My refill was due/submitted on 7/25.

No news here other than what I previously posted.
The last they told me was that they would have a new pharm on Aug15. I haven't heard a peep from them and they haven't returned my emails.

Things not looking good.

I understand fully what they are going through; however, I have been waiting for about two weeks for the recon and my credit card has already been charged.

They have been very polite, but I am getting suspicious. Money is lost, and promises are getting empty. It's sad because they were very reliable and are still polite.

Just frustrating...

talk to them today she told me they are running 2 -3 days behind and are looking for a new pharm because the dr lujon got into a fight with the pharm ivrx.

I emailed for a re consult last WED, had to refax newer records as they were "running 2-3 days behind" Thursday I was "One of the lucky ones" because she faxed my newer records to the Dr. and PA..Friday she said they would be making calls until 8pm.. Today, she said she has no way of knowing when I would be called for a reconsult..I asked if they had a Dr. as well as a pharmacy up and running, she said yes...She answererd all my emails, but I think they are lying,,,my own opinion..

I promised to get back with you....I am still waiting also. Stacey claims that they have a new doctor who is willing to fill thru IVRX, but not until he looks thru everyone's records. Once your record has been looked at they will then fill. She once again promised me that they should be able to help me before the week is over.....we shall see. I won't hold my breath, I think I would sufficate....lol.

LOL...Yeah, I email daily..Today she appoligized for the wait, but thats about it..I dont really blame her, after all she just works there and answers the emails..it's not her fault at all..Keep me posted with any news you may receive.

I'm only waiting around for them because I have 2 refills left. If I were you, I would NOT be waiting for them to consult you. I don't know what state you live in but check out countymeds.com or look under other domestic phamacies for a site that has been getting better reviews. I would NOT be wasting anymore time with them at all. If you don't mind me asking (and you don't have to reply) but what type of meds are you looking for? I know of a few international sites that are quite cheap and send really fast.

Well I had my consult today,,I will post when I get my medication..I had already registered at countymeds, didnt fax records to them yet, when I got the call.I guess I will email county and tell them I wont need their service at this time, but possibly in the future. I wont go thru this with mywecare again!

They won't even take my order for a refill because they say they don't know when they can fill it. It's been 35 days since the last order and I'm cutting pills in half. Something about waiting for a new pharmacy to open?

Keep away for this place..I was due a reconsult, they wanted more recent records,,I faxed new records in, promised me a reconsult for an entire week,,Finally had a re-consult, got an email stating my total,I got a money order ready.. I received an email later in the day stating the Dr. needs More records!!! I emailed Stacey and asked what he needed.."The doctor is requesting notes from my doctor pertaining to my condition"..WEll, needless to say I was ripping mad, and refused to call my primary Dr. for notes..I think that is a little ridiculous..

They have problems, but are not honest enough to tell you that...I found a new OCS and my records were just fine!

I would stay away until they straighten up!

This is bad news. Did they make you consult again with the same doctor just to get refills from the new pharm or are they still using the old place with a different doctor? Are they just making people pay again just to get the refills they got left?

I mean if their starting people out all over again why NOT go someplace else? Did anyone try to transfer whats left from the old place? I bet THEY don't even know what's going on.

No, I was just waiting for a reconsult for a week, when I did get the consult, I dont know who the Dr. was, he barely spoke English! Stacey answers all emails, but she isnt being truthful, but as I said before, she just works there, its really not her fault..It was just strange, I had the consult, the COD amount then the email stating they needed Drs notes???

My advice stay away,,if you have refills,,Good Luck!

they told me today that they are still looking for a rx and that there are quite a few people ahead of me keep checking back. i have 2 refills left and would like to change places but afraid of them thinking iam double dipping.

I've used MyWeCareRx since March and haven't had any problems with them up to this point. I tried to refill today and got this response:

We are experiencing delays and are trying to work through changes with the
Doctor and Pharmacy. Thank you for your patience and understanding during
this transition. I do wish that I had a time frame for you, but I don't.
Please keep checking with us for further updates.

Your refill was due around 8/28. We hope that the new pharmacy is going to
open any day now. Please keep checking in with us. Thanks!

Stuff like that would be nice to know BEFORE my fill is due.

I tried to warn you. These guys are bad news. I belong to the VIP board and I'm going to file a claim with Admin to see if they can help me reclaim my lost money. They have (Stacey) been telling the same story over and over. I even tried calling the pharmacy direct and they will not help me, the directed me back to mywecare......

Hello everyone. I am new here and have a question. I used Mywecare in July (my 1st time using an OCS)and had no issues (faxed what they needed, got a consult and 2 refills due). My 1st refill was due 8/28 and I obviously did not get it and am now without rx and very uncomfortable. I called and Stacey told me what was going on (same thing everyone else posted) and to check back Thursday. Can I get the 2 refills somewhere else instead of IVRX or can I call IVRX directly? I sent my info to another OCS (Larry at Easyconsults) and he said I was listed in the database as active with Mywecare and I had to get a letter from them saying I was canceling my existing refills and account.I only contacted them because who knows when MWC will get situated. Any advice? Did I screw up by doing this? I have 3 herniated disks in my lower back and am not a junkie. My PCM is very conservative which made me look elsewhere for relief, Thanks in advance for any help \:\)

this is all bs....today i tried to have my last refill transferred to my local pharmacy and the pharmacy from mywecare would not do it. so i called them to ask why they wont let me transfer it if they are not going to fill it anyway. They had no idea what i was talking about.
they said they have no problem doing my refill...all they need is for mywecare to send them the refill request. i told them what stacey told me about having to wait for a new pharmacy because they are refusing to honor the scripts from that doctor, and they said that all that information is not true. someone is lying...just not sure who just yet..
all i know is i am frustrated to no end.

I was just wondering if anyone has any more news on this site. I tried to get a re-consult last week with no response until I called and someone did answer the phone and said it would be next week before they could get me in.....then I emailed Stacey several times and she finally replied saying I would have my consult this Tuesday the 11th. I am not confident that this will happen after reading the above posts....Has anyone recv'd anything in the last week from these people???
