I ordered from them months and months ago (pre-April/law changes), two orders: one test (xanax or similar) and one for yellow watson 10 mgs.
Best I can recall, the test order came through fine, intact, reasonably quickly and filled w/legit med; I had read elsewhere (perhaps earlier in this thread) that often the Hydros will seem to take forever and then must magically appear much to one's later surprise. This was exactly the case for me - in fact, I figured it was not ever going to happen and quite forgot about it.
UPS arrives one day and wants my money order for ~$143? (since looking at the frontier site today, it has much higher prices in the pain relief section than I recall so maybe that indicates just HOW long before it was actually filled and shipped my pain med order was placed?) Interestinly, although the two orders were eons ago, the fill date on the #30 10/325 Hydro label is 7/28/09, and states "3" refills....but I see today that no hydro is listed in the "refill" page drop down menu for item selection. Pain med section IS shown on initial/new order item selection page (along w/a lot higher prices than I recall, but I could be wrong as so much time has passed), just not in the refill section drop-down.
When I did the orders, I used the name and actual address of an allergist I had seen several years ago. I either did not include, or 'typoed' the corresponding phone number.
I am up against a big wall pain-control wise, so I will be trying to (a) get a human either on the phone or via their online chat, to (b) order/refill/reorder/new order/whatever they want to call it, and (c) find out if there is any problem shipping to an address different than my billing/delivery address from the first orders, as I am out of town and in between locations.
Oh, package was normal plastic med container, cotton, and UPS just had the bottle(s) in their usual 8x10ish plastic UPS 'padded' envelope type thingie.
P.S. I never received ANY email notification, etc., from either frontier or ups regarding the Hydro order. I can't recall if I got anything on the xanax or whichever 'test' order, but I don't think I did. I do remember wondering, 'well, is this going to happen or not? ' but I recall do NOT recall getting any email from either entity on the 'test' item.
