I am going to order from frontier. I am going to order xanax. Are they reliable? Should I worry about being scammed?

not to mention there are other more reliable places to get xanax from that are the same prices, if not cheaper.
And you'll get your order!

I'm confused about this place; so did they call your Doctor in order to get a prescription to sell you controlled drugs?

Hi, I'm obviously new to this site, but I have been reading a lot of posts before I wanted to say anything. I have had 3 hip surgeries in the last 9 months, and am without health insurance at the moment and in a new state with no doctor. I'm still in a lot of pain, so I'm wondering about this site. It seems like there are contradicting thoughts on whether they're legit or not, and if they call your doctor or not. From what I've read, is it true that this is the only site that even has the hydro?

Does anyone have an email address for frontier? I can't ever seem to catch them on their on-line chat and I can't seem to find a way to leave a message. Help?

I want to order adipex from them, but my doc doesn't believe in weight loss meds. From reading prior posts it seems sometimes they call your doc, sometimes they don't.

If my doc would agree to this, then I'd not be paying a gazillion dollars for the meds. So I'm wondering if they just ask the doc if you're a patient, or....?

Any insight appreciated!

Thanks

I keep having hit/miss with these guys. They send me pain meds with several refills, then I call/email to get the refill and they say my doc won't let them (which I know they didn't call).

Then they send an email saying my order is on the way. It's happend like 3 times now and it's really confusing. Anyone else have this come up?

Today they again said they wouldn't refill unless they talked to my DR, so I told them to go ahead and call or fax for whatever they needed. I'm curious what they will find since the name of the DR on the bottle isn't one I ever gave them and is actually a DR I saw as a child (not sure how they got the name at all!)

More to come.

and the email they ask you to use is frontierpharmacy@yahoo.com, but they reply from a different one.

It all seems to scattered as though they pick names out of a hat and decide to call those docs while leaving everyone else alone. May try phony info and see if it works as it would be nice to get needed pain meds quickly if they can come through.

LOL. I just dont like the idea of them calling my doctor. Them just putting that to cover themselves is understandable..but to really call is just..ridiculous to me.
Oh well..they've changed since I used them last. I wont be using them again either, too.

Might be a way for the doctor to get the "hint" that he/she is not adressing what you feel is necessary so you have to go elsewhere. Perhaps it would open up a line of communication between you and your physician, if he or she has any compassion (that's the trick). Also, many people get medications filled and refilled online or through a large prescription facility so if it is not a new medication, you might get approved by the doctor. Then when you return for a follow up visit you could talk about getting it locally, if you would rather. Just some thoughts.

I think they may have really called my DR. At least they said they did and they denied, so that's a bunch of [censored]. Why would we use them if the DR would approve locally and for pennies compared to them.

I placed an order very early on 10/20 (12:30 am) so they must have gotten it on Tuesday morning. I did not expect the order to be successful, just thought it couldn't hurt to try them out. I was really surprised when UPS showed up at the door on Friday morning w/the order. I couldn't actually get it because I wasn't ready with the COD. I received UPS tracking info the day the order came and they did not let me know it was approved or anything like that.

I hope that they actually send out what you ordered. I ordered lortab and it was really expensive $276 I believe. I am just having to make due until I can get to a face to face or find a compassionate doctor. My insurance will be effective in November so this will help me out.

I just wanted to say that in my specific case I find it VERY hard to believe that they called my doctor. I wasn't expecting approval and well they couldn't have really done what they say they do in my case. Its possible I fell through the cracks or something. However, until I actually open my package and see that I did receive what I ordered I don't know. I have read all the post and I don't see where they have ever out and out scammed anyone. They either send or don't send.

If you are in a real pinch and can afford the high cost it might be worth while to try them out. You might slip through the cracks or maybe right now they aren't calling If anyone needs any specific info from me send me a PM.

91: You're being idealistic. Doctors (in general) do NOT care about how you REALLY feel. ALL they care about is how much money they can make off you and how they can "eek by" the DEA regulations. NOTHING ELSE. You could be dying and really need to be comfortable but your doctor will "weigh" the benefits of prescribing what you need as compared to what he/she (Dr) can prescribe without raising "flags". Make no mistake, your health is SOLELY in the DEA's/FDA's hands. NOT in your dr's hands.

True for most physicians, but this is a complete generalization. There are medical providers that do care about you as a person and patient. It is just a pitty that the State Medical Boards and DEA make it a crime to allow the provider to treat with less expensive, less dangerous narcotics as opposed to massive doses of ibuprofen (leading to kidney failure) or tylenol (leading to liver failure). They like the more expensive, less helpful drugs. Insurance companies also make it difficult, essentially dictating what medications are covered, and this is not limited to pain medications. If it were an idealistic world then treatment would be decided between a patient and a physician without input from the government or insurance companies. Quite honestly, for most physicians it is just not worth the risk of having to deal with a regulatory agency so they will not deal with pain issues. If there is a compassionate physician who will prescribe narcotics on an ongoing basis, often a mass of people show up wanting treatment once the general public becomes aware of it. Unfortunately, a substantial number of people will take medications in a manner other than as directed, frequently "lose" medications (usually the scheduled ones only), and are very demanding about getting what they want, when they want it. I suppose you could say they feel intitled to special treatment. Basically this ruins reasonable and appropriate care for the majority of others, who do not call for medications at all hours of the day and are responsible about taking medications exactly as prescribed. If it were an ideal world, we would not need a place like this DB board to help one another out.

Has anyone gotten an email from Frontier today asking you if you want a refill on a recent order?

I ordered from them several months ago and when I put in for the refill they denied it saying my doctor would not approve.

Now they are sending me this email asking me to put in for my refill!

They are worst then a car sales man. Once you order once they will call email you your refill order forms every week. Don't give your # to them. They did not call my doctor.
I never order hydro but my first order was hydro even though i order the zany sticks. I lucked out. Then they waant to refill it and i only said at that price because i told them what they did. There was dead silence on the the phone. Bad quality control. Kind of like the old days from the Sarahs sites in texas.

dachsie, I've received numerous emails from frontier (like 3 or 4 every week) although I haven't ordered from them in over a year. These emails are usually from gmail senders. I personally don't trust them, frontier or whoever they are. I've heard reports of them sending fake meds to customers.

Thanks for your info. I have never gotten email from them since I placed my original order. I do not feel comfortable ordering from them again. Seems really strange that out of the blue they send the email for an order they would not refiil several months ago.

thanks again
