My first refill went very smooth. The pharmacy had a question and Stacey phoned me to explain and help resolve a minor problem. It arrived as scheduled the day after it was shipped. They continue to get 10 gold Stars in my book. Their communication is excellent. Thank you, Stacey, or whichever Customer Service person is on the board.

MyWeCare is great, but their pharmacy (IVRX, in NJ) is HORRIBLE.

I had three refills, every refill was late leaving the pharmacy, one time it was 4 days late!

Worst of all, I've been SHORTED TWICE! My 2nd refill was missing 4 pills (no big deal, but out of a 60 count? Doesn't seem like a counting error to me!). So I communicated this to Stacey at MWC, and she said the pharmacy has a lot of problems with undercounts and that my next refill would have the 4 extra. Just got my 3rd refill today and get this, I am dead serious, there are 30 pills in there exactly, yet the bottle says 60. Yes, my cc has already been charged.

I'm waiting for MWC to open to discuss, will let you know how this problem is handled.

Thats funny, I was shorted 4 pills from my first fill with this pharmacy too. I called the pharmacy and she acted like there was no way that was possible since they use a "pill counting" machine. Anyways after they did their audit they sent me out 4 more pills. I sure hope I wont be dealing with being shorted pills on my next 2 refills? It seems a little funny that other people are being shorted as well. Sounds like someone at the pharmacy is trying to pocket extra pills.

Stacey at MWC is great and she does try to take care of any shortages. I was shorted a couple times and she has been very helpful; she has contacted the pharmacy for me and requested they send the shortages (I was shorted twice).

I was reimbursed for my first shortage this week (4), but am still missing 30! IVRX (one of their pharmacies) is unbelievably disorganized. Hopefully I'll get the 30 I am still missing- why they wouldn't just send the 30 with the 4 all together is beyond me.

Anyways, 5 Stars for MWC customer service

Stacey is great - very helpful!!! - mywecare has been a godsend for me. I was shorted on my first fill, too, but second fill was dead on - my refill came late, but was not the fault of the pharmacy, or mywecare - it was Fedex's fault - my package bounced all over the US till it got to me a day late. The address was right - fedex couldn't even explain to me why it was late ...think it was somehow missorted. I was so mad since I paid for priority overnight, but at least I got them.

All in all, I would highly recommend mywecare.

I have ordered from My We Care Rx and am on my second refill. They have GREAT customer service! Very honest and upfront, however there prices seem to be a little higher then some others I have tried and would only prescribe 60 count Hydro, where others have prescribed 90 - 120 count for my medical condition. I was also short 5 pills on first order, refill is on it's way today and Stacey said that it would have the 5 I was short last time. I'll keep you updated after it comes today. Stacey is GREAT to work with however, she has returned my emails usually within an hour (no matter how trivial).

I have had nothing but good luck with MyWeCareRx, yes..there were a couple of delays but nothing extreme. The prices are pretty good, and the discount for being a VIP is incredibly helpful. I will continue to use this service as long as they are around. The consultations are easy and fast, very caring staff and although it is sometimes hard to get through to them on the phone, they reply email very quickly. I even heard that if you leave them a good feedback on your next consultation you recieve some sort of discount as well. Although, I would have left them a good feedback without the discount. I have referred them to others that live in my area that have had a hard time with their OP's closing or refusing to ship to TN, but MyWeCare even shipped to me when I was on a visit to my son and grandson without a problem. They are in the process of finding another pharmacy which may help on some of the shipping delays, but all-in-all I am quite satisfied with my experience with them!

I believe the name "MyWeCare" says it all. Highly recommended!

My experience:

Past due for a re-consult due to my own procrastinating. E-mailed Mywecare on Wednesday morning around 10am E.S.T. They indicated in a reply e-mail (within 10-15min) that they could definitely have the consult done today (Wed) and if approved, the pharmacy would ship the same day or the following day.

Consult took place before lunchtime (Wed) and I received my tracking number Wed. afternoon. Shipment delivered at 10:36am on Thursday. Approx. 24 hour turnaround which, IMHO, is pretty incredible.

Big thumbs up.

I agree they answer phones, and answers questions and all, so they were on my "good list", but I find out that they will only give 90 count. Someone told me that the doctor said it was a federal law that they could only prescribe 90 and everyone should be following this rule.

I don't know about that law, but I've always gotten #120.

Oh, and what my friend paid for 90, was about $50 more than what I pay for 120 count. So, yes, I'd say they are certainly expensive.

I used mywecare the first time and after I filled out my info, I had my consult within 2 hours and within 1 hour I had a COd amount and a little while later I had tracking info ad the next morning UPS came....easy as that. I just did my 1st refil....again I had COD info VERY quickly, then trackig info cam. I have tracked ad UPS aleady has it and i am scheduled for tomorrow. I have had a VERY pleasant experience with this company.

I will also add that I live in a state that NO ONE wants to ship to but MWC found a pharmacy that will. I am more than pleased, even if they are a tad more expensive. I do agree the #120 count others do freely but if it is the law than those are the companies getting in trouble ad ruining it for everybody.... getting sites shut down.

Thanks for the help but I tried that. I have posting priveledges but when i click post, it will not. Soooo, here's the problem....

I am in TN and happy with my OCS but scared about the Pharmacy. In order to ship to TN they must use Duanes. Does anybody live in TN and receive from a pharmacy besides Duanes or Blue Lake?? If so what OCS?? (I cleared the topic....I am sorry if I did this incorrectly. I am tired and my brain is too. HELP!

Sorry that I am in the wrong place. I am normally not so illiterate!

I just want to let everyone know about my positive experience with MywecareRX.com. I signed up yesterday morning around 10am. I filled out the online form for new members. Sent in my faxes right after that. Right after I sent my faxes, I called CS to confirm that they were received. The CS answered the phone after 1 ring! I am not used to that kind of service! She told me they were working on setting up account as we speak. She also advised that they would be calling to consult shortly. Within the next hour, they called for my consult. Very quick and very professional! After my consult was complete, the only thing left was to wait on a tracking number. I had that # by 6pm EST. I am currently waiting for FedEx as we speak. I will post when they arrive!

One of the best parts about this ROP is that they do COD. Even though I didn't go that route, it was available. I would rate MyWeCareRX.com a 10/10. If you have any questions you can email their customer service and get a response within minutes. The service is so good, its almost scary!

I had my first re-consult with MWC yesterday. I emailed Stacey, she responded within minutes and in an hour or less the doctor phoned for reconsult. The doctor was very nice. Stacey emailed me the total COD cost. She said she didn't think the pharmacy would get it out that day, but would mail it the next day (which is today, Thursday). I didn't receive a tracking number from Fed Ex so was expecting one today. But, this morning the delivery was made by 9:30A. A very nice surprise. I always get my money order the same day I talk/email Stacey about refills/consult, which I'm glad I did this time since it came so quickly. All in all total turnaround time was 24 hours. (Sometimes it is a bit late because the pharmacy gets full and I don't mind that because Stacey is so forthcoming with that information and I never feel out of the loop. Personally, I don't consider "late" when only a few days elapse -- that's just my personal opinion, others may feel differently. Late to me would be a week or more and that's never happened with MWC.)

So, once again I continue to rate MWC a solid ten Stars -- I encourage use of them. The customer service is outstanding and Stacey is a gracious and helpful. It truly makes such a huge impact on me because living with chronic pain every single day takes a toll, as all who are here know only too well. I don't have to worry or question that the medicine one needs to be able to work and take care of my family will be there.


The customer service is wonderful; Stacey is prompt, gracious, helpful and all other positive adjectives.

There is quiet a few that like them I loved them until I recieved a bottle labeled HYDROCODONE 10/500 that was full of 2mg Xanax!! Then the pharmacy acted as if there was no way that it could have happened and I denied the meds right then at the front door and sent them back .. TOOK WEEKS UPON WEEKS then it was time for my refil again so I basically lost one that I never got credit for! Im glad you never had to go thru that!! DUANES is not for me!
