I am getting incessant phone calls from FC. They say they are calling from "the pharmacy" and I am due for a refill. If I ask which service, they will say, "Friendly Clinic."
I am talking approximately 10 calls per day since last Friday.
A scrip did come due then, but as it happens, I used Process Rx for the order (slightly less for this order, even with the 'very happy' code).
They are very insistent - I say, "I need you to remove this number ..." They say, "Sure, right after we complete this order ..." I say, "I don't need any ..." They say, "It's good to keep extra on-hand ..."
I hate I gave them a real number. I don't recall if Friendly ever did this, but some services started requesting phone verification of new / infrequent orders and I just got in the habit of providing a real number on most orders. We have basic phone service - no caller ID, no blocking.
I have used FC fairly regularly since around 2006 and have always been happy with them - reliable, competitively-priced, good availability, no credit card weirdness - a well-run operation.
But the phone calls are getting to be an issue. Is anyone else dealing with this - particularly after letting a refill lapse?

Have you ever done a refill with the refill email that comes? I've ordered from FC, never use the refil eminder that comes and I've never had calls from them, double charged, charged for something I didn't order or frad charges on my CC to other things.

I've ordered from FC, never use the refil eminder that comes and I've never had calls from them, double charged, charged for something I didn't order or frad charges on my CC to other things. I have never responded (clicking links) to e-mail reminders and never, ever done any kind of order over the phone. I do think 'cartadmin' is probably the source of the leak. From this point forward, no more real phone numbers. It is just that some of these services want phone verification (they want to call you) of the order ... but I will just follow up with a call to customer service to do that, henceforth. The good news is that the phone calls are decreasing now. If I pick up, I just shout, " No thanks! I'm completely cured!" now. Anyway ... apologies to Friendly Clinic for thinking they were calling. Like I say, FC seems to be a well-run service; I have used them since about 2006. Reliable availability, competitive pricing, decent account management (no double-billing or extra charges), etc. Also, the $20 coupon is great.
