and registered the site for 5 years suggesting they expect to be in business for the long term.

Keep in mind one can rate a thread (and by implication the company it involves) without making a post if they are shy or reluctant to admit ordering meds. They might still want to give a company that provided them with good service their due.

They're located in a country not known for widespread fraudulant activity and their product lists are not the sort of hard-to-get meds that typically lure people into scams. That makes it less likely someone would slip in a 'ringer' rating, IMHO.

There are many forums about OPS/IOPS, etc on the Internet. While DB is one of the largest, best known and unbiased, people must have known of AuraPharm from other sources for some time, otherwise AuraPharm wouldn't have been around for so long already.

I took a quick look at the site and saw nothing that set off red flags. They take credit cards through Veri-Trust on a secure site. The products that I recognized seemed to sell for reasonable prices.

Keep in mind, some of those medications are used for conditions of a personal nature, especially the anti-depressents and ED medication.

If you were to buy, say, Viagra there and were very pleased with the results, you'd be within your rights to give them a high rating. We really wouldn't want to hear too many details about how well the Viagra worked if you catch my drift....

Is there any way they can stock Yaz birth control instead of just Yasmin?

Yaz is a lower-dose formulation of Yasmin -- only 20 micrograms of estrogen instead of 30, and a 24-on, 4 off dosing schedule.

I've had a hard time finding a birth control pill that didn't make me balloon up like a beached whale. I actually have lost weight with Yaz. No acne, no fun mood issues, etc. But my doctor said that I definitely needed to stay with a low-dose variety of birth control, no more than 20 micrograms.

The only OP I've found that stocks Yaz is US-based and doesn't ship to my state.

I once was interested in one of their meds , so i emailed them but never got a response .
I read on another forum that they usually dont answer mails and ship anyway ...well for me : bad communication = no order.

auropharm did not deliver for me. so i got a refund...if i recall it was for an antidepressant they will not sell in the states. good luck using this sight. wouldnt recommend it. but may come through for others as i have seen in other
sights they have delivered.

In my limited experience that would fall under the category of a @#$@ miracle unless you were using a CC. But an IOP going into their billfold and sending you money. I'd have a myocardial infarction.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I was ordering from them back in 2008 to the present. My package recently got held up in New York and I was told by two different USPS representatives that the shipper (Aurapharm) needed to place a trace on the package. Aurapharm refunded my money and apologized for "USPS' mistake" and basically told me it was NOT Aurapharm's responsibility to place a track on the package... The people that work there used to be very nice and helpful. The people that they have now are EXTREMELY rude and DO NOT help you. I used to recommend this pharmacy to everyone, but never again....Please do not use them...try another pharmacy.

The customer who posted the feedback above has been a loyal customer of ours for years, but for her last order there was a problem with the delivery. We sipped her order, we provided the tracking code which revealed that the parcel arrived in NY / USA. As an international pharmacy, we did everything we can short of delivering the parcel to her door ourselves! But, then she requested that we should start an enquiry for the delayed parcel and threatened chargeback, so we kindly refunded her money. Had she requested a second shipment, we would gladly do so, as always.
It is not fair to be blamed for the delay that was caused by the USPS, and to be threatened chargeback, then coming here and posting rude messages out of spite!
We have always honoured each and every order for the past 7 years, and reshiped, or refunded the orders that are not delivered for any reason. Our policy never changed, and never will.

look, I was asking for your pharmacy to place a trace on the package (as I was instructed to do by two different managers @ USPS) The people at USPS told me only the SHIPPER could do that. I am not the shipper. Instead I'm just the person stuck in the middle of two different people telling me two different things. I dont think it would have killed you to at least TRY to understand what I was talking about. I had this exact problem a couple years back and the person at Aurapharm traced the package and I had it delivered with in two days. If I ever do get the package someday, I will Notify you and tell you I did so you can charge me for the medication. I am an honest person and would not wish anyone to get ripped off from some "pharmacy". Did I ever do a charge-back? NO, I didn't. I might have threatened out of frustration and feeling like you guys were trying to rip me off, but I didnt. I just thought I should post and let people know to save themselves the hassle. Nothing personal with Aurapharm, but your pharmacy has definitely taken a turn in the wrong direction. Anyways, best of luck to everyone ordering from them...buyer beware.

I ordered on Jan 22 2010 and my payment was processed but I have not received my order yet.

I’m concerned that I’m not receiving a reply from email inquiries I’m sending concerning the order. I've emailed info@aurapharm.com and sales@aurapharm.com (on 2/11, 2/13 and 2/21). No replies.

I've always had good service in the past – I’m not sure what to make of this situation. Is Aurapharm just collecting money but not sending orders now?

It has been 16 days since my order shipped but I have not received it. While I know it's very close to the 10-15 days advertised bounds of shipment time, Aurapharm hasn't responded to my e-mail.

Should I be worried or is this a normal occurrence?

To everyone that is waiting for a package, USPS is having major problems getting the mail people. If you try to contact USPS they will tell you the shipper has to initiate a "lost package" inquiry. USPS did not do anything for me! I sent in a written complaint to USPS at my local post office (in person). I requested that they need to inform me of what the PROPER procedures are for when this happens. It is hard to trust overseas pharmacies now a days and I have been scammed by a couple of them. I cant say that problems occurred in the past with Aurapharm until recently. However, after waiting from 2/4/2010...I got my package today. I emailed Aurapharm to charge me the money that they were nice enough to refund after I complained to them. I am not sure if customers can really do anything with their "lost/missing" package except tracking them on the USPS website. So, it will be interesting to see what USPS tells me this time. I will keep everyone posted. I can honestly say that if you do not get your package Aurapharm will at least refund you your money...like they did for me. I tried to pay for my package that arrived almost a month later but Aurapharm told me I did not have to pay and they apologized for any inconvenience. That was awfully nice of them. Having to wait almost a month had me worried I wasn't going to get the package or possibly that it was a mistake that Aurapharm made. I live over in the southeast part of the united states and I am wondering if there problems with the mail reaching that part of the US. I am not sure what the problem is with mail, but at least Aurapharm's customer service gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the package. In 26 years of living in the US, I've never had this sort of an issue with the mail and USPS being so unhelpful when I called them.

I got my package - original brand and everything. While it took a bit of time (18 days to the east coast) and Aurapharm didn't respond to my e-mail, I still give the company a thumbs up. Thanks!

Looks like they did e-mail me back but it ended up in my spam folder. Aurapharm offered to reship or refund my money. So it appears that they do communicate. So sorry for the mixup.

Placed another order with Aurapharm. Received the genuine Zyban after about 7 days to Ireland from Turkey. Very happy with the service. Will be ordering regularly.
