Hey all,
I received a notice from the US attorney's office notifying me that Louis Nomar and Yolanda Monroe have taken a plea bargain for their charges of wire fraud and escape. It was addressed to me as a victim/witness.

I had absolutely NO idea what they were talking about, so I typed Mr. Nomar's name into google and came up with:

Louis Nomar, MD,PHD was acting as an on-line Pysician although he actually held neither degree. I am not sure, but I think he was affliated with Gardendale RX. Poor Don, I 'm not sure he knew the truth if that is indeed the connection. Anyone else hear anything via mail?

Same letter here.
I remember that my cc was charged for a consult that was traced back to him (never done). I believe that he does hold both MD and PHD degrees but continued to do consults while his LX was suspended.
He was a nice guy, just got too greedy.
Yolanda was his Asstant (I think)
He got a lot of time for the "Escape" charge where Yolanda got a lot less for the internet fraud.

Hummmmmmm ?????!!!!! Interesting to say the least.

i received the same letter. i cant think of a time when i was doing bussiness with anyone during those dates mentioned in the letter. oh well.

Hey all,
I just got another letter from the witness/victim protection folks letting me know they will do everything they can to let me know when this guys is released from prison. Huh? I'm just a bit confused. Anyone else get another communique?
