Your order has to be over a certain amount without shipping for the coupon to work. I think it's 50.00. My order is always 66.00 without shipping, so I've never had that problem.

Would it not add the discount when you pushed the 'add discount' button or not apply it after you did?

I had 2 orders cancelled and then was told via online chat I had to call to confirm the order immediately after placing the order online.

Received order of Tramadol today, next day, but got a round white pill AN 627 (generic) instead of the oblong pill I usually get from the pharmacy. These seem to make me a little dizzy and dont do much for pain.

I've used friendlyclinic a few times before. I just recently placed an order early Monday morning but they didn't ship it until the next day. Which is irritating because they always shipped the same day if I ordered before noon and I really needed to get them today.

But whatever, their always reliable and quick compared to most pharmacies.

the VIP coupon worked fine for me. I got the 180ct Tramadol.

I placed my first ever order with them on Weds, and as of last night, it was still showing queued. Should i be worried? Or is it just because they have to review it? Do they review it everytime to place a reorder?
Any help would be appreciated.

Placed an order this morning, and the coupon worked for me. Got a large order of Tramadol. I was worried about it not going through, so I placed a call to them. They said I needed verification. So I had to wait for them to call me (thank goodness I provided the correct number), which they did, in about 5 minutes after calling them. Order shipped out today, I'll have them tomorrow, supposedly.

Shortly after someone called to verify information and said my order had been processed. Since it was past 4 they said I would most likely not receive till wednesday. Asked about coupon not working and guy couldnt help me. will let you guys know if I recieve on time

They started the verification thing just the last few months. They verified me once, and I haven't had to do it since.

I also always, always always (did I say always?) check the order status right after I place an order. If it does not say 'P' for Processed, then I get on live chat and see what the deal is. I've headed off some delays by doing that.

I placed an order yesterday afternoon and really doubted it would go out today, but at 9 am it showed 'A' and just a few hours ago had a tracking number and has since been picked up by FedEx.

Oh, and the coupon worked fine.

This looks like a great place to start ordering from but I don't have a Credit Card at the moment.

Could anybody please tell me if they accept any of the pre-paid credit cards such as "Green-Dot" that they sell at drug stores?

I know they are supposed to be accepted pretty much everywhere a normal credit card would be, but I know I have had some websites not accept them occasionally in the past.

They do take the Green Dot Cards. Don't leave extra money in the account, only put the cost of your order on the Green Dot Card.

You can, but it won't ship in the same package. It's a crapshoot as to what pharm each med will go to. But, with the 20.00 discount, almost like free shipping!!!!!!

Yes.... just like free shipping esp. when it shows up Fed Ex in 2 or 3 days. The packages are just like <identical> to the prescribed meds that my work med card WILL pay for. Every once in a while I take Soma when my muscles ache and I can tolerate the emails and the Asian sounding phone calls to which I reply I still have 30 or so days on my 90 day supply but thanks for calling! Twice daily as needed, shhite I may take one or two a month or so!!!!!
Be smart and avoid the Soma coma and let those muscles relax and your mind too since they deliver as promised...any one else been double billed lately before I order again? Glad the discount issue is resolved <monitoring the feedback here before I get my next refill>

Wow. I just received my package today and was shorted 17 pills. I wish friendlyclinic.com would use the plastic envelopes instead of the cardboard ones. Cardboard is easy to tamper with. I called friendlyclinic and reported the incident. The package wasn't tampered with, IMO. I just think they shorted me when filling the prescription..

Again, PLEASE ship using tamper-proof plastic envelopes. Otherwise, this is a good company to do business with.

Just got my second order from them. Was short one pill out of 90. Got a refill notice email Sunday evening. Placed then on 8/9 rec'd 8/11. Still had to call them for verification. Maybe it was because I used a different CC. Blue Westward Fiorcets from a pharmacy in NY. They put cotton in the bottle this time so there was no jiggles... smile

Hmmm. I'm wondering if this is a prevalent problem with this company. Members, please count your pills before that FedEX guy walks away. If I knew I was shorted 17 pills, I would have rejected the shipment. I can't believe anybody would ship a prescription in a cardboard sleeve meant for documents.

If you wanted to steal pills and worked on FedEX's dock or a driver, all you need is access to those free cardboard envelopes. Then open up the shipped envelope, take whatever pills, then put the prescription bottle back in a new cardboard envelope and put int the shipping slip and label and it would look like nothing devious ever happened with the shipper.

Also, you can hear the pills inside the envelope. Not descrete at all. There was no cotton used to pack down the pills. This happened the first time we ordered too. NOT DESCRETE AT ALL.. Be cautious when ordering.

I called and told friendlyclinic.com use cotton and tamper-proof plastic packaging for better descretion in shipping.

FriendlyClinic.com said they would credit me the cost of the missing pills on my credit card within 10 days. We shall see if that's what they do..

I posted a poll here:

http://drugbuyers.com/freeboard/ubbthreads.php/topics/917036/FriendlyClinic#Post917036

If you happen to read this post, please vote in the poll.

I was told by FriendlyClinic that they would refund the cost of the 17 missing pills but I'll bet I won't get the difference in shipping cost pro-rated refunded.

Ordered 90 Tramadol on Wed. Was verified Thurs. and Fed Ex guy delivered them Friday. Very fast but was only given 70 out of the 90 I paid for and as mentioned earlier, made a lot of noise in the package and was made pretty obvious it was a bottle of pills....does the Tramadol make anyone else nauseous?
