Just to confirm my items arrived today, to the UK. No confirmation e-mail was received this time though which worried me a little. I e-mailed them yesterday querying whether the order had been processed and dispatched but no reply. Ok in the end though:

Order date: 10th October
Delivery date: 21st October

So 11 days in total so apart from the glitch with the e-mail confirmation then seems business as usual.

Hi Java

My order arrived today to the UK (my order was also sent out on Oct 13th). I am so happy it has arrived before the postal strike takes off tomorrow:) I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you'll also get your order! It might arrive tomorrow because the postmen/women will be delivering tomorrow, but not on Friday. Good luck!

The customer service has been quite poor this time. No email to confirm my order, and no replies to several messages I sent. But as you said, they are probably having technical problems with their email. It wouldn't put me off odering again.

I requested UP ship without a signature required, and they did! The problem is if the shipment is not received, I do not believe they will reship.

Right.. I'm getting a little concerned now.

I've had 5 successful shipments from UP before now this year.

I placed an order on the 4th of October (and had the money taken), and now it's the 24th. *Usually* deliveries come within 7 days.

I've tried emailing and using the contact form, and I've had no reply.

Hoping they aren't about to go tits up like so many others have done...

I ordered on the 12th and received on the 20th October (also in the UK). However, I emailed them several times because I never received an order confirmation email from them like I usually do but I had no response. They normally always answer their emails, and I was becoming concerned. I hope your order arrives soon, although with the postal strikes that seems unlikely. I bet it is in the UK, but been caught up in the strikes and is sat in some depot somewhere waiting to be sorted. Good luck.

These postal strikes are very annoying.

I've made an order today from this IOP and another IOP. I'm not only concerned about the strikes, however, I've been hearing things about false medication (not this pharmacy) and I do believe I might just be getting very paranoid!

I will report on my experience with these people and also what and when I receive.
No explicit information, just the time it took, quality of medication and quality of customer service (or whatever you'd call it) throughout my experience.

Providing information about the quality of medications is just as important as the time to arrival. Maybe this whole "fake <insert med>" stuff is getting to me, but argh, I do hope their Gabapentin and Piracetam are top notch! Could anyone confirm this?

Thanks.

Hi Hayek1,

Unfortunately I did not get them before the strike started. I had a few left, but had to endure 3 days of cold turkey withdrawal %-DDD

** NOT ** Fun let me tell you!

I received them today on Mon 26th Oct. Which I was dearly hoping for... phew !. That tends to suggest they were in the country by the start of the strike, but got stopped in a sorting depot somewhere for 4-5 days due to the industrial action.

This time I shall make sure the order is in well in on time, so that it tides me over any likely future postal strikes.

In all that is around 4-5 days later delivery than my average experience from UP, I still cannot fault their excellent service.

This time I just got the Zopicon branded Zopiclone, as I feel that the Imovane are no better than them and cost more. (I ordered a box of Imovane to test their strength the last order)

Cheers,

Java

Hi Java

I'm so glad you got your order today. I have run out of meds before and I know it is the worst feeling in the world!
Yes, these damn postal strikes are so frustrating. I think a lot of post is being held up in London, and this is why your order was delayed. However, some post is getting through fine. I had a DVD dispatched from Amazon yesterday first-class and it arrived this morning, I couldn't believe it!

I also ordered their Zopiclon because, like you say, it works just as well as the branded Imovane and is a lot cheaper. I made quite a large order to keep me going for a few months until the postal strikes are hopefully over.

This is identical to the situation I have had.

I have had brilliant service and now ... nothing.

The last email I received was very odd and worrying.

I will keep the board informed.

I have been ordering Zopiclone and various other meds from UP for years now and they have without fail delivered within one week of confirmation. I live in the UK, however the first order of mine that went missing was sent on the 12th of September and they have not replied to my emails about it.
I made another order about 3 weeks ago and there has been no confirmation that it has been sent. They have taken the money from my bank account but no pills. I don't think I will be ordering anything from them until this whole situation is remedied.

I will say if either does arrive but I doubt it. There is the postal strike to blame but I would have got something by now either way...

I've never really taken any interest in this IOP - there's just too many of them - but checked it out the other day and was really surprised at how cheap the generic zopiclone is.
The Zopicon made by Intas Pharmaceuticals are pretty good, and the price, 100 for £25, is a pretty good deal. It's nice to see they take credit cards, too.

For me, the strange thing about zopiclone is that on it's own, even double dosing (15mg), it doesn't do much, but if I add it to a very small amount of benzos - an amount which normally I wouldn't feel if taken on it's own - it knocks me out.

Sorry for waffling. My question is: where do they ship these Zopicom pills from and do they come in the original blisters/boxes?

Thanks.

Just read UK folks taking about delayed mail. If, like me, you're unlucky enough to live in or around London, international post is taking forever to arrive - but it does come.

They ship from Hong Kong, but their customer service centre is based in New Zealand. The Intas Zopiclon manufactured in India is shipped in blisters, but if you order 100 you get the box as well. The Imovane is Austrialian/New Zealand Zopiclone and is shipped in boxes and blisters with the original info sheet. I have been ordering from them for a year and found that both brands work well, but, like you, I sometimes take mine with a small amount of diazepam like 5/10mg, and I find that really helps to keep me asleep all night. It's strange that they're having such problems with their customer service side I things. I love this IOP, and would hate to see anything happen to it:(

I have used United Pharmacy for several years and I have never had a problem. RX arrives in about 10 to 14 days.

Just got an email from UP saying that they would either refund or resend the order that disappeared. Not bad for customer service!

Now just waiting on the other missing order...

I put in an order with UP on Mon 26th Oct.

Recieved it today Wed. 4th Nov. So 9 days in total, and in spite of the postal strikes. I was very pleased to receive this order early as I was expecting delays. I've had 4 orders with UP and perfect service every time.

Only thing I wish is that they would send an order dispatched email. The only way to find out if your order has been sent out is to check your c.c. statement to see if the funds have been deducted. If they have, then this normally indicates that your order is on it's way. You can also email them to ask about order status.

Any time I've emailed them for clarification they have been very friendly and sent me all the details including a tracking number.

Hi Java

Are their customer services back to normal then? Last time I ordered I received no email confirmation which was worrying, but I still received my order in good time. Also it's good to hear that orders are still getting delivered in a timely manner in spite of the postal strikes!

About United Pharmacies, I know they are struggling to send emails at the moment. As their emails contain a word like "pharmacies", the emails get filtered and the customers cannot receive them. They are trying to solve the situation now, according to them.

They do re-send a shipment or refund if you don't get it. I don't think they are scummers at all.

Have a nice weekend rofl5

Hi Hayek,

No, I haven't received any emails at all from UP.

The last time I got an "Order Confirmation" email, was my very first order with them.

In the course of 4 orders in total I have manually contacted them 3 times just to ask about my order status/shipment date etc. In all but one I got back a quick reply. With the 3rd they apologised for email delays, apparently they were having some mail problems.

After this I stopped bothering to send them email. I've been using my online c.c. statement as a way of estimating delivery. I find the order generally goes out on the day your card is debited, or the day after. It is a pretty accurate way of working out when it will arrive, e.g. Card deducted on a Tue. order arrives the following Wed/Thu. and so forth.

One thing I observe about ordering from UP. They are NZ based so 12 hours ahead of the UK., they seem to work business hours Mon-Fri.

As a result there doesn't seem to be a difference in processing time between an order put in on a Fri Night/Sat. morning or a Sun. afternoon UK time. It all gets done Monday/Tuesday NZ time. In the case of my very last order it was put in on a Monday afternoon and processed/sent out Mon/Tue.

Just received my 5th order with United Pharmacies. They still must be having email problems, as the order arrived right when I expected it. They do good business and have been around for years and don't sell much of anything that would have them raided and shut down. For now, at least, you can trust United Pharmacies.

Ordered 10/18
Shipped 10/22
Received 11/03

Northeast US. Tianeptine is top notch and priced well. Differin is about $100 cheaper than if I bought it without prescription coverage here.

I am in the UK and received a LL from an order from a different IOP. Don't worry, you will not being going to court. The letter stated that it is a civil offence, and no further action will be taken.
