Anyhow, here is my recent fiasco with these idiots today. It has now been 13 days that I have been waiting. Here is the response I got from that WONDERFUL ONLINE HELP DESK TICKET SYSTEM they have for us to use:

Problem: What is the deal???? For 2 days my status said "In Shipping" so I got kinda excited. It was for no reason, today it says queued to print at pharmacy again! What are yall doing to me??? It has now been 13 days! Please ship my medication.

Folks, you need to find new OP's this one just gets worse and worse. RXScriptOnline is an excellent alternative, I just switched and the only thing I am sorry about is that I didn;t do it a long time ago. Take note as I am sure that this will be poofed shortly. This OP is a JOKE!
I did not know there was 2 places to post on DS. I have been waiting since April 12 for my refill. This aint cool. Does anyone know anything regarding the 2 week delay? I have been with this place for 2 years and this is the 2nd time I have had to wait. Last month was 3 days, but that wasn't too bad. NOW its over 2 weeks and am ready to cry. Nobody wants to see a grown man cry,but this man is on the verge of it.
Honey, do what I did. Cancel your order with these idiots and go somewhere else. After waiting for over 2 weeks I told them to take a flying leap and found another provider. Don't put yourself through any more misery waiting for these jerks. Go somewhere else. BTW...I assume they have already charged your credit card. If so, call your cc company TODAY and dispute the charges since you have received no meds. Good luck. I totally understand what you are going through!!
I placed an order on 5/2/06. After finding out that there was a two week delay, I decided to cancel my order. I called customer service and was told that the $100.00 consultation fee was non-refundable, but was told that the medication price of $155.47 would be refunded. It's been almost a week now and I've yet to receive the $155.47. I've spent $255.47 for nothing! What is the problem? I need an explanation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If this is the first script that you would have recieved from this consultation, then you would get your consultation fee back minus a $35 admin. fee. And you will get your medication payment back, I'm sure customer service told you that it may take 7-10 business days to process on your card.

I would bet that the delays have alot to do with what area or state of the country you live in. I don't use these guys, but I would be that is alot of the problem...
Anyhow, glad t that hyour mom's order was delivered in such a timely fashion. It'd stink to be in unavoidable pain over mother's day...especially for you MOM!!

Rocky, This would have been my first script that I would have received from this consultation. However, when I call customer service they tell me that getting my consultation fee back, minus a $35 admin. fee, is completely untrue. In other words, I've just WASTED or LOST $100.00 bucks for absolutely nothing. Therefore, I would advise anyone reading this post to avoid any and all dealings with this so-called business whatsoever!
Just a note .... stayed away from these guys for a month past my reconsult date-my 3 orders before that were av eraging 2 weeks or more, however I was noticing a few positive comments so I figures I would try again.... Ordered consult this morning about 6:15am PST had consult w/ the Doc at about 6:40am.....then all day at work to wait to see the status, i got home about 5:00pm pst checkecked the status and low and behold I had a tracking number for Saturday delivery and it has been picked up and is on its way scheduled for delivery by 12:00pm PST. I should have my order tomorrow, so I will post when it arrives. SO far So Good.

Recieved order at 11:30am PST yesterday, only complaint they did not use bubble wrap- they used a regulat cardboard letter envelope so the bottle was cracked at the botom and about 10 pills hgad escaped the bottle though none escaped the envelope. But it was a bit odd when the fed ex driver hands it to me and it sounds like a box of tictacs. But hey at leas they were all there
