We must not be allowed to post negative comments. Looks like my posts about their current delays have all been removed. It would be nice to know this info for other customers. But if they delete all the messages I guess no one will ever know

That's not an accurate statement.
I'm willing to bet that both of your comments were moved to a more appropriate section like "Open Discussion" or "Questions, Comments...". This forum is for "Reviews", your comments were more likely questions or general conjecture.
For that matter, I shouldn't be posting here either, but it's upsetting for people to think there is any bias for/against a particular service.
It's just a matter of posting in the correct forum. The Admin here is just picky about organization, IMO.
"Are they still open?" is a question for instance. "The Doctor was rude to me" would be a review.
Had consult today. Wondering how long the wait has been lately. Had gotten really good in April (like a day) but sounds like it's back to 5 business days. Thanks.

I called one of the pharmacies today because I am due for a refill and I just wanted to see what the delay is...because it seems to change from month to month...I also recieved my refill last month within 48 hours of the request so I was hoping it would be like that again but they said it is about a 5 day delay...that yesterday they were working on the 9th and 10th...so I hope this helps...please post when you recieve and when you put your refill in so that way we will have some idea...thanks

Does that go just for one particular pharmacy or all of them I wonder? I put my refill in on yesterday the 19th so I wonder how long the delay will be>...have you recieved your refill yet?
I'm not real happy with SWMG at the moment. I had a consult on 5/15. Every day I was checking the site and it had wrong info on it like I was paying with a cc and not COD like I had checked when I filled everything out. I called every day this week and by yesterday it had "moved" to the pharmacy. So today I called again to have them change it to COD. I was afraid that mistake would mess things up, and it looks like it has. SWMG told me to call the pharmacy to fix it. So I immediately called them. The pharmacy told me to call SWMG because they got all their info from them. Ahhh yes, the old run-around. So I call SWMG back and explain AGAIN what was going on. She told me she would forward the info to her supervisor but they "don't do changes on Friday's" so it was probably too late. What does that mean? The more I was trying to get an answer to my question, the more irritated she got. I asked her if her supervisor was going to call to let me know what was going and she said no and that I could just keep checking my status online to see if there was a tracking number there.
Holy [censored], why has something so un-godly simple need to turn into such a convoluted mess??? I had been trying 3 times this week to get that info changed and nobody did it so now I'm screwed out of getting my script filled out today when it should have gone out yesterday. So that means I won't get them until next Wednesday because of he holiday.
Thanks alot SWMG, I've been with you for 6 years and this is the worst I've been treated. Will someone please make it right especially since non of this was my fault? Thanks in advance...
Ok, so litterally 90 seconds after typing the above post, UPS showed up with a COD package for me from BDPS. So since I wasn't notified anywhere that the package had actually shipped, I wasn't ready with a money order.
My question is, if it actually shipped out from the pharmacy yesterday, why didn't it show up in patient tracking?? It still says it's just sitting at the pharmacy. So because UPS is down in the next 2 cities over, I have to wait until after 6pm and drive down there and get it.
Of course I'm exstatic that it showed up unexcpectedly, but I would rather SWMG get their software programs up running correctly. That's all I kept hearing was how many problems they had been having with their computer program randoming putting settings into peoples files that weren't what they had chosen.
Anywho, I'm happy to be able to have a pain free long weekend! I wish you all the same:-)
i recently have used swmg starting 3 months ago and only hada long wait at pharm 1 time/ I had a consult yest and today I recieve track. good timing for me, it was worth every pennie, but I will let u know when it arrives

Thanks for posting, I havent heard very much about this OCS, and ya know what they say... when things are quiet more than likely that means things are good. What courier do they use, hope you dont mind me asking.
Has anyone in South Texas had a face to face consult with SWMG. I understand that they may have a Doctor (other than the one in the Dallas area) for Texas residents. Thanks.

I haven't posted for a while. You're right, when things are good, you don't hear much. This OCS has been my best experience in a long while. Professional, nice, and very reachable. Two days from consult to delivery. The doctor was caring and concerned, and had great suggestions. Prior orders came Fed Ex, this one UPS. I hope this great service continues. Thanks for this board!

Hi there...I was checking to see if anyone knows what the turn around time for SWMG is right now? I had reconsult on 11-11 and hasnt been filled yet...any updates would be great!
I live in Georgia, had the FTF w/ the dr. that SWMG now uses - walked away w/ a script, but the ONLINE dr. was giving 120 a month and the FTF doctor only gives 90 - which isn't fair. I can make do and have been making do on 120 a month (knee/hip replacement, arthritis, etc) and now have to cut down, which isn't fair. I may look around, I don't like being forced to cut back when this has been working for me. I don't think it is right.
ALSO.............in case anyone is interested, SWMG just went up to $200 per month and they are NOT taking drug Buyer VIP discount codes anymore. Just wanted to post/advise.
NO MORE REFILLS! I had my last phone consult last month and it went good. DR called in script and I received it within a week. When it was time to refill I went to the site and filled out the Refill Request.
Logged back in to check progress and it stated I had no refills. Sent SWMG a message and I received the reply below.
So now we all have to pay $200 PER MONTH for the CONSULT. And $150.00 PER MONTH for the SCRIPT.
$350 PER MONTH! Anyone Else think this is RIDICULOUS?
WHo thinks that SWMG should LOWER Consult Fees to help out?
