Hey herbp, relax,, take it easy, things usually work themselves out. You'll probably get your meds, it might just take a little longer than you had originally thought.
I had part of an order disappear once, and after a month I notified Raj. He said to wait another week, which I did. Then I sent an email saying that the week has passed and what do we do now. He replied immediately saying that he would resend. He didn't require any proof. Three weeks later I had the package, and to this day the original part of that order has never arrived, probably got lost or stolen.
As far as what Raj guarantees, you should read the site again carefully. He really doesn't guarantee much other than "you will get the meds you see on our site" and "We will reship at no extra cost the meds damaged or seized if you can provide the relevant documentation for the same". No other guarantees are made. All he says is that "Its our promise to provide you the fastest and accurate delivery at your door step" and that it usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. There's no guarantee in that part.
I think you will eventually get your order if you remain tactful in your communications with him. After all, Raj is a business man and he wants happy customers. The more happy customers he has, the better his business does.

Well, I personally don't believe that Raj is "thumbing his nose at us while laughing his way to the bank", but believe me when I say that I do understand how you feel. I've gotten upset in the past about not receiving something especially when I was running low and thought that I had ordered well enough in advance. All I was trying to say was that you stand a much better chance of getting a reship if you remain cordial than you do if you send angry and insulting emails. Just remember that Raj has no control over what happens once he sends the package and a lot of things can happen on the way between India and here.
