How is everyone getting an order through to Pharma? When i try to submit mailing info, etc., it keeps saying invalid email, but there is no line for a email addy on the form. I emailed them twice, still no reply. Anyone else having this problem?

What e-mail address are you using? They also have a phone number to clear up any problems. Their website is pretty self-explanatory, I always thought. PM me if you need help.

If anyone takes a break from ordering from these guys make sure you keep a record of your last order date and number. This will come in handy when they ask you to fax your license and credit card info to them. This just happened to me. Luckily I had the date and number and just sent it to them.

Do not attempt to change the spelling, addingan "e" after the "p", This is the only adredd I'm aware of that is manned by a human. order@ is only used to generate automatic messages confirming your order. I can't offer you any actual proof, because I'm not letting you into my e-mail. But the info address is the one I use to communicate and I have been doing so, and receving replies, for about 10 months now.

I find that I get a quicker response from emaling order@europcare.com. On the 25th Augaust I ordered 200 Codeisan 30 mg but when I pressed the the process button nothing happened,so I pressed it again.Same result nothing happened so I went back a couple of pages on my broser and realised I had'nt checked the I agree terms box.so went ahead and this time I did get the process button to work.
When I checked my email I had 3 conformations for 200 Codeisans each 600 in total and I realised I had given them the wrong payment card -euro mastercard instead of euro Visa.

I emailed info@europcare.com and waited for a response but nothing after about 3 hours so I emailed order@europcare.com and explained the mistakes I had made.
Got a response in about 20 mins saying that they had cancelled 2 of the orders and as my card number and expirey date were all right the order was now in the shipping process.

interesting. . . maybe it depends on what language you use. I just remember back when I first started using them and was constantly paranoid about my ship dates and order accuracy and the weather in Southern Europe that day, I used to cc my e-mails to all 3. Info turned out to be the winner. . . whenever there is any sort of complicated issue to be discussed involving complete sentences and fewer emoticons we use German. I'm sure my "accent" amuses the heck outta the guy. . .

Could someone please tell me if P24 typically sends
an email acknowlegement when they receive cash payment?

I ordered codeisan and sent cash payment on 8/12 via
global priority flat rate (not global express).
I haven't heard anything since, but I think gpfr delivery times can vary a lot depending on the country (e.g., typically two days to the UK, two weeks to Italy).

I did email them yesterday and ask if they got the cash,
and haven't heard back so far...Definitely don't want to
bug them too much.

This place is NOT a scam by any stretch of the imagination..I have always paid cash when ordering from them and they have always delivered. Pharm24.cc has been around way too long and they have established themselves as a reputable and highly trustworthy IOP.

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would rate them a ten easily..

I fully agree and support your statement omega55. Before finding a USOP. I had used them in the past. I am talking several years ago and they are still there. That in and of itself is a testament. There service is outstanding, and no, I don't have stock in them. They had helped me out many times with the best prices and CS I could find, given that I have no med. insurance. I think one of the reasons I haven't used them in a while is what appears to be a general downward trend in the use of IOPs. JMHO.

Oh No, I must politely disagree. They are most definitely NOT a scam. They are a top notch and reputable IOP.
I have always used cash and have not had a problem.

If you look at all of the threads on this particular IOP there is overwhelming positive experiences with them, mine included. I'm sorry you are not having good luck, perhaps the email you are using is incorrect. They've always responded to my inquires in a timely fashion.
