Naloxon+Tilidin i saw this oiffered at one of the iop places, says its like the strongest pain med available to most people in iop's, i read some things on that said t was awesome, yet like talwin with the nax. in it, if you abbuse it, then it makes itself usless no better than tylenol

There is a thread running on Tilidin(Stada), I have not checked it lately, but I started it.I did so because I ran across a couple of pharmacies that were offering it and everything I found on it in Google, indicated it was a foreign drug from Germany, but some members responded with some info on it. It can be found in search under "Tilidin or Stada, what is it". Sounds to me like it is similar to Talwin, since it has naloxone in it, but I would not know since I don't think I have ever had it.

I am with Bunnycat on this one, Ive never taken Talwin, but I am in Germany(not much longer tho!!!), and was prescribed Valoron N, and thats' exactly what it is, it's Tilidine with Naloxone, and my experience was not that great with it. My first intial dose( I was given the liquid form of it and I wont EVEN tell you how bad that stuff tasted), worked pretty good for the first 4 hours, and then I got no relief at all from it. Over here in Germany, I had a 20ml bottle of it, and it was about 17Euro for it.
