What a pleasure to have someone provide such friendly, fast service. Answers your questions in a courtious friendly mannor.

Well, will we'll see. Had consult yesterday afternoon. No tracking number yet, no COD amount forwarded. No email that I'm in their system at all. My consult was approved with two refills. It bothers me a bit that they don't list their prices...so what have I signed on for? If it's over the top, I'll just refuse delivery. I just got my records together for the ROP side and don't want to get taken first thing out of the box.

Waiting to see.




Got a call this morning from super customer service rep from MyWeCareRx. Apparently there is something wrong between our emails. Maybe my spam filter is blocking her out...I don't know. I need to check.

She told me over the phone my full COD charge (charge for consult and meds very reasonable) and since I chose 2nd day delivery, she informed my delivery date. She jumped right on my questions and problems though she was on the road traveling.

Looking forward to doing business with this group.

I just became a new customer with this company and I received my meds right on time, although they did tell me there could be a small delay in shipment. Everything went smoothly with this company, amazing customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone!

How did your consult go, did duanes ship your meds on time, or are they still on a 2-3 delay?

my meds came right on time they emailed me my tracking # late in the evening so i would have it for first thing in the morning, that helped you don't have to call and get it, half the time your package comes before you get your tracking #. I am going to use them again for sure.

Starting Jan 1st

To get a secure credit card (ie Visa or Master Card) you can get them at your local bank or at 7-11 stores where they are called a Green Dot Card. You place any amount you want on the card but be aware that there is a fee for this so for example a $50 card might cost you $55 with fees. Its like a 5 or 10 percent fee. Hope this helps.

I had my consult on may 31'st at around 7:30 pm, i requested saturday delivery. And on june 1st was emailed a cod amount but I never received a tracking number. Has anyone ever not been emailed a tracking number and received their meds? I dont know If I should get a money order ready or not.

Always have a money order ready when you receive a cod amount from a ROP

All should know, you can cross a payee's name off of a Money Order, write something like "not used for intended purpose", initial it and deposit it in your checking/savings account. Becomes good as cash again.

well shortly after i posted i got an email with tracking number. It was delivered as promised. My first time using MYC and I got to say, these people really came through for me. Way to go! Restoring my faith in OCS's

I think they use Duane's from my conversation with customer service today. Hope this helps!

There is another thread on here that says Duane's is closed so I guess this place doesn't have a pharmacy??

I'm trying to figure out the pharmacy too. does anyone know what pharmacy they use to ship to florida?

We use IVRX to ship to Fl.

MyWeCareRX is not closed, Duanes has been shut down yes, we can not ship to TN or WV. Our other pharmacy in NJ has to send in some additional paperwork to certain states before we can resume shipping to those states. We are also working on getting another pharmacy. Are you shipping to California at this time via IVRX?

I'm also waiting to see if and when they start shipping to CA again. IVRX is the pharmacy that they used for CA before they stopped. MWC is such a great service and losing CA shipping has been a nightmare for me. They always respond promptly whenever I ask what the CA status is, but unfortunately it remains negative. I'm investigating the board to find another service to use because it doesn't look so good and I've been out of pain medicine for a while and am distraught. I was told that they are keeping my refill status and info so I know they are compassionate about the difficulties their customers are in who have been caught in this situation.

so is mywecare shipping at all to anyone?
