I've also been placing orders with FriendlyClinic for almost two years now and have never had a problem with them. I usually use a visa gift card just to be safe

very reliable, meds are always what i've requested (watson, 90 count Soma).

for awhile, they were lax about emails to let you know when they shipped, but they've cleaned up their act.

one question that's been asked before: VIP coupon no longer works for me, only the general board. i am assuming that's because VIP is gone? or am i making a mistake when i type in the coupon?

I've never had a problem with them, other than being double billed which was handled promptly. I've used them for years (forever) and not had weird charges on my cc. I did figured out years ago to not put down your real phone number or email. I just use the 'check status' form to make sure everything's ok. Semi-recently I did have to call and verify myself, but haven't had to since then. When I place an order, i IMMEDIATELY go check out the status, so I'm not waiting for them to tell me to get verified. I gave them my real home number and have gotten not one call from them.

sorry bout the typing, fractured thumb. Do you realize how much you use your thumvb???

PT time for shoulder, yippee.

i've never ever gotten overnight, but almost *always* 2 days unless a weekend intervenes. example: order monday prior to 2pm ET. receive wednesday.

also, keep in mine we're going into the holiday season. fedex normally holds to their 2-day window, but snow/ice will play havoc with any hub.

if you place your order late in the day, i'm guessing 3 days from order time is going to occur. also, if you order late friday, don't expect to see anything before tues-wed.

I think the med ordered makes a lot of difference as to whether you get it next day if ordered before 2pm. I've only had a few orders take 2 days. I don't get Tramadol, which seems to be popular, at least from what I read on here.

When approved your order gets sent to one of many pharmacies. Sometimes they are out of your med and you have to wait an extra day or two to get it.

Just my observations from years of using them.

ps. I've never had any weird charges on my debit card after placing an order with them. I've been billed twice a few times, but they took care of it quickly.

I am getting incessant phone calls from FC. They say they are calling from "the pharmacy" and I am due for a refill. If I ask which service, they will say, "Friendly Clinic."

I am talking approximately 10 calls per day since last Friday.

A scrip did come due then, but as it happens, I used Process Rx for the order (slightly less for this order, even with the 'very happy' code).

They are very insistent - I say, "I need you to remove this number ..." They say, "Sure, right after we complete this order ..." I say, "I don't need any ..." They say, "It's good to keep extra on-hand ..."

I hate I gave them a real number. I don't recall if Friendly ever did this, but some services started requesting phone verification of new / infrequent orders and I just got in the habit of providing a real number on most orders. We have basic phone service - no caller ID, no blocking.

I have used FC fairly regularly since around 2006 and have always been happy with them - reliable, competitively-priced, good availability, no credit card weirdness - a well-run operation.

But the phone calls are getting to be an issue. Is anyone else dealing with this - particularly after letting a refill lapse?

I use them and have never had a phone call from them. But now, I have, from orders from other nrops in the past with prior phone #'s, received unwanted 'refill' phone calls. I had to change my number a few times. But lately, and with FC, I use my current # and never get calls.
Maybe your number got lifted (along with your basic info like who you ordered with and what).
Because FC has enough business I would think they don't need to be harassing buyers. I could be wrong.

Edit to add: So maybe either one of the pharmacies they use is doing this, or the info is lifted along the way (digitally).

Good point, niflheimr. Now that you mention it ... it could be another party that just knows that the order in question was from FC.

Apologies if I am unfairly disparaging FC ... the caller did explicitly say "Friendly Clinic," but yeah, it could be anybody.

Like I say above, FC has always been very reliable for me, but somewhere (anywhere) along the path of web form to delivery, the FC order info got out.

Have you ever done a refill with the refill email that comes?

I've ordered from FC, never use the refil eminder that comes and I've never had calls from them, double charged, charged for something I didn't order or frad charges on my CC to other things.

As has been said a few times here, never give them your real phone number. I'm not sure why, but for whatever reason they will call you entirely too much. It might be that you have used several cartadmin affiliate sites and they are all the same infrastructure, and you will get one call per site at least.

Anyway, do never give them a real number! 555 is your friend wink

I have never responded (clicking links) to e-mail reminders and never, ever done any kind of order over the phone. I do think 'cartadmin' is probably the source of the leak.

From this point forward, no more real phone numbers. It is just that some of these services want phone verification (they want to call you) of the order ... but I will just follow up with a call to customer service to do that, henceforth.

The good news is that the phone calls are decreasing now. If I pick up, I just shout, "No thanks! I'm completely cured!" now.

Anyway ... apologies to Friendly Clinic for thinking they were calling. Like I say, FC seems to be a well-run service; I have used them since about 2006. Reliable availability, competitive pricing, decent account management (no double-billing or extra charges), etc.

Also, the $20 coupon is great.

When it stays in Q then sometimes they actually don't have a record of it. I had one stay that way for many days once and then I emailed them and they said they didn't have that order.
So I placed another and it went right through.
Q -- not queued. I think they have 2 or three abbreviations for every status (declined, hold, duplicate, etc).

Placed my first order, they told me that someone would be calling me to verify info since it was my first order. What info do they want to verify? Is this normal?

They have been really weird today. My wife made an order like usual and it was put on hold, and then it was queued and then it was on hold again. The quality of service seems to have degraded lately. She cannot even raise them on the phone and the online chat keeps kicking her off. I wonder what is going on. ???

After my post, I recieved a call and they simply verified my address and billing info. The order was immediately changed to "processed" status, with "approved" following shortly thereafter. All seems well, as long as they follow through with the shipment in a timely manner of course.

I will update as the order progresses.

I had that happen today with an order I placed last night. It did weird things today. It says A now, so I'm cool. Check yours out and see if it's ok. It's not uncommon if you order late on Sunday for it not to go out on Monday since they have such a long time between Friday at 2 pm and Monday at 2pm.

They'll only do that once and they won't call that number.

I used my real number at first on the form and got lots of weird calls. After a year of having our # disconnected, they finally died off. When Friendly started doing this verification they do, I had them call here and I still haven't gotten any weird calls. However, I do not put my real number on the form.

I received my order today. They called me to verify mailing address. That was Thursday. I guess the first orders are slow. I also called customer service, went into queue and when it was my turn, it said to leave a message.
