They have not been filling scripts since at least August 20, most likely even before that. They keep saying that a new pharmacy will be ready any day, but that excuse has been used for over 3 weeks now. I would not consult with them until they get their act together.
I had a re-consult today....probably shouldn't have.. I was told I should have meds on Friday because they had a new pharmacy blah blah blah.......we'll see.... but I have had no communication from them since the consult. If I ever get the meds I will let you all know what pharmacy they are using.
I wish they would have e-mailed and let me know that was at least an option. Did you have to pay for a full price consult? I wish they had a rep on the board. Didn't they at one time?
I think I will wait and see if other people get their meds before I have enough confidence to use them again. Keep us posted and thanks!
I had to email them several times to get a response and I also called them and yes they do answer the phone. Last week I was told that they could re-consult me this week and then I emailed several times to confirm this. I did actually get the consult but no follow up response to my email as to exactly when my meds would ship. I was told I would get them on Friday and that they did have a new pharmacy but I have to tell you that they do not respond to emails like they used to because now things aren't going so good for them. On the VIP side of the board I know that Stacey used to be on there all the time and this place got rave reviews. I don't belong anymore so I can't check that side to see what s being said now. Wish I could see. I took a chance and may be waiting for a long while or doing a charge back if needed but at least I tried. They were very reliable for quite a while.
Update....I am getting the run around now as I anticipated. Now i'm being told Monday instead of Friday....no surprise. I will give them a week and if they don't ship I will get nasty then...
Wegieluv, This is how it's been going for the last month or so, my bet is that Monday will come and go with no shipment... and you'll be told it will be any day now. Good luck!
Hello...any VIP's out there?? If so can you tell me if there is any information on the VIP side about mywecarerx. I know that their cs rep "Stacey" used to post on there all the time when I was a VIP member. I would just like to know what is being said because these people suck right now and should get a 1 star rating not a 3..........
I don't normally post but have been a member here for a couple years. I just felt like I should give some feedback on MWCRx. These guys (or should I say Stacey) are awesome! Yes, they had some problems for a couple of months with their pharmacy and stopped shipping to certain states (mine in OH). Stacey kept in touch with me the entire time and let me know they were working on getting a new pharmacy and told me I would get my refills eventually. Well, she called last month out of the blue and happily informed me they were now ready to ship my refills. I got them a couple days later and everything has been perfect since. I just called for my last refill yesterday and Stacey has it all ready to go. I have been with this company for quite a while now and besides for this last delay in shipping I have never had a problem with them. Stacey ALWAYS answers and has ALWAYS been nice and helpful. Even during their problems she still answered the phone and emails daily. Most companies wouldnt do that, as most of us know...I would say give these guys a chance! I am glad that I have them to rely on as there aren't many out there these days that you can!!
Does anyone know any group that services Tennessee, they say they do when you click on the WWW site on the US List but I just read up and it says they do not, any help is very appreciative, you can PM me if you want to, thank you so much.

Yes..they are still up and running....however.....I just put in for a refill yesterday and they said that the pharmacy was backed up so I will not get my usual fast turn around. They do respond to emails very quickly and they do answer their phone. If you are a new patient I do not know if they are filling or not. I have been with them for a while and most of the time they are terrific!
On the down side...I do know that they used the pharmacy IVRX which is no longer shipping so now I don't know who they will be using. I asked if they had another pharmacy and they quickly told me that they did......we will see. I will post when and if my refill arrives.
They are having delays! I was supposed to get a refill today, but it never went out yesterday. I doubt I will get it tomorrow because I haven't gotten a tracking# today so far.
I have had minor delays before. This time it sounds like it might be a little longer....
This is SO frustrating!! I filled out the form for a re-consult on Tuesday, Nov 20. Finally the doc called Monday afternoon (Nov 26) Now Stacy says she thinks that the pharmacy is delayed 3 or 4 days but she doesn't know for sure. I will post if I receive a tracking number.
I recv'd my order this morning. I never did get a tracking number though. Everything looks great. It took 5 working days to get delivery. Good Luck to all!

Refill ordered 12/22/07- received 2/1/08. 42 days from start to finish. It was actually sent out for delivery 01-29-08, but of course I was out of town just when they finally sent it, so I got it today - Just glad I finally got it!
