Stacey, can you please let us know if shipping to CA has resumed? Hope springs eternal!

I have been trying to get a consult from this company for over a week. I contacted them because this website spoke highly of them and I'm still waiting. Right now, I'm not too impressed with their service.

I've been reading about pretty extensive problems with these folks. From what I gather, their pharmacy up and decided to stop shipping to a bunch of states (maybe all). They're supposed to be getting a new pharmacy, but I don't think I've seen anyone post about receiving their meds.

You're right. They've had rave reviews! I've always kinda kept them on the back burner in case I ever had a bad problem with my provider. Thankfully I haven't needed to switch, but it looks like I'll have to cross off another of the "reliable" sites. That list is getting VERY short!

They are not shipping out to anyone, anywhere. They have no Phamacy and no Doctor at this time. Everytime I checked with them they tell me one more week....yeah..okay

Sent an email (9/5/07) to customer service and got an apologetic reply from Stacy almost immediately saying she had no news yet. However when these places fold they usually just disappear - MWCR seems to be hanging in there and perhaps they will pull a rabbit (or pharmacy) out of their hat yet.

We are back up and running there is a 3-4 day turn around time before meds are shipped out after your consult. We are able to ship to thes states only at this time. FL, VA, GA, WA, PA, NJ, MA, MN, WI, MD, SC, CT, MS, NY, TX,NH, UT, IL. We are starting to do refills on a limited amount per day. If you are from one of the above states we will be contacting you soon. I want to thank everyone for there understanding at this difficult time. We are trying to make everything right with all!

Any idea when Bama will be back on board? I still have 2 outstanding refills with you guys.

These guys should be called WE DONT CARE. My wife had her initial conusult back in June and has not received anything since. They gave her they same old song and dance that they are not shipping to CA, but they would have something starting in early Aug. Now it is early Oct & they strung her along saying keep checking back with them. Until last week WE DONT CARE told her to find a new provider. So my wife only go one refill and a bunch BS since June. I would stay way clear of these bandits

I believe they have now added more states that they can ship to! Indiana was added last week...

How about CA?

Anybody know how far behind they are with refills?

For me it was a full week.........put in on a Monday and recv'd the next Monday.

do they send you your meds or just a prescription for them? i heard that somewhere and i'm confused.

they send you the actual meds. they don't do direct scripts as far as I know at this date.

It seems they are really far behind. I ordered my refill over two weeks ago and haven't received anything. Now, my emails aren't even being returned. I wish they had been honest from the beginning. They were great for several months...

I am in the same boat. Last fill I got was in Oct. To be fair, I got reconsulted late and have been waiting as long as you. I think those of us around that time are not getting anything. A week before that, they were around a week late, now it's just nothing.

I'm not getting emails answered either. I just want to know a realistic timeline

I recieved my COD total today.no tracking # as of 5:30

New update.I just called and the answering machine said that they can only ship 10 a day.At that pace it will be summer before anyone gets there meds.What a pathetic company.What do we do now?
