Hi, I just would like to add my thoughts to the "Mywecarerx" website. I signed up on 2/24/07, consultation on 2/26/07, and I recieved my meds on 2/28/07.
Overall, the Dr was nice as well as Stacy (customer service I think).

I agree. This was my first experience with an ROP and I am so happy that I chose MWC. Just read some posts on ROPs and you know that reliability and friendlyness go a long way. They were right on with my initial consult and first fill. Less than 48hours from first contact to recieving. I would highly recommend. I will let you know how the refill process goes this month.

Their biggest strength is the customer service. Stacey is a very hard worker!

I was looking at their website and at the end of the new member form it says "make your money orders out to HOS PHARMACY. Has anyone ever heard of HOS pharmacy. Is this the one they are using now? I am just wondering how smooth things are going with this ROP before I make a change to them. Please advise if anyone knows the pharmacy.

I think it stands for Home Oxygen Services or something like that. I thought they closed up shop sometime ago but I could be wrong. I think Special Value Services used to use them.

I think they use more than one pharmacy, so I would leave the part blank for the name of the pharm. I always fill that in when I get a delivery.

I agree with the other posters. This is not the pharmacy that they used when I received. Just leave the money order blank until it's delivered or actually I'm sure that their wonderful customer service will be able to communicate all the details with you well before the package arrives. Stacey emailed me back so quick a few times that it started to scare me a bit... A+++

Are they still offering 50$ consults?

Looks like March consults are $65. Not bad considering they have the best CS around. JMO Make sure you get the discount code from the promo thread.

I am due for my first refill next week. CS has already communicated that they will put it in for me on Monday morning. That was so nice of them!

I'll let you all know how it goes... but I already know it will be smooth. I hate to get ahead of myself though... what with the state of affairs and everything...

No probs at all with them- some of the best CS Ive seen! Refill is approaching, we'll see how that goes.

Same here! I emailed Stacey today inquiring about the refill process as I'm due for one next week. She responded within minutes saying she would put it in for Monday and that she would send the tracking number as soon as it was available.

So far, I have been exceptionally pleased with these folks. Now, it's just a wait and see for the pharmacy.

My husband used them last month & had NO problems. They always answered the phones & emails. HAvent had a refill yet. Will post when he does. So far, so good!!

I just wanted to update everyone on the refill process. My refill date was 3/12... Stacey confirmed this with me on 3/11 (sunday) and indicated that it would be put it in first thing in the morning. Today she put the order in as promised. I emailed her this evening asking if the tracking numbers were ready. She emailed me back within 10 minutes with the tracking number. The package shipped out this afternoon... not from Duanes and not from Florida... and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow before noon. Package is in a box!!!!

I am impressed to say the least. I have never received such great CS... not from anyone or any other business... ever! I hightly recommend!!!! A+++++

Everything came through as expected. This is the best ROP ever!!!!

Mywecarerx won't be around too much longer. I was fishing around for a new OCS, filled out the questionaire, and got a one sentence telling me I was blacklisted. I looked at the pharmacy and lo and behold,,, it was Duanne's. They strike again. I have been using OCS" for years, never had a problem.

I've found several that are willing to take my hard earnd money, and treat me with respect, and deliver. IMHO, Duanne's is the worst pharms out there and quickly becoming the only game in town. I requested more info on the blacklist as I believe it's due to me being left holding the bag with places like RXSO, as I have only one refil left with my current rop...I have been shopping around.

They would not give me any detailed information, just another cut and run company IMHO, I've seen so many here it's laughable. PM me if you would like the whole story. In my opinion, stay far away from this OCS.

I've helped alot of people on this board, and they have helped me, I have another OCS lined up......this isnt a vendetta rap, just warning.

I am sorry you are angry , but I did not blacklist you, someone else did. I can not help you if it says you are Blacklisted. You must have done something in the past and were for some reason blacklisted ? This has nothing to do with MYWECARERX.

We use Duanes for only WV and TN patients, we have a new pharmacy in NJ.

The pharmacy does not put the refills on the bottle we at MyWeCareRX keep track of them for you. Don't worry you have your refills, If you want call or email us and I will tell you when you are due.

You are one of the people who make it hard for all us legit people, you got caught trying to double DIp, and blame it on the them for rejecting you. If they were to help you that is how they get in to trouble. Poople like you make it hard on the rest of us that really need the help. MyWeCareRX has been nothing but professional with me and my husband and has always been very nice, I believe you are wrong. You just didn't like the answer you got.You are in the wrong not them.

How it works is that you have someone attempting to fill scripts at more than one pharmacy at the same time or in the same 30 day period.
Like the other poster said; this is what makes it hard for legitimate people to get help and it's why things are as they are now.
These "double dippers" are also the most vocal and biggest whiners. They cause problems for everyone else and blame it on ... you guessed it...everyone else.

Not with Duanes. I have heard that if you even call them they can or will black list you. They don't want to be bothered. They want you to call your ROP for your refill and not them. So if you call them you or anyone may get black listed just because of this. I had a ROP person tell me this more than once. Because they had to send their patients to another pharm because Duanes black listed them for calling. I don't know if they were complaning or not though. They may have thrown a fit or something. Who knows!

I ordered here and they were very professional. Unfortunately, with all that has been said on the boards with the DEA and everything, I refused my meds when a police car pulled in behind the FED EX truck. The police were serving a neighbor but now I am sure I have ruined myself for this company!

Ranier, I once had a mixup with an OP that I won't get into, but long story short, I refused the shipment and it was sent back. When the situation got all cleared up, they did reship to me, I just had to pay for the shipping on the original shipment and the current one.

So, maybe if you call them and explain, they will reship your script to you with the additional shipping fee tacked on. Maybe worth a try?

Unfortunately, double dippers make it hard on us (if that is the case). I hate to label someone if it is not, BUT Duanes could be the culprit here. I called them asking for some information & yes, they did threaten me. "If you call again, you will be blacklisted (their words exactly). They are truly the worst pharmacy out there & I hate to think we have to put up with there rudeness. Aren't we paying them??? They could of just said, call your OP. But no, they treat us like addicts. Isn't that why we use telemedicine?? To not have to deal with our judgemental family docs??? If I treated my customers the way they do, I would be out of business.
To stay on topic, my husband used mywecare & had nothing but positive things to say about them. They answer their phones & emails immediatley & are very polite. They deliver when they say & thank goodness, they use another pharmacy other than Duanes. I would recommend!!

Looks like almost everyone is behind right now.Im currently waiting on a refill from mywe.It was supposed to ship overnight but did not go out.Hoping for tomorrow but have to come up with some kind of plan as I have to work but I dont want to bother if its gonna be a few days.Does anyone know how far behind they are?
