Hi Brad. I just wanted to know if it is normal to NOT have a tracking number sent to the email provided (in the questionaire) after your medications are sent out? I've read about many others with the exact same problem. Is it something with the new pharmacy (HOS)? I know I put my correct email address in. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Thanks,

BA

Can't say for 100%, but it could be that the Fedex system is not working correctly or that the girls at the Pharm. are not entering the data corectly. You can always call us after 9:30am and we will have it for you.

Hi Brad, maybe you could help me out. I have been using SVS for a while now, in fact, I just did my 3rd consult, in the past two consults, I was given 90 tabs both times, but this time, with the same records, I was told that I could only get 60, this is bad because I take 3 per day, I explained to the PA, that I had been getting 90, and didn't know that I needed better records, or I would have sent them, I have a few conditions that would support the script, if I had only been told that I should send them on my previous consults, that would've given me time to get the records before my latest consult, so, now I'm going to be short 30 pills a month for the next 3 months. I don't know what to do. Am I screwed?

Thanks for your help,
Groupie

HOS has sent me a tracking # both times I've gotten a pkg from them. Be aware that they ship in the FEDEX envelope, not discreet at all.

After reading through the posts, I decided to give SVS a try. So, yesterday I faxed my medical records with my license. A couple of hours later, I called to make sure they had been received because I never received any email or confirmation. They had not received anything, and asked me to fax again. I did. They said they still received nothing, so we confirmed the fax number was correct, and I faxed AGAIN. This time they said they has STILL received nothing and that I should fax to a different number. After I did that, they said that the records were coming in blank, so I must be putting them in the fax machine the wrong way. I know how to use my fax machine, and I was NOT putting the paper in the wrong way. I tried again anyway. Then, this moring, they said they had only received my ID, but the rest of everything was stil blank, and I should try again. At this point I asked if I could email the file, and they gave me an email address to use. So, I emailed all of my records- and then they informed me that my license was expired and I needed a new one to complete the process. That was not a problem with the last ROP I used, and the reason that it is expired is because I don't drive due to the condition for which I need the medication. Now, this wouldn't be so bad if some random woman (NOT the customer service rep I was speaking to) didn't get on the phone and with an attitude and extremely RUDE tone of voice ask me why I didn't get my license renewed. Then, when I answered her, she was even more rude. So, I said, well, thank you, but I will be going somewhere else, and she HUNG UP on me. So, I emailed them and asked that they dispose of my personal information in the proper manner and explained that since they had my ID this morning, I thought it was uncalled for to direct me to send my records anyway. Even after they KNEW my license was expired. They responded with an unprofessional and rude email.

It makes me angry that I had to go through all that trouble of faxing and refaxing and emailing and all of that just for them to tell me my ID wasn't good enough. After they already KNEW that it had expired. I can't go and sit in the Registry for hours in pain for a state ID. I don't need one right now. I don't go out anywhere because I am in pain.

I would never even try to use them again after this. That woman (I think her name is Debbie) made me feel like $h!t- and was so condescending on the phone.

I think they are terrible. I had a very, very bad situation with them regarding the use of other sites. Eventhough I CANCELLED a order with another site because they emailed me and stated that my refill was available. I did not contact this other site I had not in fact received any medication from them in 3 months. The CS actually accused me of dding. Which is just not true, at all.

oh yes, the cs rep, won't name the name but she was so rude to me, sent me a really nasty email. I replied and asked them to reply and tell exactly the last refill I received from them, the actual dates and to state the last time I used them. No reply at all.

She also stated that she had talked to "the other" site I was using and they were going to discontinue me, which was total bull.

Wow JMHR, sorry to hear about that ordeal, it sure does sound like it sucked, I don't blame you for going to a different ROP. I know someone who used them once in the past and was very satisfied until they lost there pharmacy and left people with re-fills hi and dry until they finally got a new one. He swears not to use them again after that. I actually recomended him to YPM.

exact same experience here. I faxed my records and ID and haven't heard a thing. I wonder if all of the hype was by an employee? Has anyone gotten their credit card charged for a consult? I'm going to check mine but mine is always 7 days late for available transactions, but will check.

I think I will leave them a phone message (they don't answer, just a recorded voicemail) and cancel my order. I don't have time to wait by the phone forever. That blows!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience in getting your records to us, but we can not help anyone without the proper paper work and that includes expired ID's.

We received faxes all day long everyday, so I know for a fact that our system works, but that doesn't mean that there could be a problem between your machine and ours. Without the proper paper work, the team of Dr's that we use won't even consider doing a consult.

I apologize for any of our girls if you thought they were rude, but I work in the same office as them and I would hear if they were really being rude all the time. We have hundreds of customers that have been with us for over a year and you will find that most of them swear by our customer service and the friendly attitudes.

As for leaving customers High and dry when we lost our pharmacy. That is total untrue as we only were without a pharmacy for a week and as soon as we got the new one, we filled everyone that had a refill due on a timely fashion.

There's an old saying: You can't please everyone! No matter how hard we try!

Well, as much as I can appreciate why you're defending your company, I am obviously NOT the only person who had a bad experience with you! You wouldn't hear every single conversation that was had with every customer, so you wouldn't know if the girls that you work with are being rude or not. I can assure you I was not treated nicely at all, and the person who I spoke with twice, was extremely rude. Your company left a bad taste in my mouth because you accepted my personal records even though you KNEW my license was expired. Not good.

I too had a bad experience with SVS. I got a re-consult today because the only complaint I had with them was not receiving tracking #'s on my orders. Well when I talk to the doc she tells me she can only do 90 count 10/325's
because my MRI was negative. I told her that I received 120 count last time but she didnt care. I've got a 5% PERMANENT DISABILITY which my records clearly show. I will not be coming back to SVS - there are good quality ROP's out there - I'd stay away from SVS.

just be glad you got 90, they knocked me down to 60, and now I have two refills for 60, but in my experience, the customer service has been very polite, and the PA's were all very nice, they are just scared to script meds anymore, did you get the 120 the first time, with the same records? that's what doesn't make sense, why were my records good enough the first six months to get 90, now the same records are only good enough for 60?

oh well, they will get the message when the customers move on. like I said before, all they had to do was say, next time, you are going to need better records, and that would have been enough time to get them, who ever heard of a doc lowering your meds like that without notice that you need to start cutting back? I am pretty sure that when my refills are up, I'll be taking those records somewhere else, because I feel like I should have been notified of the stricter records policy.
And even though they only lost their pharmacy for a week, we did without meds for two and some people three weeks while they caught up, so I don't think that the rep is being completely honest in his post. OK now I'm through ranting. Now can anyone suggest a good rop?

how do you get them to answer your e-mails after you fax records and give them your cc info? I have e-mailed and called them, no answer in 1 week.

Lola, we are here from 9-5 every day and try to answer every phone call, but at times we do get more calls than we have people to answer. We then call all messages back. Call Debi at 866-518-1900 to check on your order.

Brad,

Do you have any plans on upgrading your website to show refill dates, and links.

We have considered doing an automated site, but the feedback from our customers is that they like the simplicity of our site and have asked us not to change anything.

I just received my second refill from them today -- again, one day early. All accounted for, smooth transaction, one more refill waiting. Then I can re-consult with them.

I've used three ROP's with varying degrees of success, and SVS has been, so far, the easiest to work with. I have good records, so I can go where I want to, but I have enjoyed the service and respect I've received so far.

Again, I hope they don't take the way my two other experiences have -- please keep up the good work!

As I've replied to all your other post, we are not a point and click service where you just order what you want. The whole purpose of this business is to have a professional review your records (no matter if it's 1 page or 100), talk to you and then prescribe what they feel is in your best interest. Pain medication is addictive and the providers are not going to just hand out what you think you need. We provide a good service for those in real pain and will continue to do so by letting the providers do the prescribing.
