I only ordered from them once in early September. If it was not for their prices and WU payment only, they are a good source. Fast anwers to emails, fast and dicreete shipping.

Anyone that claims to ship Ritalin to US even at $3 per pill seems shady to me. The only Ritalin crossing the border is most likely up an [censored] near a southwestern border.

Used to have a friend on this board, who had another riend that recommended P-88 and he had purchased well over $10,000 worth of meds all via W.U. and all arrived. Sometimes they had to be sent 2 or 3 times, but these guys do their damndest to please. I've received 2 of 5, 3 seizures and awaiting reshipments

Did a second order, sent WU four days later, and received goods discreetly packaged three weeks later. Great service, no problems with two orders so far, email replies are very prompt and curteous, will definitely be using them in the future.

morningglory, yeh it seems they look real close at exppress packages. I don't know when you originally placed you're order but when I placed mine (01/03) I also requested express mail. AJ sent me a very nice email regarding recieving my order and also explained that a lot of express mail packages were being seized. He gave me the option to change shipping to regular , which I did. I recived order intact. I'm glad I heeded his advise.

They accept Money Orders......!

They accept Western Union orders but be warned that your credit card company will charge you as a "cash advance" and make you pay heavy interest daily on the charge. Don't use WU if you can avoid it.



They also take PayPal. Placed order for something I could not find anywhere else on 23 Jan 2002. Order confirmation later that day.

I did this and AJ wrote back to me. Very nice guy. They took my order with paypal, he explained the meds i was ordering. Said the valiums are Roche with a 10 marked on one side, and he said they were blue. So we will see.

Western Union is awful! I put the entire name in the first and

last name spaces- that seemed to work but I didn't know you have'to call after you go through their ordeal online. I just gave up and e-mailed Pharm88. They are extremely helpful. I pay through PayPal now, get my stuff in 2 wks or less and they have a terrific price on Ionomin. By the way, Western Union was going to charge me $l7 to send money and PayPal

Sorry man, that's just not true. It's perfectly legal to import 50 dosage units, or a 90 day supplie if you have a US prespcription. No [censored] meds here, basically.

However, at $3 a pill, you cand get the brand name in the US, so if you have a legitimate need, why bother?

gmkahan, It is a felony to import even 1 tablet of a controlled substance into the U.S., Fortunatly they just seize the meds. The 50 units or 90 day supply has nothing to do with ordering meds. from overseas. If you don't believe me drive from the Post office to the police station, show them the 50 units of meds. and how you got them and you will be arrested. I just don't want people to be mislead. I'm no angel, I do it. Please don't believe the 50 unit/90 day supply myth.

danci is right. the 50-dosage-unit law only applies to controlled substances carried by a U.S. resident when returning to the U.S. at a land border. Nonresidents are allowed to bring in more than 50 units for personal use under international treaty; as long as it looks legit; and Customs decides what looks legit.



The FDA Pilot Guidance for a 90-day supply by imported mail is only for unscheduled meds.

Trampy and Danci are correct about the scheduled meds deal. Though keep in mind both Ultram and Soma are currently not federally scheduled meds. They may be scheduled in your state but customs/dea/fda folks are working under federal law. So if those work for you - and they are very close to being and likely will become scheduled meds, those are your most legal alternatives. Though it still doesn't mean they won't be seized.

Farmer, you forgot nalbuphine. That's really the strongest federally unscheduled PK. It beats Ultram by miles. But if they see it, they'll probably seize it anyway.

Pharm88 is based in the Phillippines, so smuggling isn't really an issue.



And the bottom line on importing meds: If it is not approved by the FDA, YOU CANNOT IMPORT IT!!!

--->Any med that is manufactured overseas (even things like Indian Roche meds) is NOT APPROVED by the FDA. They can only approve meds that come from manufacturers that they can inspect and certify. The FDA does not have the jurisdiction or the manpower to monitor all the manufacturers worldwide.



I don't know why but it seems every thread contains some kind of debate as to the legality of what we are doing. It's all really a moot point anyway because

1) Customs' job is to control what comes into our country. My understanding is the current protocol is if they discover meds, that becomes the jurisdiction of the FDA. Which means it's ultimately up to the FDA to bust someone illegally importing meds. The problem is (for the FDA, not us), the FDA has no way to enforce the importation laws or to impose any kind of penalty on those caught illegally importing meds. (I could be a little off regarding the details but I'm pretty sure the gist is correct. I watched Congress grill some poor FDA lady on C-Span for hours last year)



2) WHO CARES?!!?!? All that's going to happen is you get a letter from Customs and they seize your stuff. I've placed 40-50 orders over the past 2 years or so, and had one seizure (Health Care Pharma in Thailand). True, you might be out a little money, but in the long run ordering from OP's is way cheaper and more private than using traditional methods.

I know a guy who has had 9 seizures, and he is still in the free world.

Bottom line: don't worry about if it is legal or not, because nobody really cares about your medicine. Unless you are physically crossing a border; then I'd worry.
