Ordered 11/18, final dispatch 11/28, received everything on 12/10. This was my second order from them and am pleased with service and discreet packaging.

I've never tried pharmagroup but pharmatico was also blacklisted and so far no problems with them. I am not really sure why these OP's have such bad reps.

These ops have bad reps because of the way they do business. They accept new buyers. In their website they tell you time and time again, when you pay for merchandise, using pay pal also, you are taking 100% of the risks. If you try to get your money back, you will be black listed. Now the buyer, who is at the first a little nervious decides to order small, just in case it is a bad company. They ship it with no problem. The buyer becomes a little more comfortable about it, but still cautious. So the buyer increases the order a little. This time, it takes a little longer, but still arrives. The buyer is thinking, by this time, that they struck gold and places that order that justifies their high shipping cost's. Then when the promised time comes, nothing. The buyer writes to pharmagroup and askes, "whats the story." Pharmagroup says, give it more time. The buyer gives it more time, but still nothing.
<br> So the buyer is begining to believe that this order is shot and there will be no delivery. You see that you only have so long to file a complaint or get a reversal on your charge card, so you try again to get them to do something. They do throw you a bone by saying they would re-ship, and only charge you 70% of the cost....so lets see, I just lost all the money on my order, and now I am going to gamble loosing another 70% of what I lost?
<br> So you bite the bullet and make a complaint against them on Pay Pal. Two days later you get this form letter in your E-Mail that makes you think the Mafia sent it, telling you that by doing the horiable thing you did, Pharma group is now going to tell your credit card company, the media, your neighbors, customs about your order and that what you were doing was illegal. They probably might even try to send radio signals that only pets can hear to get them to attack you, but that I can't prove.

I have placed and received about a dozen orders from Pharmagroup and so far I have never had any problem. It seems that some people have a problem accepting the fact that there is some risk in obtaining drugs this way, after all most people do not have a perscription and therefore it is illegal and subject to seizure or theft along the route to you. However, I can assure that Pharmagroup is legit and ships every order placed. What ever happens to the order after that is purely a matter of luck. I would however advise you to keep your orders small as a small envelope is unlikely to catch the eye of the customs officers and will also minimize your financial risk.

<br>I tried them awhile ago before they even accepted credit cards. First order via Western Union came through fine, 2nd never came(as well as no customs letter). They said that it was probably seized and that it is rare that Customs would Notify the receiver. They offered reshipment at 70% of the original cost and no shipping costs.

<br>They closed and reopened several months later with pay pal. I heard some good things from a friend and ordered again via credit Card. After 28 days no shipment. I complained and they said they made a mistake and my order was shipped a week later then they originally said. Of course no order came nor a seizure letter. When I complained again they said they were sorry to hear that and they could reship with a 25% discount. I complained to Pay Pal who said it was too late for a reversal(lucky my Credit Card Company took care of the reversal).

As pharmagroup and ultimatepharma.com seem to be the same OP with almost identical product lists, try ultimate, they accept CCs; that gives you some kind of security. I have not tried ultimate, as they do not offer the meds I look for.

i have had good luck with them in the past . two orders came in for me.

I agree with eclown. I have received 11 orders and one seizure notice from Pharmagroup. Customs do not reliably send seizure notices, and you do take a risk when you order from anywhere. However, my experiences with this OP have been totally positive. I have been ordering from them for over 1 year, and they have been totally reliable. Every order has been complete, although some do take over a month to arrive. Then again, I have received some in as little as 12 days. I do sympathize with those who have not received their orders, but I would tend to place the blame somewhere other than PG.

Been baited and switched one too many times... Think I'll pass.

Placed order on 11 December 2001 (approx. $200 worth of product). Processed on 13 December. Final dispachment on 20 December. Received complete order on 26 December from France. This is the second order I've placed with Pharmagroup for approx. $200 and have had no problems either time.

bravo teddy. i am 4 for 4 with them. dont ask me why i tried over and over agin but i go way back and good feedback has cost me 4 no show orders. and my personal experience is that if customs takes it , you do get a letter. if you don not get a letter they either did not ship or someone stole it along the way. they routinuely do not ship all orders. it could be an enternal thieft problem with them. According to UPS, several years ago i read that they said their greatest single problem was internal thieft. its interesting that some that thout a site when they ever get burned want to KILL the people whereas some just realize its a part of this life.

I used these guys and never got my order - waited 6 weeks and then I emailed them about it and I got the mafia letter, too... I filed a dispute with PayPal even tho it had been past 30 days and i did get my $$$ back

Good rundown of the facts teddybeardj! You described what happened to me. And it was my first order. Luckily I was able to get my money back from Paypal (about $ 120) even though it was 38 days after I purchased. Real rip-off.

Just wanted to let you all know my third order arrived on Saturday, Jan 5. Ordered Dec. 17. I'm 3 for 3 with Pharmagroup. I'm sorry so many people are disillusioned with them.

Today (2/2) I received an order placed 1/13- I live in Texas. I had to do a little research to figure out who the package was from since I placed several orders around the same time and there was NO indication of Pharmagroup on it- it was some individual's name and the return address was in Portugal. The packaging wasn't real impressive- it was all taped together and was noisy but made it here safely. This was the first order I've recieved from an intl. op and other than the packaging I'm pretty impressed- only took about 2 1/2 weeks and they came in the original mfg. packs with inserts. I also placed another order with them on 1/14 so we'll see if that one comes...

Your story sounds similar to a dream I had where I ordered on 1/5 and got my order on 1/28. From Portugal, in a bubble-cushioned envelope. A very simple, unsuspect pckage. I was impressed. :-)

Funny, I've lived that same dream, but it wasn't with this OP.... it was Medscorp... although with some of the mergers going on, who knows who's related to who over there...

I thought y'all might be interested to know that I received my second order from PharmaGroup in excellent condition yesterday- ordered 1/14, received 2/4. Although it was in good condition and the meds are great, I don't think I'll try my luck with these guys anymore...I was worried about it the whole time!

I had been ordering from Pharmagroup for about a year with no problems.

Then two orders did not arrive and I complained to PayPal because PG did not respond to my emails. Talk about Dr. Jeckel, Mr Hyde!. They are great if you follow their "Rules", but dare make a complaint against them and you will receive a letter that makes you wonder if someone is going to put a hit on you. It took alot of brown-nosing to get off their black list, and they finally sent the orders. But I would never order from them again because of their threats and intimidation tactics. Don't worry about their threats, they really can't do anything to you, they just talk big and tough but their threats are empy. It was quite obvious to me that they were just trying to scare me into submission.

I am now on their good side again because I followed all of their demands, (lucky me), and they sent me the two orders that I thought I never would receive.

If you want your order just play real nice and go along with their demands and suck up by complimenting them on their great service and how much you look forward to doing business with them in the future,etc.. then when you get your order, never order from them again (unless you are a masochoist). I only played along with their game to get the orders I spent over $200 on that was for some medication that no other OP offered at the time. Otherwise, just let paypal reverse your CC charge and ignore any messages from them (or tell them to take a flying leap off the rock of Gibralter!)

I HAVE USED THIS OP FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN BURNED> NO ONE WHO IS COMPLAINING SAYS WHAT THE PRODUCT WAS. i have always ordered small to ensure that it comes in a letter form. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THEY ROUTINLEY REVIEW SEVERAL SITES LIKE THIS TO SEE WHO IS BAD MOUTHING THEM. you have to remember this whole ordering is high risk to begin with. you are not shopping at walmart! ONLY ORDER IF YOU ARE READY TO ACCEPT THAT YOUR ORDER WILL NOT COME THROUGH AND IF IT DOES IT WILL BE CHRISTMAS FOR YOU.

AND IF IT DOES NOT COME THROUGH KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND REORDER OR BITE THE BULLET. ALSO IF YOUR MAIL COMES THROUGH THE TEXAS CUSTOMS HUB IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY ARE REAL BIG ON SEIZURES THERE. IF YOU LIVE ON THE EAST COAST THE AMOUNT OF MAIL IS HUGE AND HARDER TO PULL A SMALL ENVELOPE THAT LOOK LIKE A LETTER.

Excuse me but I thought that the reason for DB was to share factual information regarding domestic and interational pharmacies. I myself at one time used only Pharmagroup. This was before I found DB. When I was using Pharmagroup I recieved 65% of the orders placed. Not once did I ever recieve a seizure letter. All of the orders were small and I happen to live in NY. Now either there is some internal theft going on or the US customs is not doing there job. Oh and by the way since becoming a member of this fine establishment I have recieved 100% of all orders placed from foreign and domestic ops.

How sad to see this post. I thought we were all a community, helping and supporting each other. All that yelling is hurting my eyes. Good night. :-(

I ordered from this site last summer and lost $84.00. They claimed they had no way of tracking my shipment. I tried to get my money back via PayPal but had no luck.

First pharmagroup order came through. Took 1 1/2 months. Shocked. Thought, I got ripped off. Very worried about ordering again, though. Packaging not what it should be (the inside - outside great).

Forgot to mention that meds are fresh and strong. Can feel them almost instantly.

I ordered from them once, and was actually pretty impressed with the speed, especially after hearing all the negative reports about them. From start to finish in two weeks exactly. Not too bad in my book. Whether they continue to do so remains to be seen. I think I'd try them again.

I agree that the interior of the mailers could use some work.

I Always got my orders from them in like 10 days. What I don't agree about is the strength of the meds; seems like I always get very weak stuff. I now only use them in emergencies. Would rather deal with SRX or AM.
